Hi all. Operative. Locked and Loaded Package. The implant bonus does not work. Promised to increase damage and healing by 5%. Does not work. Tested using Diagnostic Scan. No relics. I replaced the implant with the same one in terms of stats with a bonus that does not affect the treatment.
