  1. If this happens, I'll wait for official annoucement from Lucasfilm. But yes, I would be very excited if there would be a KoTOR-film, telling the story on a big screen for wide audiences and introducing more people to this wonderful era of the Old Republic.
  2. I remember being awed when I watched the three cinematic trailers, absolutely great pieces of work. And then came the KoTFE and KoTET cinematic trailers, stunning again, especially Darin De Paul's voice acting. Both got me extremely hyped for their respective expansions. And the Betrayed literally left me in tears when it showed what happened to Vaylin and Senya..
  3. Just thought to add this, but I've heard Zenith's lines on Felix when he's in tanking or DPS-mode too.
  4. I tend to use my companions in their original roles (e.g Vette as DPS, Quinn as healer, Qyzen as tank). But for the most part, I ran with a DPS companion, with myself as DPS too.
  5. As someone who has the chapter (but has played through it only 2-3 times ), I think the fairest option for all would be that people should subscribe for the chapter an x-amount of time, like we did to qualify for the Shroud of Memory. But if its made available on other way, like some kind of purchase on CM or so, I don't mind.
  6. I feel that the non-Force users, particularly the Smugglers and Bounty Hunters, will be having a much larger role in 6.0 and before; this is due how the galactic underworld has been growing off its influence slowly, especially when it comes to dwindling supplies of the galaxy. There's bound to be a lot of lucrative work for those two. But that's just me theorizing.
  7. This also applies to those who like the new things though. I've seen called as madman and not a Star Wars-fan since they like new films and things. Which is ridiculous, we all love Star Wars, just have differing opinions in what we like. It's sad that those with reasonable criticism get labeled immediately as haters and sexists, but after reading so many discussions where the tone is bad (not in these forums, mind you), I can see that it has gotten to people´s nerves to try to have a conversation with people who keep saying that "this character is ****" etc (which is hardly criticism, bashing more like).
  8. Nice, congratulations. I'm still doing my final class story (the Knight), despite playing the game for nearly five years.
  9. I definitely agree. Plus the new Thrawn-novel (Treason, hooray for new Thrawn-trilogy ) and second season of the Resistance (I'll be very intrigued to see how this season will tie to TLJ and what new it will bring) will be coming out too.
  10. I thought this scene was very clear in what it was trying to convey; Obi-Wan's point of view in the matter of Chosen One. He sees Luke, the son of man he had trained, as one who would restore the balance to Force as he felt that Anakin would be unredeemable after he had turned to dark side, and how he had "failed Anakin" (in his own words).
  11. Sorry for bumbing this thread, but I really wanted to answer into this post finally
  12. Regarding these: Maul survived due his immense hatred for Obi-Wan, something that gave him will to live and go beyond for years to come while plotting vengeance. Tells a lot about his character if hating someone keeps you alive. Malgus, we do not yet know how he survived from the explosion (the deleted segment from the trailer for Fallen Empire showed him being presented carbon-frozen to Valkorion by Arcann and Thexan.) His new Codex entry hints that Acina might have had something to do with it, given her being the head of Sphere of Technology in Dark Council. And with Revan, his personality split in two which resulted his darker self manifestating itself in flesh before the dark and light parts joined on Yavin 4 again. Phasma is dead, at least looking at Wookieepedia page which states that she died aboard Supremacy after the duel against Finn when she fell down.
  13. If it were to happen, I would be very happy. As fan of both Legends and current Canon, bringing things alive from the Old Republic era would be bring more interest to this game and for the other Legends-content published (like Dave Filoni did in Rebels with Malachor and Mandalorian Wars).
  14. That honestly makes me depressed. While I certainly understand that we all have our favorites and non-favorites in companions, cheering that you killed someone else's favorite feels just odd, and bit awful.
  15. I am carefully hopeful about this. I loved Onderon in KoTOR 2, and it will be interesting to see how it and the asteroid underworld colony of Mek-Sha will be.
  16. I doubt they're going to throw KK out just because of politics in new Star Wars films (and what Star Wars films haven't had those in some form?). I mean, I would argue that Star Wars is doing pretty well with her in head, both economically and franchise-wise with all the new things that are coming. And there's one big factor that also speaks for her; she was there when Lucasfilm was founded and she has remained with it ever-since, going through the age of leadership change from George to Disney.
  17. The Rakatan ruins and the Jedi Academy would definitely be nice callbacks. Also, keep up the good work with the render.
  18. Seeing how D&D handled the adaption of George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire novels, they'll probably start mostly faithful (with maybe some minor tweaks to original story here and there) to content until they start making up their own things for the series (see Dorne as an example in GoT), which throws everything else that has been done out of the window.
  19. I agree with Goreshaga on this, I wasn't sure how things would pan out. It was until the end of KoTFE when Senya saves him that I saw the chance for him to become an ally, when it became clear that Vaylin would become a new threat with Scorpio.
  20. Theron Shan Torian Cadera Felix Iresso Vector Hyllus Aric Jorgan Arcann Malavai Quinn Pretty much almost all the romanceable male companions to me apart from Doc and Corso.
  21. I would suggest finishing the Fractured Alliances storyline before starting Ossus, which includes besides Iokath's story -Crisis on Umbara, A Traitor Among the Chiss and Nathema Conspiracy-flashpoints, all which provide more story and background for the events on Ossus storyline.
  22. This is probably an odd question, but I was wondering if there are moments in story within the game that have made you all-emotional or literally have made you cry? For me, there are two stories that have struck me really hard into the deepest corners of my heart.
  23. Hate is too strong word, but I definitely dislike her as character. I find her irritating and very incompetent. We practically spent our time on Taris in saving her from various destructive situations where she has driven herself to since she only sees destruction and murder ahead of her.
