I love parts of the old EU, i hate others, just as i like some of the movies better then others. But let's be honest here, say Lucas himself had decided to create more films, he would never have taken the EU stories into consideration, he would have axed it all and made his own story. I kind of prefer how it is now, i've read alot of the EU over the last couple of decades, but now under the lucasfilm and disney banner, hopefully there will be a more coherent fleshed out expanded universe, while i hope they will soon move away from the inbetween EP 3 and 4 stories. An animated show set after Return of the Jedi would be lovely. And personally i really enjoyed Force Awakens, and i loved Rogue One. I am....sceptical...towards the Han Solo film, i feel mabye a more interesting story could have been told, but that might be because of new actors playing the characters i grew up with, i'll reserve final judgement until i have actually seen the films.

Not exactly surprising, galaxy in turmoil was doomed from the second it was anounced. Would it have been better then the current Battlefront? who knows, i think people were just riding the hype on that one. As for getting destroyed by EA and Disney, well thats not a surprise, and any company would have done the same thing. Do you think Lucas himself would have accepted someone making a star wars movie, releasing it to the public and possibly profiting from it when he was in controll? not in a million years, fan movies were allowed to live, just like star wars mods, and skins for other games are allowed to live. When you start developing your own product, by using a licsesnsed IP you have no right to actually work with. Ofcourse the people that paid millions in EA's case, or in Disneys, Billions, will tell you to stop working on it, and it will be delivered by the stormtrooper legal division. We as fans might not like it, we as fans may and quite possibly will, throw insults at the desicion makers, but that doesn't make them wrong.

As i am never....ever...ever.....lucky with hypercrates, i foolishly tried my luck again with a new one the day of the patch.....nada so figured screw it, sold the other two crates at a decent 35 million each, bought the saber on red eclipse when it was down to 45 million, sold the stuff i got in the first crate, and had about 60 million to spare after the saber... lesson learned, buy crates if you have to, but sell sell sell! ^_^ And it does look lovely! patience is a virtue in terms of it's cost though, i'm sure there will be some variations, if not identical in the remaining expansion packs, so it might eventually settle down on the 25 million mark, possibly lower. All i know is my newest sith warrior looks lovely with the saber, new crimson crystal, and the new Vailyn inspired armor set.

if you have cartel market crystals, they atleast can be unlocked for every character on the account, usually for less then 70 coins each. while not for non cartel crystals, but those are quite few in number compared to the cartel crystals. In my instance i prefer the cartel ones anyways, so a win/win, Desert Green <3

*cough* i've payed that much for a single cosmetic item...more then once My current all white outfit for my assassin, including lightsaber crystal, probably cost me 20 million, while it's something i've gathered over a long time, and finally decided to put the outfit together last week, the crystal alone was 5 million. then you add in satele's lightsaber, kreias lower robes, hand maiden top, one of the revanite helms and finaly Lana's belt, and gloves, things get ex*****ve! but as others have said, supply and demand, just remember, there is always a way! be that waiting for a price drop, sell some cartel market stuff for credits, or just farm, the item can be yours. But for some items, that have been out of packs for years, they will get expensive, especially highly sought after items, like the extrovert chest. As for rip of artists, i'm guilty of that more then once, when selling stuff i don't want from chance cubes or cartel packs, i will sell it for as high as i can, to get credits to buy the stuff I want ^^

While i have no particular opinion on Khem Val, except for his pre....ahem...change to keep it spoiler free as possible, that version i'd like. But i can see some companions only working for some classes. Then again, my dream team for my knight is Nadia, Kira, Blizz, Vette and Risha and Mako.....no paricular reason, but mostly because these are the characters i really liked. Most of the male companions i haven't really liked, except for Blizz and Gault i guess. Quinn i would have spaced the second i had the chance (please let him be killable in the future chapters, much like one of the trooper companions, i asume, i went light side so far on that part ) and please let it be an agonizing slow death! Jaesa...hmm bit conflicted on her, i've liked her as a character, especially as a dark side version, i enjoyed turning her and having her strike down her master.

I second...or is it fifth? this! the two new crystals are glorious. And leaps and bounds better looking then some of the crystals they added in the past, i still want to strangle an ewok everytime i see a black core saber. A Red crystal, while i find the current "classic" sith red crystal to be pretty much perfect, having one as a cartel unlock for my account would be a great addition, i see no reason to not want this! The crystals in the packs are so common anyways that the first few weeks of the packs release you can barely give them away anyways, so they will be cheap for those that don't want to gamble on the packs

that ugly piece of *** volatile lightsaber is sought after? and here i thought i was greedy when i put one up for sale for 3 million today.........so thats why it sold so fast *curses*

