The first 4 pages are numbered correctly, but pages "5" and "6" are labeled "4" and "5" respectively. In other words, there are 2 quickslot pages labeled "4" and the last one is labeled "5" while "6" is missing.

The bonus for "Gearing Up" is not being granted. Bonus mission is called "Rattataki Rumble". I am slaying Rattataki NPCs in the mission area in the High Security Section, but the bonus is not being granted to my character.

The bonus missions for "Strength of Many" (Imp-side mission on Belsavis) not being granted. It is one of those bonus missions that goes Stage 1, Stage 2, etc., before it becomes a separate mission.

Appears to be a bug. I really hope that it was not removed.

Do we have to do each and every Heroic weekly (example: Taris, Tatooine, Hoth, and Belsavis) or can we just do one of them in order to qualify for rewards?

The Captured Padawans mission used to be a full-fledged mission rather than a bonus, if I recall correctly.

The couriers for EV and EC were moved to the Fleet Vanguard vessels, if I recall correctly. As for the Kaon and Lost Island couriers on each fleet, they are still there.

Still bugged.

On my Sith Juggernaut Tank, I was doing the mission "Catalyzing the Conversion" on Belsavis. There are 4 different NPC types that are supposed to drop "Reprogramming-resistant Processors", but they are not showing up among the loot, preventing me from getting the bonus mission "Stage 1 - Converting the Unconvertable". That mission has a Stage 2 and Final Stage before it becomes a separate mission called "Converting the Unconvertable".

Bonus missions are not activating.

Went to the location on a Republic character that never did the mission. Cannot find it at all.

I am preparing just in case.
