    Agent/Smuggler Roll

That is certainly another possibility, a cost increase on successive rolls in X time frame. DweezillKagemand - What's the cooldown on Adrenaline Probe? What's the cooldown on pylon explosion waves? I'm not sure there's actually a big advantage to racing to cap a pylon in Hypergate early either way though. Not like in say voidstar, where being able to race to a door to place a bomb before anyone else can blink will pretty much end the game right there.

    Agent/Smuggler Roll

What's it matter if it lets you claim an otherwise out of reach objective? Or even just escape the fight to total reset? Unless you decide to roll in circles around a bunch of enemies, being out of energy is not going to outweigh the advantage all those rolls gave you in the first place.

    Agent/Smuggler Roll

I'd recommend a roll counter instead. If you do 2+ rolls in X seconds, you get a small cooldown then. If you can limit your roll spam, you don't have a cooldown. Just to give some kind of window of reaction. It's just dang silly when you see them all chaining 3,4,5+ rolls non-stop.

    Best 2.0 healer

A decently played Operative healer is virtually immortal with even the smallest bit of support. The amount of healing they can push out while being trained is just obnoxious. Plus if you get bored you can play sleep games on the slow node
  5. That is actually a decent idea. Like just a "I'm Open, I'm Open!" button. I'd just be afraid of someone abusing it just to be annoying.
  6. I always chat up warzones, even before they start, just to get everyone a little bit friendly and upbeat. People in good moods play better then people in bad moods. People who feel part of a team (even a temporary team) play better then people who are confrontational or afraid of failure. People are more willing to call for help if they think help will actually arrive, instead of scorn. Berating people in chat NEVER helps, ever. Never ever. The only thing worse then directly yelling at people for mistakes is being passive aggressive about it. Nothing will suck the life out of a Warzone then passive aggressive blaming. Never be passive aggressive. If you want specific things done, then you need to give specific instructions to specific people. We all come with name tags, use them. You'll be surprised how positive and responsive your fellow team mates are when you treat them like another person, instead of "that random scrub noob idiot that needs to l2p". Will your pug team suddenly turn into a ranked premade because of this stuff? No, of course not, but you will get better play out of everyone and a more enjoyable experience overall. Better games, closer games. TLDR: Your poop smells just like everyone else. Don't pretend you plant roses instead.
  7. The SIS is smaller (and/or the republic is bigger) and doesn't have absolute penetration in all aspects of Republic life the way Imperial Intelligence does with it's own citizens. Imp Intelligence also has a few centuries of head start in the war between the two. Of course ImpInt has hit some sangs recently.
  8. It used to be this way in Beta and it was pretty nice. Instead of vendoring all those random blue/greens, you just dumped them all onto the GTN instead at their default prices (which are still much better then vendoring). Which meant you could always find quick and dirty gear for yourself and companions while leveling. Most people don't want to deal with half a dozen loading screens to dump their junk on the GTN though, so it just gets sold to the vendor now.
  9. Huttball is the best one, it's the most unique out of the bunch with the most variety between matches. Comebacks and Momentum can change in Huttball, which isn't true of most other WZ's. It's also merciful, if your team is outclassed, the game will be over very quickly and you can move on. Hypergate, I'm mostly neutral to Hypergate. I don't love it and I don't hate it. Momentum can change, but not as easily as Huttball. Honestly, It's still kinda new to me and I don't 100% understand the scoring in that one still. Civil War and Novare Coast are subtle variations of the same warzone. They both suffer from the slow death issue. You can lose a Civil War and Novare badly and slowly. It's really disheartening when it's lopsided. They're pretty fun if teams are even though, with nodes changing hands and stuff. Voidstar, I hate voidstar. I hate that if you are outclassed, the loss is slow and hopeless. I hate that if you outclass THEM the win is also slow and annoying. I hate that if both teams are equal, NOTHING HAPPENS and who 'wins' is decided by who started first/last. I hate that the doors don't have any meaningful distinction from each other, so you STILL have people calling out "HELP LEFT, NO THE OTHER LEFT!". Color code them or something, PLEASE. Voidstar is only good for padding your score sheet numbers. Blow up that stupid ship.