I was slightly anoyed by the glorious movie green being in a gambling pack. But when i equiped it in my lightsaber, i was just too happy to really care that much anymore. I do agree, that darn thing should have been in the game from the begining, 4 years to add the third of the most iconic lightsaber crystal colors is........not good. But atleast we got dozens of those oh so good looking black core sabers /sarcasm. their existance anoys me far more then a gambling pack ever will

there is some wonderfull irony here. in the black desert forums, you have americans complaining about launch timers for the early access favoring europeans, the publisher is based in the netherlands for clarification. sometimes it's nice being on the other side of the coin, in some slightly sithy way, personally i accepted long ago that most games i like, are made in the states or asia, meaning it will always inconvenience my lesser status as a European customer.

i think i might have gotten the dual saber version from a chance cube, i'm not sure, they kind of mixed in a bit with my actual cartel packs lucky drop though ^^

While the packs did not yield what i wanted, bought 12, i did make 35 million credits selling the stuff i did get. in general though, there was like 3 items i wanted so my chances for anything good was slim at best. got most of the Exiled Knight's armor, bought the rest today, got the lightsaber crystal, finally, proper movie green! and the dual blade saber, that i did not want (single saber please! ) but sold for 20 million ^^ But, i do agree, the chance cube drop rate was a tad high, i got a few nice things in them, but mostly junk, probably got more chance cubes then the number of packs i bought.

i too feel it's a bit to "thin" like the shoto blademaster lightsabers, which is why i'll probably sell the double bladed one i got. But i have hopes, that like the blademaster hilts, there will be a "thicker" version in a future pack. Ironically, i got my lightsaber in one of those chance cubes you want removed atleat i think it was, had so many chance cubes in addition to the crates i bought so might be mistaken ^^

Bought a few packs yesterday, about 12, not that i was after the lightsaber mind you, i wanted that glorious movie green lightsaber crystal (which i got and it is glorious!) and the new rancor, contemplating selling that one.. no lightsaber in those crates, but i got a tonn of those chance cubes, and got the double bladed one there, so i can confirm it does indeed exist ^^

Several companions across all classes i wouldn't mind leaving on a planet, or in the case of my dark side sith, throw them out the nearest airlock. this goes doubly for that back stabbing quinn. but others simply because i find them incredibly boring, most of the consular companions, honestly? Nadia and Theran are probably the only two if given the choice, will be welcomed back to the ship. but i also hope i can recruit the other classes companions, a crew for my bounty hunter of mako, risha and vette would be delightful!

i kind of ended up with a younger version of master kiwiks, slightly by chance, but i like the whole red face and blue montrails, planing on more then one togruta, so the next one will have a diffrent look. planing on going a sorceror for that one, and possibly the same color for the face/skin and montrails, but not decided, will have to see what "theme" i'm running with the char, thinking light side sorceror, just to experience that side of the story.

seeing as i just got my favorite, the togruta, and my second favorite was already ingame, the twi'lek. i'm going to just go with some other species i like. 1: Nautolan 2: arcadian (pureblood and offshoot) 3: Zeltron

Depends on the overal theme i'm using for my characters. for my newest sith warrior juggernaut, i went with a red skinned twi'lek girl, in malaks shadow armor with dark purple light sabers, using vettes red skin option, same armor and some black blasters with the same crystals. other times i just find faces i like more then their original ones.

Well as the topic says, i'm curious as i seem to have been granted 30 days of subscription yesterday, free of charge. 3rd of october i purchased 60 days of non reccuring subscription, which was set to expire today, the 3rd of december, now before even checking sub status i simply added an other 60 days, but after that i noticed it now says i have 89 days left of subscription time, and that i was granted the 500 cartel coins, for my new 60 day sub time today, but as of yesterday i had also gotten 500 coins added and 30 days, but at no charge. anyone else had this?

People seem to be of the impression that the only thing bioware would have to do, is make a new model for a less humanoid species and thats it. well it's not let's take a look first: say they were to add a species that were much smaller then what we currently have, you would ofcourse first need the model. then if it should be able to be all classes like the current ones? EVERY SINGLE ARMOR PIECE in the game, has to be re-worked to now fit the new model, should this model also have 4 body sizes? thats every single item 4 times. all cutscenes have a "camera" angle tailored to the current body sizes, that would mean more work to change EVERY SINGLE cutscene to fit the new models. now i for one understand why they go with species that has the same basic body size as a human

i only have 4 trade paperbacks where he's featured, not sure if there are more honestly Tales of the jedi collection the sith war Dark lords of the sith redemption Redeption is far newer though, just around the year 2000. fairly good, but i do like the older ones more, there he is wearing a more traditional movie garb though.

flipping a bit more through my comics, it actually seems alot closer then my first impressions of the set and based on the pictures i was looking at, could be that it was shown with a cape, a large flowing red one, that made the main difference. i admit defeat atleast and i'll blame it on previewing it on a female twi'lek
