I havent played since early in the game, so a couple of dumb questions... Collections are Cartel Coin items only? What are the white crystals you speak of? weapon crystals?

The current maps are in no way too large for 4x4 pvp. They are the right size. Your forced to have a rolling defense/offense. Find the other team and stop them, if you find them too late, then you have to undo what they did. I think of Wolfenstein multiplayer (RtCW). Decent sized maps with 4v4 were fun. Another thing to do is more capture the flag type maps.

They were not new ideas... The ideas were from everywhere thrown together into one movie. Sorry, they were not as good. Lucas directed the first movie and then stepped aside and let the other two guys have full reign on episodes 5 and 6... He interfered with episodes 2 and 3 telling those guys what to do... but then again, he made episode 1 with jar jar... Also look at what the guy did with the "expanded universe" garbage. He gives people the ability to write star wars books and games, tells them that its all cannon, they run with it and create an awesome universe... then says, "sorry its meaningless now, I have to make more movies." I will have to search for it, but there is a youtube video that discusses episode 1 from a directors perspective... The director acted as if he was Buffalo Bill describing the useless plot, no protagonist, and etc. Good stuff. Regardless, Disney cannot do a worse job then Lucas did with his own franchise. I expect the new movies to be ok. Nothing spectacular.

There should really be only one server anyway. PVP, PVE whatever... With instances solving the number problems.

I spent a little over 30 minutes last night making up a character. The problem was the name. Every name I wanted to use was taken, then I went through random names and found NOTHING available. Finally I gave up. I would suggest either making names tied to legacy name for their uniqueness, or start deleting names from players who are not playing. A third option is to allow a middle name. I dont think there is much of a choice. I will not run around with 01 or 999 or whatever after my name.

Im not transfering unless I can take every character in one shot... Im not paying alot to do it either...

They havent done anything special for the CE owners... most of the CE stuff is junk. Sure there are special armor but meh, its no more special then any other set of armor you pick up while adventuring.

The PVP alliances hold most of the playerbase. Granted there are alot of carebears in these alliances... but also in hisec space there are plenty of PVPers. I spent alot of time pvping in hisec. CCP does break things alot... and try to implement things that people do not want like Walking In Stations.... but the blue donut they cannot do anything about, Its player driven. So back to it.... No loss in PVP makes it kinda pointless No Risk No Reward

IF they are basing success on the Cathar... maybe they should have picked another race to bring to the table... Like the Wookies... Would have sold huge. I want to see: Duro Wookie Togorian (a real cat race) Ithorian (yep I want to be hammerhead)

If you want PVP, go to the sandbox games. Themepark games will never have decent PVP. There is no loss, and nothing to really gain. Pathfinder Online, new sandbox game with open world pvp. Still in development though. Eve Online, sandbox game that is based on pvp... in fact thats the name of the game.

Does the armor bought at the CE vendor change to fit the buyer? Meaning does it change to medium or heavy?
