PT is a good choice for operations. Heavy armor, good dcs in dps spec, and a lot of useful ability which can be very helpful. Hydraulic for bombing, aoe shield for group members with reflect utility was a lifesaver a few times.

I am an ex tank in guild now mainly dps so I have insight of how hard tanking certain bosses thats why I always take more responsibility than other dps. Sparky:taunting as many add as possible( ending with 30-40 stack) , Bulo: first and last barrel run. Malaphar (rarely need) collecting scattered adds after spear. Walkers: bombing, leading role on ts. It's about helping each other not blaming/giving more responsibility.

Malaphar hm with pugs. Me and My guildie offered to tank it. They did fun by placing circles on each other also they forget the stacks. After we got a bit mad and asked them to do it the healer started to non stop blaming us tanks because My 56k hp means that I have no clue about gearing(VG tank with 49.2 shield+full set 192) After one last try I just gave up hoping.

Personally I favour the Biochem/Bionalysis duo, I know those medpacks/buffs/adrenals are kinda cheap now. It depends on what are You planning.
