  2. <Corrupted Souls> Who are we? We are seasoned Progression Guild operating on Shadowlands, however our roots go back to Prophecy of the Five before it was a dead server. Most of our members have killed most if not all of the PvE content in this game. Our members play on BC, Harb, Shadowlands, JC, RE; almost any active server you can think of. What are we looking for? As of right now we are searching for a strong Healer to join our Core group as we negotiate with the NiM content. We are also looking for Raiders of all roles to form our 2nd Raid team.   3. That's the endgame you're looking for? Old *** operations that people have killed hundreds of times. And Flashpoints that provide absolutely no challenge? Pretty fun end-game huh...
  4. Pretty much, the game seems to be turning into an RPG alone. I know Bioware is really skilled with story but that's not all an MMO is about. I like story but I love Progression raiding and it seems like there's not going to be any with this expansion .

  7. I am a DPS (can heal if necessary). I currently run a Mercenary (pull about 3.5k). I'm best on my Marauder, I've done the fights enough to get around the melee killing mechanics. I've pulled 4.4k on Bulo, 3.8k on Walkers, and 3.5k on Underlurker.
  8. Hey guys I know you guys are wanting to start a guild but allow me to give my two cents on this. At the moment Pot5 is very underpopulated, unguilded people are in very short supply. I would like to suggest another option. <Not the Guild You're Looking For> is as we like to call it a misfit raiding guild, we have been raiding on Pot5 for almost 3 years now and we're still going strong. We are currently looking for any and all raiders to bring into the fold. We run HM Ops (We are 3/5 on HM ToS and 2/5 on HM Ravagers) specifically on Wed. and Sat. and SM Ops everyday. We also run old NiM content (DF, TFB, SnV, Hateful Entity, etc.) on the weekends. We are really trying to pick up new or returning raiders to teach them the ropes of the new ops in the game. We have a dedicated mumble server, a guild bank, and a guildship with an assortment of amenities. We are an Imperial guild but we also have a Republic guild with max amount of bonus XP. If you guys have already created your guild, we would be happy to have you merge into <Not the Guild You're Looking For>. If you're interested please contact Evérsor, Niluss, Venganza, Thelia, or one of my characters in game. Looking forward to hearing from you guys .
  9. I'm pretty sure all Marauders and Sentinels out there are experiencing the horrible lack of viability our class has on the new HM ops. Many of the bosses in HM ToS and Ravagers have made it extremely hard for us to do the amount of DPS the other classes are putting out. I have thought quite a bit on this and here are some of the potential changes that I think might improve our viability in the new HM raids: - Increase the amount of damage Cloak of Pain/Rebuke absorbs or increase the duration of its effect - Decrease the CD of Force Camouflage (Allowing us to use its speed boost more often for fights like Underbugger) - Increase the duration of Obfuscate/Pacify (An ability I've noticed many Marauders/Sentinels don't use) - Increase the amount of time bleeds tick for (For Annihilation/Watchman only) - Increase the range of Vicious Throw/Dispatch - Increase the percentage of increased damage dealt by the Beat Down effect I'm sure there are many more changes that could be made to help the class' overall HM raid viability. These are just the ones I came up with. Please feel free to post your own, comment/critique mine, or ask questions.
  10. <Not the Guild You're Looking For> is looking for experienced and quality raiders who want to clear the challenging content and have a few laughs at the same time. We are currently 3/5 HM ToS and 2/5 HM Ravagers. Our HM raid days are Wed. and Sat. from 8-12 EST. During the the rest of the week we run SM Ops. We also run NiM content on the weekends (Hateful Entity, NiM DF, etc.). We are first and foremost a social guild, so we want members who will jump into voice and socialize as well as raid. We are a mature guild so we require that all members be 18+. If you're interested please contact one of my characters or one of the following officers: Thelia, Evérsor, Venganza, or Niluss.
  11. I've been unable to play for a while so I've been out of loop for Maras for 3.0. Could anyone tell me what the best PvE DPS spec is for maras for 3.0?
  12. I'm pretty sure it says in the Darth Plagueis book that Vitiate eventually dies, only thousands of years later.
  13. Imagine you've just downed a boss in a NiM op, you see a Main Hand Weapon drop and you win the roll for it. When you go to turn it in wouldn't you rather receive a weapon called Tyrans Wrath (as a Lightsaber) or Draxxus' Holdout (as a Blaster Pistol)? I personally miss the Tionese Weapons you were able to purchase at Level 50 (ex. Fear, Hatred, Temptation, etc.) and would love to see those kind of weapons return to the game.
  14. I've been playing ToR for two years now, I fell in love with the game when I got my first lightsaber on my Sith Warrior. Until recently, I've been more or less content with current content in the game; but now, I've reached the point where I can't do an operation or a flashpoint without getting bored out of my mind. Doing the same bosses over and over; whether it be Story Mode, Hard Mode, even Nightmare it's just so repetitive and boring. You guys may be giving us player-housing, guild flagships, and what not in 2.9; from my perspective that might last us 2-3 weeks tops. Give players something new we can progress through, something we'll want to log on and dedicate our time to find out what's next. Nightmare mode's of old operations can only last so long before becoming boring, and trust me with some of the Hardcore progression guilds out there ( DnT, Hatred, Hates You, etc.) it doesn't last that long. I love this game and I don't want to leave it, so I implore you Bioware, I'm begging you, give us the new Operation's we want.
  15. I just think it's taking away the feeling you get after winning a piece of gear. It makes it almost worthless for me. But I see both of your points.
