  1. Since they are all working from home, the devs probably do what nearly any simple worker without much supervision would do in that case: 10% working, 90% doing private stuff. Can't otherwise explain why simple bug fixes like implants not working at all isn't addressed.
  2. The natural cover bonus was changed. In the past you only got the 20% ranged defense when behind natural cover, so there was an incentive to roll into natural cover or crouch behind natural cover. Not anymore.

If the new studio just manages to fix all the bugs that have been in the game for 10 years and otherwise don't add any new content to the game then that, for me as a PvP-only player would already count as an improvement... I just have doubts because they are overtaking 40 of the current devs... I hope they were just MASSIVELY mismanaged by Bioware.

  5. Who only cares about raiding. Hatred is not fine in pvp and needs a defensive buff there. Period.
  6. This guy knows what's going on. Read my post on page 3 where I basically write the same conclusion. Force shroud should be a basic skill for assassins at least and the talent choice instead could be a 20% DR on deflection coupled with a cd reduce when taking damage or a whole new defensive cd with a 1 min cd.
  7. From a PvP perspective those are really lackluster changes. The Neural Trigger nerf was urgently needed, but now you buff them with this new tactical that increases their damage and burst of about 20% on all their important abilities? Sorry, but this is a joke, AP is already the best burst class in the game. This change will make other burst classes not even come close. Then the Hatred nerf. Really, what are you smoking? Just because it is overperforming in damage in PvE you decide to nerf it for PvP as well? Hatred is the squishiest spec of all with little defensive cooldowns and no passive damage reduction. It feels like playing Lethality Operative with just one leg, but instead of giving the spec crutches, you decide to cut off a little finger. Make Shroud baseline, give it 5 seconds duration or come cd reduction when hit or give them at least another strong defensive cooldown or passive damage reduction. Also no damage nerf to PT/Jugg skank tanks, lol

    Auf einem squishy Target und mit Relic Proc kam ich damals auf etwa 7k pro Crit und Tick. Wenn man vorher noch die Stance rausmacht, können es schon 8k sein. Also ingesamt 32k. Aber das war vor dem Nerf, mit vollem DD Gear und Crit buff. Tanks kommen nicht annähernd auf solche Werte.

    Wir hatten nur in einem einzigen Spiel ein Makro, und das war gegen DRAMA. Das war denk ich auch das letzte Huttenball, was wir im 8er gespielt haben.

  15. My class? Sorry, but unlike you I have every class at 55 and am not biased. My main class is actually a sentinel.

  17. Focus change in solo rated? Not gonna happen. If the initial target does not die, there is usually chaos. If the initial target was a sorcerer and all the burst was put into that target and the sorcerer just bubbles when he is really low, that's major burst wasted. And snipers have all the rights to complain, because they are as squishy as mercenaries. Marauders on the other hand, have no right to complain at all because that class together with the Juggernaut is the most durable.

  19. It is pretty clear that this game is balanced by having healers and tanks in mind, which leads to some problems in all dps arena matches. That is because some defensive cooldowns and escape abilities like Enraged Defense, Vanish, Barrier (just to give some examples) are too strong in short-term fights. Classes who don't really have such kind of abilities like Snipers and Mercenaries are really struggling in those match-ups while being perfectly fine if grouped with a tank and healer. In other words, the class balance is mostly fine, it is the system which is in need of an overhaul. My suggestion is to only start solo ranked games, if both teams have a healer, a tank and two dps. Yes, this would lead to an increase of the queue time but the benefits would be a better overall experience while also fixing the problem with hybrid specs.
  20. One suggestion I made some time ago was to reduce the time of stun from 4 seconds to 2.5 seconds but in return allow the stun to be off the global cooldown. That way it does not really change for the stunning player as he can still use the same amount of abilities on the target as before but reduces the effectiveness of chain stunning and bursting down a player who can't do nothing in return.
