I haven't tested Bobbi Jane, I was just making up some name as a hyperbolic example. =D I deleted a character once, rerolled the character, and was told that the name was invalid, not unavailable, but invalid. You are correct, two of my DvL toons are both Chiss and follow the naming convention with two ' in their names.
