I'm looking for a guild for my main and my alts on the Imperial side. My main is a Lvl 65 Healing Sorcerer. I'm not interested in competitive OPS work. I just want a group I can hang out with when on and possibly run story mode OPS. I'm a mature gamer (39 years old) and I'm fairly laid back.

I think that the unfortunate reason for this is the fact that Bioware is an American company. Without wanting to make any rash generalisations some people in this world are more insular than others. They tend not to leave their own country and as such have a rather self centred outlook on things. These sort of people sometimes wield a little bit more power then is really ideal. I don't know where you might find these people.

It does appear that Bioware is leaving the decision making to a trained* chimp. I can't imagine person could be this stupid? *Chimp may not actually be trained

Maintenance today just reaffirms my opinion that unsubbing was the right thing to do. Bioware just have no idea how to look after customers. Seriously Bioware - go **** yourselves.

I don't have any problem with not being able to play on US Servers. Why would I want to play on a more laggy server?

I don't think anyone does it now though do they?

I don't know of any other company that does that.

It is the Russians I really feel for. I don't care for the Aussies. However when the game launches in Asia/Pac I will feel really sorry for them.

That seems like common sense. You would have to be subnormal mentally to not understand this point.

Funnily enough in WoW they pull in more revenue from the EU than the US. Maybe if Bioware were to stop treating the EU like 2nd class citizens they would make more money?

Hmm....you think that with this many customers upset about something Bioware should just lock all discussions and stick their heads in the sand? Interesting outlook.

Dear Lordtie, If Bioware don't want to keep their EU customers happy then they can simply not sell to them. Then you will also be delighted when SWTOR folds in three months time due to lack of revenue.

I know that the US players don't seem to be bothered about when the maintenance is on. I am sure they wouldn't care if it was during the evening in the US. They would of course just do something else. You know, read a book, go outside, enjoy life etc. However coming from a rational position on this I can't see why they just don't do the logical thing and have three maintenance windows - US, EU and AsiaPac.
