[Choosing Slicing instead of a second gathering skill... BEWARE]

I have 7 characters (working on an 8th right now) all with Slicing. I'm making bank.

 

The Fun Police will nerf it eventually, so I'm doing it while I can, then going back to playing for real. For now, the credits are rolling in.

Do yourself a favor and max out Slicing. You'll make bank.

[Disabling "Smart" camera?]

Is there any way to disable the camera automatically turning toward the direction I'm running in? For instance, if I'm running north and I turn the camera to view south (behind me) and I let go of the mouse button, the camera automatically turns around to the direction I'm running. Any way to stop this from happening?

[Three quick questions...]

First:

 

When I open my character window and display Vette's gear, I'm trying to figure out what to give her as upgrades. However, when I hover my mouse over the gear in my inventory, it doesn't show the stats in comparison to Vette, but rather my own. Is there something I'm missing to make it easy for me to do a quick check to see what I can give her?

 

 

Second:

 

Where is the button to have Vette sell all my grey junk?

 

 

Third:

 

Sometimes my icon disappears from the map and won't come back. Is it a bug or a key I'm hitting? Is there a way to track more than one thing on the map (mailbox as well as vendor and trainer, for instance)?

Got it- thanks guys. I think I'll stick with the 3 I mentioned; hopefully it'll generate some cashflow, and I'm sure I'll be able to find a crafter or two with all my extra mats.

[Question about skills]

Hey- just a quick question for those in the know.

 

I've read that I can have one crafting skill, and 2 others. Is this correct? Or are my crew skills separate? If someone could maybe give me a quick rundown in WoW terminology it would be much appreciated.

 

As it stands, I'm thinking I have 3 skill slots, and can fill them with 3 of the various crew/gathering/crafting options. Am I right?

 

 

Also, I was thinking about doing Diplomacy + Archaeology + Treasure Hunting. I heard that Treasure Hunting was a good way to get some items and makes it's money investment back in what you get out of it, but I saw in a different thread that it was a huge money sink. What's the story there?
