I personally know someone who was invited in the final wave today who entered his preorder code on July 26. We know that preorders were front-loaded during the first week they were available, and after that they leveled out. We also know that they intend to invite more people tomorrow than they did today. It's pretty safe to say that we'll start seeing August preorder customers getting their invites tomorrow.
