Wait let me just make this clear so I can understand your view. Are you saying, that you think the MAJORITY of MMO players are okay with having a single player setting, or for an MMO to focus on single player content, in an MMO? Just please clarify for me.

He wasn't talking about SWTOR. He was talking about MMO's in general, and he was right in saying that you are in the minority. And this minority is keeping this game alive because the majority of mmo players aren't interested in an MMO that focuses on single player content and story.

/Agree. Single player games are for...well for offline games. An mmo is a game that should first and foremost focus on its multiplayer aspect. SWTOR did okay for grouping through the story and having dialogue options, but in reality the majority of mmo players dont watch every single cutscene, read every single quest, lorebook or whatever. They want that stuff for single player games. SWTOR had so much potential but it flopped. If SWTOR is to survive for longer it needs to start focusing on multiplayer content. Theres no doubt the majority of people who played swtor spacebarred one point or another. For most the need to level up and play with your friends exceeds the need to sit there and watch stories.

I'm wondering how your opinion came to be that. It's actually the best possible way to use them. That is to buy stuff off the CM and sell it for credits. Later down the line you could get the same item for half of what you sold it for. And CC are much easier to come buy. It doesnt take long to purchase them on the website.

I agree. I actually thought heists were there at launch, and I myself stopped playing about 2 months after it was released. I can only imagine what this game would be like if bioware didnt waste so much potential, especially with the big star wars logo on it. The same has happened with ESO, people are starting to get bored of it.

Yeah sure, they need to finance all that stuff by "forcing" players to buy in game cash. Fact is GTA5 is a good game, that's why it was so successful.

That's what happens when a game like this goes F2P. Instead of adding MORE for subscribers, they TAKE AWAY for F2P to make it seem like you're getting a better deal being a sub.

That's not really a judgement. It's a statement of fact. Bioware/EA are trying to get as much money out of this game as possible, and right now it seems to be their main objective above others. They are a business after all.

did you buy cartel coins off the website and then buy the hypercrate, did you buy the hypercrate with saved up cartel coins from subscription or did you buy the hypercrate off the gtn?
