  1. The inflation is largely due to the drastic change in crew skills in 4.0. Partially also due toheroic rewards changes, level syncing. Alliance crates. They made it a lot easier to get credits. Some say its bots, but they've always been an issue.
  2. Just because one does not like some aspects of the game does not mean they don't find the overall game fun. I complain about kotfe. I hardly play that anymore. I level alts and pvp. That's why I'm still here.
  3. It seems random. I also get notification messages with no details beyond someone purchased an item I listed, while I usually get details such as the item, and how much I listed it for. Been going on since I started at launch of SOR.
  4. True, I got mine yesterday, but the fine print does say by the 24th.
  5. Meh, I still think the f2p model is great. You get the best part of the game, the whole vanilla game, at no cost beyond some cosmetics and restricted access to some group content. Where else can one get a game with 8 separate stories of good to great quality for free?
  6. Check your cc ledger. It shows as 500cc in game reward or something like that.
  7. That's exactly why the ops best course of action is to adapt, not demand the world adapt to them. People suck. Sure, there are some nice people out there. There is an exception to every rule.
  8. Just ran another alt into kotfe, still had treek. My older characters that have hk didn't lose him. I don't bother with spending the credits for hk anymore since he's useless.
  9. Have you looked to see if something running in the background is hogging all your bandwidth? I found out that evry time I get the red x, I find svchost is using all my internet doing windows updates, etc. After 10 to 30 minutes it finishes and everythings good again.
  10. You might want to take note of instanced and open heroics and avoid those with long spawn timers. They drastically shortened the node spawns in open heroics, so I still do those. I usually only do the long spawn bosses when I can get on in low population times. It also helps to wait to do those on Monday, when much fewer people are still doing heroics for the week. Good luck.
  11. You have 3 years of adaptation to go through. The game is silly easy now though. Run slicing, diplomacy, and treasure hunting missions for the mats and sell them to make your credits. If its 2 mil a week running heroics, mats is the way to go. I make 15 mil a week without spending much time.
  12. Ok, I agree. If you don't play the game, there are no choices to matter.
  13. You can't lose koth by not playing. That was the analogy, right? Losing koth=getting kicked in the nuts? Anyways, there is a change resulting from a choice.
  14. I agree with the op. Kotfe was a letdown. They invested all that time to story, and we got kotfe, gg. Now they have let down raiders, pvp'ers, and thier target audience, story players. What a shame.
  15. Even in your analogy, it mattered. Who likes getting kicked in the nuts? Sounds pretty meaningful to me.
  16. Yep. But they specified ops back then, and now they wont say more than "group content". Not a good sign for ops.
  17. No, I'm just saying there were choices that had some level of effect on the meat of the expansion, however insignificant to the ending, or big parts of the story. I understand they needed us to end up at the same end, but they could have done a better job with a variety in the meat. Don't even get me started on the "ending". No, I very much disliked pretty well all of kotfe, and I'm a story player. I spend more time replaying vanilla on alts than taking anymore alts through kotfe.
  18. They fell from grace. You should read their lores. Valkorian ruled righteously and they were a perfect society until arcann took over.
  19. I had a theory prior to kotfe launch, that it was the sith empire, and in the end, we would be back to two factions fighting each other, the republic (didn't bow to valk) and the eternal empire ( those who did). Highly doubt that's the case now.
  20. I was very disappointed with ho little choices mattered in kotfe, I'm not expecting much with kotet.
  21. Funny thing about fact. It doesn't care whether you care or not, its still fact.
  22. They made changes to the experience. Plain and simple. To say they did not matter at all is just incorrect.
  23. It was a terminal. I found one there that you could click but never bothered to look up what it was for. I'm guessing that's it. Unfortunate decision. I don't recall anyone complaining about the length of the quest, I thought it was one of the more interesting ones.
