Hello..This question has probably been asking hundreds of times..but Im having trouble finding it and an answer. I redeemed my code last week, yet in my account profile it still says that I have to redeem it. I click on the link re-enter it..and it says it that code has already been used. Does that mean they got it and I am in some grey area?...The biggest concern I have is that there was 2 of the same serial numbers sent by Origin and I will have to contact customer service to resolve it. I have not started that process because I know it will take forever..however if it needs to be done I would get it rolling now....this has been very confusing for me so far. And when I say confusing I mean that if I did in fact do everything correctly..instead of it saying I need to redeem my code still..they could have set it up to say pending access or something like that.
