  1. I would say they should definitely lower the shiny reflection on it but not totally remove it.
  2. Now it says Harby is Offline , great
  3. Server says it is Light but an hour wait..then it says a connection error has occurred... so I guess I cant even get in the queue Guess all the west coast servers are crashing cuz I can get in the east coast servers now

    Same here. Both my accounts got kicked at once and now it says there is a 50minute wait to log back in.
  5. Took them 26 days to restore a character I deleted. They will get to it eventually. Good luck man
  6. Well the ticket sat in opened status for that time and then it was restored and the ticket was closed. So I guess it did take that long to get a reply.

  11. Well it took 26 days total to get my character restored. Rejoice! Have faith in CS as they will get to your ticket eventually.
  12. This happened to my character restoration request ticket as well. All the information they requested was in the original ticket, but they closed it saying they needed me to submit a new ticket with the requested information. I did that and now I have been waiting ever since 11/2. I am sure it will be at least another 4 days with the holiday as well. I think customer service just closes tickets without helping you with them to get their numbers up. they probally have to close so many tickets a day to keep their job, or something to the effect. I mean why close a ticket saying there wasnt enough information in it to help and then give a list of information required to submit a new ticket with, when the original ticket has all the information in it already!! I cant believe they get away with it. My frustration with this whole thing is starting to turn to anger for sure.
  13. I agree. I have had a ticket open since 11/2 and now with the holiday I suspect nothing will happen with it for at least the next 4 days. It's a shame really
  14. Well I have been waiting 22 days for a character restoration of my main character I accidentally erased. From what I can tell Character restoration requests seem to be a low priority for customer service as I have had other ticket dealt within that time period. So good luck man
  15. I hear you! Been waiting 19 days now on my character restoration ticket. Everyone says they will get to it, but the wait time is extreme! Good luck man
