  1. Yeah, all 3 of my Sith Purebloods show as human in the Legacy Family Tree. But to be blunt, between this and the helmet issue, I don't give a damn about this. My Pureblood Marauder has helmets not showing up or facial features clipping through helmets that they didn't used to clip through, my Pureblood Assassin has her hair vanishing when showing certain helmets and her head clipping through hoods it didn't used to clip through. My Miraluka Operative has over half the helmets I've tried to equip not showing up.... granted this isn't exactly game breaking, but it's damned annoying. It said the unify colors was fixed for headslots, didn't say anything about the hair vanishing or the helms not showing up on certain races.
  2. I heard somewhere (and no I don't have a link to back this up so take it with a grain of salt) that in a future patch all social gear will scale to your class's armor level. If true, I think that's a good solution.

  4. Well, I don't have a Twi'lek character, but I do have two Sith Purebloods who got the helmet and have the same issue of it not showing up. So, I believe it is in the same category of a number of other helmets that don't display properly on certain races.
  5. This is untrue. I've had several losing games since 1.2 (on a character I did not make until 1.2 hit) where I got 40 or 50 comms, about 1.5k valor and a few hundred credits. Never pay attention to exp. Granted, most of my wins have gotten me 85-100 comms, but that's still not nothing for a loss. Where the 0 reward came in is if you got less than 3 medals. Which was extremely easy to happen if you load into a losing game when it was almost over.

  7. I didn't bother reading past this really. I'm just gonna say, I play solo ALOT. (Yes, I do some group play, but mostly solo) I have played since the second day of early access, and I have THREE level 50 characters, a level 48, a level 39 and a level 30. Solo leveled, every one of them. It's been 4 months, if you couldn't get ONE character to level 50 in that time, that's not their fault.
  8. Actually, you do. Far fewer than for wins, but you do get comms if you lose. So long as you get more than 3 medals. If you get less than 3 medals you get absolutely nothing. No comms, no valor, no experience and no credits.
  9. Only comment of your listed reasons I have is that number 13 isn't limited to new gear. (maybe I misread your intended meaning, but that's what it sounded like to me) Both my Assassin, and my Marauder's melee DPS companion are now bald... really quite annoying. And not trolling or anything, but I would seriously be interested to read your 30 or so more reasons.
  10. Strangely, I do remember. Except for me once I got him to the dark side and he turned red, it lasted for the rest of the game. Well, alright, he mostly turned white. But there was red there, and it stayed. But, it does suck that you can't mix the republic and imperial features. I'd like to have a red skinned Zabrak with republic tattoo patterns.
  11. Well, let's see. Legacy Fleet Pass and Legacy Quick Travel require both a Legacy level AND credits. 100k for first rank of each, 200k for second, and 300k for the third. And after spending 600k on all 3 of one, it doesn't even reduce the cooldown by half. Rocket Boost requires Legacy level AND credits. A total of 4.5 million credits for all 3 ranks. EVERYTHING in the Ship Upgrades section requires both Legacy level and credits. A total of 7.5 million for all unlocks there. Personally, most of the stuff I wanted from the legacy system isn't even coming until 1.3. The experience gains and companion unlocks and the legacy speeder. And I fully expect most, if not all, of those to require legacy level and credit as well.

