  1. After today's patch (16/7/2020), combat logging no longer works. More specifically: - I have tried disabling and re-enabling 'Enable Combat Logging', I have tried restarting the game, restarting my computer, deleting all my previous combat logs, and deleting the CombatLogs folder. - I am fairly sure that the Logs haven't been created in another folder -- I have done a search of my drives, as well as the Microsoft OneDrive. - When I deleted the CombatLogs folder and tried to log combat again, the folder was re-created automatically, but no actual logs were created. - I can't make any screenshots either. - SWTOR is already enabled as an exception through my firewall -- I have un-toggled and re-toggled that. Still doesn't work. I have tried opening a ticket and was met with a generic response -- anyone know how to fix this?
  2. My favorite AC would be Sniper. I love Viru and Engi, and MM is interesting enough. My favorite spec, though would be Anni. I'm not such a fan of the other two Mara specs.
  3. Howling Teapot =Howling Teapot Gang, TRE, Impside. Not part of them, but I've run with them once or twice before, they're a fairly small guild. No idea about kill videos.
  4. Rage shouldn't be an issue as Anni. Are you using the opening in Oofalong's guide? ie. Leap + Deadly Saber > Battering assault > Annihilate > Force Rend > Rupture > Ravage (2 GCDs) > TST > Filler (smash for dotspread)
  5. But Anni has terrible burst and target swapping ability, and mediocre AOE capability for the most part. It's the top spec for a reason- it's hard to master, and hard to play in a dynamic environment. Even if a nerf is required (and I'm not saying it is), surely Carnage should be the one brought down slightly in terms of sustained DPS instead of Anni. A small nerf to Arsenal (one of the easiest classes to play) would also not be unwarranted.
  6. Slightly off topic here. But the sad thing is, as you say, it's one of the most coveted IPs. If they'd managed their resources and customer service better it could have been competitive with WoW. IE not making brain-dead decisions, responding to bugs and player suggestions, and putting a bit more money and manpower into developing content.
  7. I live in HK as well, though I sometimes go to the UK, and play there. I'm also on TRE, and 250ms is nothing I get an average of 330-550ms daily in HK. In the UK my latency is 70ms. I find it does not make too much of a difference tbh. I raid frequently and PvP occasionally. It doesn't really hurt much, you just have to have better reaction time than the lucky bastards with better connections .
  8. Speaking as someone who mains, loves, and leveled as Annihilation- go Carnage for leveling. Anni is utter crap for levelling, with having to build Juyo stacks, DOTs, and weak burst damage and AOE. Carnage is very simple to learn at low-levels, and has monster AOE for a marauder. Quick guide- until you reach level 41, Rage Build> Ravage>Force Scream > Spam Massacre (Slash if below lvl 26) for single target, and Rage Build> Spam Sweeping Slash for AOE. It's that simple. It only gets tougher at endgame when you need to fit abilities into Gore windows (which I still can't do )
  9. It's 4 rockets instantly, then another 3 over 20 secs. There's a buff when you load SC (in AP at least) which says loading rockets, and it loads one every 5 secs after the initial 4.
  10. Huh. I preferred PT and Commando myself. Sure, boltstorm looks stupid, but nothing beats AP PT's evil laugh as he procs Rail shot, and the sound of railshot hitting simultaneously with TD going off. And playing AS is more fun to me than IO Merc. Just my two cents.
  11. Generally, for a player with the same level of skill in all specs, Anni>Carnage>Vengeance>Rage>Fury. Carnage is burstiest by far out of them all I believe. Utility-wise, Juggs are tankier, but maras have more for actual raid-wide utility (berserk in anni, predation, bloodthirst).
  12. I've been hearing of people using Recklessness on TB instead of the traditional LF and CL, due to the 'supercrit' unwasted crit chance. Is this viable?
  13. 1. Yes, and yes. Flashpoints are not that difficult as long you have a vaguely competent group. 2. Again, for SM ops, almost every single AC class is perfectly viable. Melee are not so disadvantaged anymore due to the re-syncing of old ops. Annihilation and Carnage both do great damage in raids, and are viable even for HMs and NiMs. 3. I don't believe so.
  14. I think that may be about Rage v. Fury in pvp. For PvE, jugg dps is...not that great. Both vengeance and rage are near bottom of the barrel right now in terms of dps ranking (check out http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=847112 , though admittedly that is more for dummy parses). For Marauders, both Annihilation and Carnage are very viable for PvE, as well as Deception Sins (since you wanted a lightsaber-toting class). Anni has on balance higher dps and survivability, while Carnage is much easier to get the hang of, and amazing burst.
  15. It would be a lot better if you could have more than only one Op when queuing at lvl60
