  1. Can confirm, all of the kit that I had on Treek is gone. The weapons, armor - everything. On every character, so thats 12 toons that I use treek to level with. It was mostly the Yavin companion stuff, but there were a few rare items in there. What is interesting is on one of my characters I saw that I had a 12 beside the email icon at the top of the screen, but when I went to open email only 6 were in the inbox. Those emails were the 'welcome to kotfe, here's Nico for you' etc. Once I collected the items from the 6 emails , the 12 beside the email icon disappeared. It's like the system "almost" delivered them. They nerfed the pants off Treek with this patch (pun intended) - I hope this gets resolved or that's a second kick in the jewels.
  2. They're either too cheap or they just don't care anymore - there's nothing for us in 3.0 What a scam. If anyone didn't buy the CE, but is considering doing something similar for a Bioware/EA title in the future, remember this thread and save your money.
  3. I think you're right. The caption on mouseover of the item is: Use: Increases your unlock count for this decoration by 1 for all characters in your Legacy. 'For all characters in your legacy' means more than one if you have more than one character.
  4. With the first toon I run? No rush at all, mate. With the second toon? Still stuff I missed on the first run, so no rush at all. 8th toon? Blegh - Again?? 16th toon - someone kill me.
  5. You have no idea what you're talking about. Stop feeding the troll, everyone.
  6. Same - I have the 14,500 cc item in my Amazon cart, but no reason to buy it so far.
  7. If they don't put enough items on sale for me to drain my cc bank then there is no reason for me to buy more coins from them. So if they don't put more items up for sale they wont make any money off me today. I'm sure I'm not alone. Seems like the shot themselves in the foot with this 'sale'.
  8. Because that's exactly what OP said. Except for the part where they want my money.
  9. Except for the part where they want my money.
  10. This is the correct answer. If people here are all upset over this idea, there is a very simple answer - don't buy it. My purchasing this boost would have no effect on your life, in-game or out. You think your concern over how well or how poorly I play my character is reason enough for me not to be able to buy this buff? Get over yourself. I don't need to do anymore planetary quests on my 16th - yes, my 16th - alt.
  11. It's certainly affected my gaming habits. Before, it was login, look at cartel market, look at gtn, logout. Now I actually play the game
  12. A cool set of legacy armor would be great.
  13. Im on level 17 after an hour or so and so far training is free. Does anyone know if free training ends? Like at a particular level?
  14. Does anyone know if we get any love wrt Strongholds? EA already got our money so I expect nothing. And in the spirit of thanks, I won't buy another EA product for a long long time.
  15. It would be nice if we could get a comment from Eric Musco on this. Even though this isn't his responsibility, he is active on the forums and seems to be one of the few who actually cares about us. @musco, you there?
  16. Yes, some helpful people are generously offering their assistance, and I should ignore them. Go back into your cave.
  17. I have, multiple times. And filed a ticket. Support says its a known issue, and a fix will come "eventually", which I'm thinking means never.
  18. I already put in the work. I already have all the datacrons on multiple characters, but according to my achievements I have none. My achievement score with 5 lvl 50s was 300. I'm surprised you don't see the problem with this.
  19. I just returned to the game after a long absence. My achievement list is almost empty despite having 5 lvl 50s when I quit. So the part where you get decoration unlocks based on achievements is not good news to me.
  20. Over 2000 replies, almost 200,000 views. This deserves attention from Bioware/EA.
  21. That's partially true. IF there was no time limit on the event, and IF they rolled lucky, then you would be 100% correct. Say it took you 10 million credits to win the rancor. How long would it take for you to earn that 10 million credits? Do you have the time it takes to do all of your dailies AND click the casino machines before the event is over? Is there even enough time left for you to earn enough credits? What if it was 50 million? Or 300 million? With a moving goal line there is no way to know, and no proof that what you say is true. If the event ran on forever, then yes, everyone would have the ability to earn the rancor, and would then be able to choose to get it or not. But that simply is not the case here.
  22. That's like me saying I've never purchased ebay items with real money. I've paid off a credit card and used that via paypal to have items delivered to my house. But real money for ebay items? Nope. You still don't get it. You have a 0.09% chance until you run out of credits. Your argument over fair vs equal, or whatever semantics you want to argue about, are valid IF everyone has the same finite amount of credits, but that's not the case. I will never run out of credits. Never. So I have a 100% chance of getting the rancor if I choose to keep clicking. Not everyone has that. So instead of having a system that only guarantees a rancor for the 1%, there should be some mechanic in place to make sure that, within reason, those who really want it can get it with some effort, but without losing their entire fortune, or worse, not getting it and losing everything. If you can't understand that then there is nothing else for us to talk about. The odds here don't affect me at all. If I want the rancor I'll get it, plain and simple. But I'm concerned for the average player because I'm an adult and I'm not a sociopath.