  13. No, I get your point. My point is you're overreacting to 25 comms. A full set of War Hero gear costs 28,250 Rated Warzone comms. Now yes, you can get a small number of Rated Warzone comms per day from the daily mission. But at 200 a week for the "casual" players who do nothing but the daily and weekly missions in non rated warzones.... that would take 141.25 weeks to get that many rated warzone comms. So... almost 3 years from now the people who don't do rated warzones can get the same gear as the people who do them can get in 2 or 3 weeks? Yeah.... still not seeing the problem here man.
  14. Handing out gear? Well, let's do a small bit of quick match here. If you get 25 Rated comms from the daily That would mean 175 of them per week (25 x 7). If the weekly gives the same reward as the daily (as has been suggested) That would make it 200 comms in a week. The cheapest pieces of War Hero Gear require 1250 rated warzone comms. Those are the bracers and the relics. The weapons are 3475 and there are several price points in between, but we'll focus on the 1250. At 200 comms per week, it would take over 6 weeks to get 1250 rated warzone comms from the daily/weekly missions. So, for just ONE piece of War Hero gear without doing rated warzone, it takes over 6 weeks. I'm not seeing that as a huge handout man.
  15. That's definitely one option. But I think another question here is what's your Valor rank? Cause if you've managed to keep your valor capped, then I'd suggest hit 50, and try to get up to valor 65 to buy the Korealis (sp?) pvp speeder before it goes away in 1.2 And if you can't manage is before 1.2 hits, well, buy the Longspur. Yeah, the Longspur will still be around in 1.2 for 1500 Warzone instead of 750 of each. But since the conversion will be 1 - 1 it's the same buying it now as after since you've already got the merc comms.
  16. I can't wait to see what gets posted after 1.2 hits. Color match alone should provide some interesting combinations. Personally I'm thinking of taking the Colossus set and replacing the chest piece with the black and gray one from the Tat heroics, then color matching.
  17. True, AND only when the mod is incapacitated. Personally, I almost never use any of them on any character. Can't offhand think of a single reason I'd want to use them in pvp lol
  18. Not just that either. If you die during the second fight and upon clicking the button to accept a battle res it kicks you out of the instance instead of reviving you, you get no credit for the kill (if your team then kills him). And then you can go through the rest of the op, killing the next 3 bosses and getting no credit. Simplest solution would probably be to change the weekly to something like "Defeat any two Operations bosses" Or to prevent folks from simply doing the first boss of each operation just add the pillars, the infernal council, soa, foreman crusher, the droid and Karraga to the list...
  19. On Topic, I wouldn't mind seeing some different maps for Huttball, though it's definitely my least favorite of the current game types. slightly off topic... You're partway right. The new one has 3 control points and a point total to be reduced to zero to win. The differences are that capturing a point doesn't require uninterrupted use of the node, it's a meter that fills up as you interact. Once it's full your team controls it until the opposing team interacts with it enough to fill it up. More than one person can interact with it at the same time to fill it up faster. Also, you have to control 2 nodes to do any damage to the opposing team. if you just control one, no damage is dealt at all. So, comebacks are actually possible, which they're really not in Civil War once you reach a certain point.
  20. I didn't. I have one character of each class. (not advanced class that would be overboard) But I will agree that a blaster rifle is better than a little pistol as far as looks go.
  21. Awesome video. But, and maybe it's just the armor making it hard to tell, I didn't notice a single female in there. Are you a male only guild?
  22. Maybe someone in here can help me out. I'm just starting up a Vanguard (level 19 now) And looking at the later gear, I notice that a LOT of the chest pieces have these big bulky (IMO) ugly things stuck onto the back. Can anyone tell me a name, and where to get, a moddable piece that doesn't have that please? I'm not even picky on the color at this point, I would just really love a chest piece without that pack.
  23. There is also at least one Praxon model being removed. The Commander is discounted to 1 mil in 1.1.5 (instead of 1.5), the Baron I think (the yellow and blue social speeder) is having it's social requirement removed and price upped to 2 mil (instead of 1.5 mil with a social requirement of 10) I don't know about the prices on the other 2 Korrelias models. Also, the speeders will no longer be BoP as of 1.1.5, and they will be gone in 1.2 so if you've got the money to buy several you could hang onto them, not use them, and sell them on the GTN after 1.2 I'm basing all of this off of a Youtube video of the speeder vendor on the PTS (I have not actually logged into the PTS myself this patch) and a Developer post about the changes. (When you first come to the forums, before selecting a specific forum section there are the 3 big entries at the top, it is currently the 3rd entry if you'd like to read it yourself.)
  24. The price difference between the normal version of the game and the CE version (The vendor you said he paid for) was $90. The Digital Deluxe version was an extra $20 over the regular version and gave access to the VIP section/vendor. Now, it is true that anyone could spend 1.5 million credit to get access to the VIP area and vendor. And then another 1.5 million to buy the speeder, and then those people should be really pissed about them removing the one and only item on the vendor..
  25. To my knowledge it is not possible to learn recipes by REing random rare or vendor items. Nothing has yet been confirmed, but it is believed that many of these crystals will be learnable by Artifice in 1.2. However, going off of something said in one of the developer blog posts at the top of the forums, White crystals will NOT be among the ones craftable in 1.2. There's a line in the post about "no new shipments for several months" or words close to that.