  10. Or the sleeper just puts you to sleep and caps from the other side of the LoS node hehe. Yea, I've used shoulder cannon to stop that kind of cap a few times, but it's hardly a game changer in my mind. Those charges only last so long, even if you ration them out. Then you what, CFH and now you have 2 people defending a node from 1 person again. I at best, delay someone and often not long enough for help to get to me in time. I feel utterly impotent solo on my tanking Vanguard. I don't survive all that much longer, my cooldowns don't really save me and I can't impact anyone actually coming to my node. Really.. I feel impotent all around on my VG, I don't apply pressure, I don't really save anyone from death, I'm not really changing the flow of a match with my presence at all. I feel like I am wasting a slot for my team every time I queue up with my VG. I feel like I belong on the shortbus, running around in circles flailing my arms wildly while shouting "IM HALPING IM HALPING". Like I actually got pity MVP votes my last game, because I volunteered to guard grass even though this operative repeatedly had her way with me and I constantly, CONSTANTLY needed someone else to come rescue me and recap the dang node. I was not having fun, and I rarely do on my tanking VG in regards to pvp these days.
  11. We can? What makes us superior solo node defenders? I'm being sincere, what makes you say this? You and I have different ideas of packing a punch though. Rocket Punch + Railshot is only moderately noteworthy in the grand scheme of heals vs bursts.
  12. Something like that. Like, I won't say Shoulder Cannon is BAD, it's objectively an improvement to Vanguards. It's free damage we wouldn't otherwise have. I will say it's underwhelming though. Doesn't really change anything with how we play, or really increase the fun factor or whatever you want to call it. You press the button, wait a few seconds, then press it again for a little more damage and possibly healing depending on spec. /shrug
  13. Yea, Adrenaline Rush isn't actually bugged, it's just sorta... iffy. It's a long cooldown and a drastic trigger but without a significant benefit to go with all that. To really get your moneys worth with Adrenaline Rush, you have to trigger it quite a bit lower then the 30% mark, which has it's own issues. Then without our tank talent, the healing just stops at 30%, even if you dip back down below. With out tank talent, its shorter duration version of the old Adrenaline Rush, with a longer cooldown and a trigger pre-req... It's not gravy. Really, I'm not even sure why it's an active ability at this point. Like, why not just have the 'Fired Up' part be passive at this point. It has a 60 second window or potential mediocrity.
  14. Yea, I can't actually find any numbers or mechanics on this thing yet? Same with Adrenaline Rush/Kolto Overload, is that passive now? Still a cooldown? Duration? Or the new passive: A new Passive ability, Close and Personal, has been added. Close and Personal increases the duration of Energy Shield by 3 seconds. In addition, suffering direct damage from area of effect attacks vents 2 Heat and heals the player for 0.25% of total health. This effect cannot occur more than once every 3 seconds. Is that bold part only when the shield is up, or all the time? So many questions
  15. Put it in the spot where you used to keep Shoulder Slam!
  16. It's a straight buff basically, hard to not like it.
  17. Anyone have the stats for this thing yet?
  18. Troopers are always ultimately loyal to the Republic, no matter how dark or mercenary they become.
  19. I wouldn't call Jorgan by the book at all. He has no use for any kind of formal adherence to regulations or red tape. He just expects everyone to do their jobs, no excuses or crying.
  20. Yea, it's one of the bigger holes in how the companion weapon choices got laid out there. It doesn't seem like it would be too hard to actually let him use Sniper Rifles either. Oh well
  21. Harvest Moon is legitimately a great game actually. Would recommend if that kind of game is your thing.
  22. I'm holding my breath for the outfit Satele wears. Sooner or later, right?
  23. The Trooper armor on Char Creation doesn't have the doll house backpack that Colossus and it's variations all have.
