  1. Yes, see the weapons vendor.
  2. You can also get them from the Commendations vendor, and they get better as you travel to each successive planet, so don't save your Comms when you leave a planet. You can decent mods without spending precious credits. There's a comm vendor on each planet, and on the Fleet.
  3. I'd LOL, but sadly, it's probably true.
  4. Go visit the Skill Mentor. I'm not sure where they all are located, but I do know there is one on Coruscant, in the Commerce area, behnd a desk behind the GTN kiosks.
  5. There's a tiny icon that appears in the companion portrait area. A head means they want to talk, a ship means they want to talk on your ship. It's really small and easy to overlook if you don't know it's there.

    Mounts?

See your trainer. It's as easy as that!
  7. You could try respeccing to the vigilance tree and DPS instead of tanking. It's not ideal, but might be worth trying before you decide to re-roll. There was a thread in this forum with suggested specs for DPS, but you'd have to look for it.
  8. I couldn't beat him at 32, either. I grouped up with someone who had failed 14 times! We had to do it twice, once for each of us, but beat him. Then I got the bug and couldn't talk to the council. I reset the mission and had to level up to 34 before I could bet him solo. Try it again when you level up, and use an endurance stim and a medpack. And may the Force be with you.
  9. You can get a list of all the missions on any particular planet here: http://www.darthhater.com/ I try to do all the level appropriate quests before moving on, because if you arrive on a planet under leveled you will have the floor wiped with your corpse too many times to have any fun.
  10. I have a laptop, and I run fine on a mobile card with 2GB. Intel i7 processor, and 6 GB RAM. I use high settings, but disable shadows and bloom. You won't be missing anything, and it runs much smoother.
  11. If you accidentally destroyed it, or it is broken beyond repair, you can buy from a weapons vendor. If you're Republic, there's a vendor in the Jedi Temple on Tython. I assume there's an Imperial equivalent.
  12. Oh, thank you! That's good information to know! I was risking death by creature to get to some of those nodes, not worth it if there's nothing to be gained.
  13. I've gotten some from gathering, just not in the last two worlds I'm been one. (Quesh and Hoth). So there seems to be a level restriction... I tried the crew missions and got points, so I guess that's the answer. Thanks!!!!
  14. I can gather crystals and fragments from nodes, but I'm not getting any skill points for it. Are there level restrictions? I'm at 285, and some nodes are requiring 295 and I can't get there!
  15. Open the social window and flag yourself as LFG might help. Also, have you looked for a guild? There's a forum for that... and a lot of guilds recruit in General Chat. And give it time, a lot of people are still involved in their class quests.
  16. Well, after I was revived at the med center and went back to finish my quest, it didn't happen again. If it is an area thing, a "tune back now" message would be nice!
  17. I would like to know how and why this occurs. I was running a quest on Tatooine, and as I approached the requisite antenna tower, I was attacked by NPCs. As I was fighting them, I heard a sound and saw a message that I was flagged for PvP! Followed by a quick death at the hands of a Sith player. (it wasn't pretty! LOL) warning me? My question is this: What caused me to flag to PvP? I never PvP, and I'd like to avoid this in the future... Thank you for any help!
  18. It's called the Skill Mentor, I think, so that might be why you couldn't find it on Google. I don't remember them showing on the map, but I could be wrong about that!
  19. If you have the mission to go there, you will see a green arrow on your map. There's an elevator from The Works, as has been said, and also a taxi platform. Look for the green on your map.
  20. When you turned down your graphics settings, did you turn off shadows and bloom? It helps more than anything else seems to.
  21. You need to find a "Skill Mentor" on the fleet, or in your capital city. On Coruscant, he's behind a counter past the GTN stations in the Senate Commerce area. Don't know about the fleet, but several people have said there is one there.
  22. Is Legacy name the same surname? Or are they two separate names?
  23. You will acquire your companions as part of your storyline. And I sympathize over the download.
  24. On Coruscant, in the commercial area where the vendors and trainers are located... look past the GTN machines and he's behind a counter.
