What else would I post here for? If I'm posting here, 9/10 it's about a problem I'm having. And no, I'm not the only one having this problem. So far, this is the only problem I've shown my anger towards because it's completely inexcusable, there were arguments against my other complaints. I attacked the developers because they're incompetent and greedy, I have yet to attack the game itself for anything. I haven't attacked the players either, I called them rip off artists because they are. It's not an insult, it's an unfavourable truth. Like calling a racist a racist. I called the Shadow of Revan stupid and contrived because it's both of those things and nearly everyone agreed.

This "player choice" doesn't matter either way, it has no effect on the story or the character. It only effects your gameplay style. And you'd be surprised what complaining can do, not that this change is likely to happen 5 years in.

This **** is like 18 hours off and there's no option to fix it? This is absolutely absurd and unacceptable. I don't know if this is supposed to be posted here and quite frankly, I don't care. If BW isn't going to keep their site within technological standards, then I'm not going to bother to try and keep it organised. Is there or is there not an actual way to do this? Apparently there used to be, but I can't find it and recent threads say there's no fix for this.

I'm surprised Nadia, Jaesa, and Kira aren't back yet, they're like the fan favourites.

Damn, well that sucks. But I guess going through one more mini story after playing the entire game over won't be so bad.

Will skipping the Hutt Cartel effect anything major besides setting me back a few levels?

But why does that happen? What is the purpose of locking our advanced classes? I don't see this changing any time soon, so I'll probably just restart before I go any further and regret it. But I just don't see why the developers would do this just for the sake of a pointless and archaic tradition from WoW.

Of course changing the whole class would be problematic, what with voice acting and storylines. But why is there no option to change advanced classes? I picked Jedi Shadow for my main character when I started because I thought I'd be forced to wear those ridiculous hats otherwise. People in the comments for the YT previews were complaining about it, so I thought I was playing smart by doing this. Not to mention that you unlock both the lightsaber and the doublesaber as a Shadow. Little did I know, you lose out on most of your advanced techniques if you don't use the doublesaber. I could always switch to a doublesaber, but it just doesn't feel right after spending so much time with the regular one. I could re-roll as most people will probably advise me to do once I post this topic, but come on, I'm half way through the DLC stories. I REALLY don't want to do all of that over something so small, yet so limiting. There's no reason not to have this feature. They don't need to get people to make alts, people are already doing that to play the 7 other storylines they have. They certainly can't claim it's for RP purposes when you can magically rewrite your DNA and change races mid-game. It's just silly.

They need to make it so you always get a gold or silver item. The silver items I've gotten have been worthless crap too, but at least if they took the bronze ***** out of the mix, it would increase the chances of getting something worthwhile.

"Barely" as in "I understand what they're telling me is happening, but it's still stupid and doesn't make sense". Hell, even doing a clear and ridiculous fan service such as throwing us back in time to face an older version of Revan (Revan for Imp, Darth Revan for Pub) would've been better than this.

Obviously everyone has considered this. No one's mad about the chance cube specifically, they're angry about it pretty much never dropping anything good. I've been told that the chances of getting a good item were already low before. With the cube drawing from every single pack to date, it's just ridiculous. I remember DCUO's ridiculous Booster Bundle RNG crap and thought "How are they getting away with this?". Eventually they changed it due to the number of people complaining, it was still RNG, but you'd always get one of the special items. This system is even worse than the BB ever was, yet somehow people actually find ways to defend this crap. Whipped customers at they're finest, it's really a shame how many gamers become cash slaves to these MMO developers.

There are too many different main characters and their adventures have no historical value. Darth Nox should be hearing about the Barsen'thor's actions and vice versa during their respective stories, the same with the Hero of Tython and the Empire's Wrath. The game really loses out on a lot of depth because it's an MMO, I'm always wondering what it could've been at its full potential. Honestly, they should drop support for this game and start working on a new title. New. Star Wars: Knights of the New Republic. 1000 years after Rey's time.

Seriously, he should've just stayed dead when Darth Nox/Empire's Wrath killed him. What's with this "dark half survived, light half died" crap, I barely even understand what's going on. This is the most ridiculously contrived way to bring back a dead character I've ever seen implemented into a story. I though Darth Maul's retcon was bad, I don't blame Disney for wanting nothing to do with this.

I mean besides the fact that she's just unattractive in general. I started the Shadow of Revan and I immediately noticed that something about the textures seems off. Different from the other characters. It just looks really out of place to me. It's a shame, I like her character so far.

Well that's stupid! The *******es. First of all, the official title doesn't even appear by your name during cutscenes. That's the main reason I was going to add it to my name, so it would show up there. Seriously, what is the point of that crap rule?

Why would that be reportable?

Driving around in a circle collecting nodes may be less interesting, but it's way easier. That's all I'm concerned with. It's funny you mentioned automated collecting though, I keep seeing this purple Andronikis pop up behind me and steal the node from me. Then he just disappears and reappears at another node. Is that normal?

Good, no more of this title ********. First thing I'm doing is putting "Darth" right in my character's name.

Hell no I didn't pay no damn 7 million. But I'd previously lost all 5 million of my credits in the mail during a transfer. I was about to give up because there was no way I was going to grind heroics for a week again. With this method, I had it all back in about 6-7 hours. If lower GTN prices means going back to grinding credits from heroics for multiple days at a time, forget it. I'd rather the prices be higher. Even though lowering the reward from the nodes or removing them altogether will absolutely not fix that. The gambling addicts with lodes of money from spamming hypercrate purchases are the ones causing the apparent inflation.

The slave outfit looks ridiculous to begin with, now you want to put it on a man? Absolutely not. There are far more pressing matters at hand.

Well no, but each class story is all a part of one big TOR story, right? The Jedi Knight's triumph over the Emperor gets mentioned a few times in each story. With this latest DLC, they could've easily implemented moments where the other character's actions are mentioned in the story, then your current character reacts to it based off their relationship to the mentioned character. If the player has no relationship, they wouldn't get that dialogue option.

Really, so it just sits there? They should just remove it. I'm sitting here thinking it's going to effect the story or gameplay somehow, maybe they mention each other by name/title during certain missions if something they did comes up. What a waste.

I don't know what's humourous about it, it's only because of this method that I was able to afford it to begin with. And I haven't been here long, but that top was even more expensive before 4.1. Reducing the credit rate for the slicing won't reduce the inflation of the higher priced cartel items.
