Millions literally in 2 weeks (granted the two weeks were during double XP weekends and that helped some). 15 to 20 million. Biochem - the lowest level blue implants (lvl 19 I think). Of course you have to get the schematics, and you have to be willing to farm genetic anomaly (that's a nightmare) because the recipes call for 6 of the darn things. I have 7 schematics for these implants - and sold 40 to 50 blue implants a day at a nice price, but kept it low enough that lower level players could afford them. I gave it up because it is too much work to farm those genetic anomaly mats. Find a niche like that one, and you CAN make millions - right now.

Second tier items in bio and arch like nextor crystals and genetic anomaly are a pain in the rear to gather, so they seem to sell for good prices on my server. Some arch artifact fragments sell very well, others are a loss- you'd have to research that on your server. Slicing lock boxes under 400 make money, but slowly. The nice thing is when you crit on those, it is usually worth selling for a good price. Crafting mid level Augs, can be profitable, but schematics for them are not plentiful.

A dev answer, PLEASE. This is getting out of hand. My cargo storage is ridiculously full.

Often, I just send one companion out on a level 1 2 minute mission. do something else for those two minutes, and when he returns all mission levels have been refreshed. Usually works. If not, the tactic above of sending everyone available on missions of the same level and logging out will do the trick virtually always.

Really? My return when RE is about 3 MEA out of the 20 I use for 10 MK-9 parts. I'd Love your RE return rate.

For those of us (me) who don't know all the lingo, just what does RNG mean? and I believe those who say they have not got thermal regs - TWO thermal regs in 40 to 50 missions myself - but they need to switch to the guaranteed mission discoveries. I've gotten plenty but only that way.

I only ran about 10 bountiful missions. I was hoping the rich mission would do better for me. I had read that the last patch was going to fix the wealthy mission discoveries, so I saved mine, and sure enough now they now return 6 or 8 thermal regs on a crit. My 10k affection +2 crit droid does return crits on these wealthy mission discoveries, so I'm not hurting. I just think there is still something wrong on the regular missions for SOME people.

Well I did. 10k affection on my +2 slicing droid. 2 thermal regulators for approx 110,000 spent on mission costs. (I didn't track exactly the number of missions). Only ran the bountiful and rich missions suggested in this thread. I'm not complaining. I just don't think that is the expected return. I've only been able to get enough thermal regs by sending pets with 10k affection out on lockbox missions and they bring home enough slicing mission discoveries where thermal regs ARE a sure thing. The wildly different experiences people report on thermal reg returns, and my own (admittedly possibly unlucky) experience has convinced me to NOT run anything but lockbox missions in the 400+ range. What I lose in credits ( and it is a overall loss) I more than make up in mission discoveries - running those I need, or selling those I don't use myself.

Oh! I've gotten thermal regs - but only by the mission discoveries. So I keep my slicing crit running lockbox missions occasionally and when I get a slicing mission discovery ( he crits on lock boxes, but not on tech parts) I can run the mission discovery to get the thermal regs. Max affection, +2 critical and 2 thermal regs in approximatly 50 or so missions - not for me. I'll only do the sure thing mission discoveries now to get thermal regs for my crafting augments.

I've got a total of TWO thermal regs from those missions. I gave them up completely. A loss of at least 100,000 on them, and I'm of the opinion they are still bugged. I still run the occasional lockbox mission, the mission discoveries keep me in some profit for those.

I'm sure hoping for a fix. Bind to legacy OR remove level 51 requirement. It would indeed be a fun day to see what is inside. I only have 30 or so, since I only run mission discoveries once I leveled the crafting to 55 - but what fun that would be.

I've beem leveling up an alt in Diplomacy the past few days. After the patch, on level 4-5 missions - yellow - I have been getting about a 20% mission failure rate. Way higher than last week. So this might not just affect 400+ missions.

A) seems to be fixed. I ran one and got a nice quantity of artifacts and crystals. B) haven't tried it yet. C). I don't think so based on the few missions I ran today.

I'm not sure, but I thought the same thing happened to me last week. It was an quick inexpensive craft, tho so when I logged back in I figured I had made a mistake, tho I sure thought i had set him to craft it

Any suggestions? I have an artifice, synth weaving, and biochem alt and enough gathering skills among the alts to support them. so I'm thinking slicing. I had picked investigation thinking maybe it would be lucrative to sell mats, but I probably only broke even when you consider the time I put in it. I did level to 450 so I have the achievement and used the one wealthy special missin I had. I can't think of any reason to keep it now tho.

I've had a wonderful experience with random folks I've hooked up with on The Shadowlands, and there isn't TOO mich objective and chest ninja'ing. But I'm mostly on in the daytime and I'm gurssing I might be playing with a less rowdy crowd that may there at night.

Now I feel stupid. I never figured out what to do with leftover planet commendations, now, I'm going to go on a buying spree with the odd 6 I have from each planet and buy good mods for my alts! I guess it is obvious I'm a newb.
