  1. Depends on your stats. I rock 7% alarcity and~1600-1700 crit. I tried various combos and realize it's all about feel. Whatever works for you.
  2. I have all the datacrons but no title. Anything else missing?
  3. As a solo player want more premades. In fact I want every team I'm on to include a premade since most premades have room for a few more people. I'm sick of playing on teams full of derps who hit like wet noodles and don't know how to focus on a single target or follow the objective. It's derps who are ruining pvp. Premades make it fun.

Resolve is less of a problem than cross healing and a team full of tank/healers.
  5. For what it's worth there seems to be a lot of players from jungma on ebon hawk. Just saying..
  6. To the op, nerf electronet then we can talk about everything else...

Perhaps its you who needs to learn to play. Every class has 1 cc break, and at least 2 root breaks. Most classes have only one hard stun. Do the math. You never use your cc break on a soft stun unless you know what you're doing. Never use a cc break on a root or slow. That's basic gameplay. CC breaks are for emergency use only. Otherwise use your root break or wait patiently for someone to break you out of soft stun. Bioware has made it so that classes that need a shorter cc break time can spec into it in their talents, so if you need a shorter cooldown use it. Also, part of playing pvp is MANAGING YOUR COOLDOWNS! So as you can see it's completely a learn to play issue on your side...

Sins shadows and PTs could not function. You would break the game for them. My main is mara I don't see a problem.
  9. The standard balance build for most classes is around 6-10% alarcity, 1300-1600 crit or 65-70% crit damage and rest in power or mastery. You can play around with the numbers to suite your style. There isn't anything that's set in stone.
  10. Ic... I guess the other option would be gbtf after cc break
  11. The ones I'm used to dealing with and the ones that give me the most trouble are deception that open up with spike then follow up with discharge and ball lighting. If I let them hit me with that combo without saber ward then I'm pretty much dead. Any sin that opens with crushing is a bad sin imo. And most sins usually won't put up shroud before battle. If you're going against hatred then yea I would take a slightly different approach, but those sins don't scare me as much. They usually don't open with spike and go directly to discharge and crushing. If they start with spike they're doing it wrong imo.
  12. Part 3 Vs Operative - I'm going to admit this is a tough fight. You have to use your wits and may need to reset the fight several times if you can. My best advice is to approach them the same as you would a sin except they can heal and can hit hard for a long time. If you see the fight going badly force cammo and reset.
  13. Part 2 Vs Sorc - Sorcs are pretty easy especially if they're dps. Just keep yourself in their face an stay in a position where they cant knock you back. You should really never lose to a dps sorc unless you dfc are all down. Vs Sniper - The best way to aproach a sniper is to leap on him when hes out of cover. Never ever run up to him in the open. The other way is to stealth up to him which I don't like doing since I like to save my stealth for later. Always posotion yourself so he can't knock you back. I have 2 root breakers in case he does. One on transcendace the other on force cammo, so im usually on them like white on rice. Don't use force stasis until he's out of entrech same with awe. Once hes out of entrench hes much easier to kill so be patient. After entrence ends use stasis to pull him out of cover and finish him.
  14. Ill attempt to put forth a guide based on my experience on how to handle various 1v1 situations. Maybe others can chime in with their own strategies. Vs Merc/Mando Electronet is a mercs biggest threat. Use Guarded by the force. I usually like to save gbtf till its absolutely needed but sometimes you need to use it right away. This is one of those times. Mercs front end burst will kill you fast. If you don't have gbtf up then survive as long as you can then stealth out and regroup to fight again. Vs Sin When opened up from stealth - cc break immediately then awe then saber ward and rebuke. The reason is because their front end burst is the hardest hitting in their arsenal and they will try to hard cc you at least twice. If you have the cc immunity talent on saber ward this will save you a ton of damage. Plus their front end burst rely on force damage which saber ward mitigates. After that they hit like wet noodles. Edit: someone mentioned they may have shroud up in their opener to prevent cc. In that case I may go directly into gbtf to mitigate their front end damage. If they happen to stealth out and reset at least you have saber ward ready. Vs Jug - jugs are a little more annoying as they can knock you around and throw you across the room. They usually start by throwing up their dfc especially immortal jugs at the beginning of the fight. There's really nothing much you can do if they have all of them up. In a long fight they will probably win if they are immortal, but if you can reset the fight after they used up all their dfc they are squishy like a wet sponge and go down fast. One tip, as soon as you see enraged defence, cc them with awe and wait till it runs out. If you time it right you might win without resetting the fight. Vs Pyro - Pyro usually like to burst you up front, but sometimes wait to build their charge. The main thing is to listen to the sound of thermal detonator, if you hear it you can use force cammo to mitigate the damage or put up saber ward and rebuke to lessen then damage. You need to be aware when the burst is comming because it will be fast and hard. When you see a flurry of missles then put up your defenses right away, especially against a good PT. Using guarded by the force isn't a bad idea at this point.
  15. I base my critique on how easy it is to kill a particular class when played by a competent player and the predictabilty of which skills they will use in a fight. Easy button = very prdictable rotation Little more skill = little more varied rotation harder to predict Hard = complicated rotation, unpredictable
  16. Jug - easy button Pyro - easy button Merc - easy button Sorc - little more skill Op - little more skill Sin - little more skill Sniper - hard Mara - hard
  17. Want to buy Sith Recluse chest peice. I'm not going to pay 25 million as listed on the gtn. I'm not paying 10 million either. If you have one and want to sell it to me at a reaonable price please send me an email. Jihea pub or Jisun imp
  18. The reason is they want your money. They want you to spend money on cc. They will milk it till it's dry then once everyone has left they will shut it down. It's the EA way.
  19. They only care about the cartel market.
  20. 9-10% alarcty rest in crit to about 1500-1600 then power. Currently I run 10% alarcity and rest in crit to about 1600...
  21. I think the free cc last week pretty much sealed it for most players. As of now I'm completely transitioned over to Ebon Hawk. All 18 toons.. I've been fortunate to see a few familiar faces on my be home including Kate and hollyhox which warmed my heart. I'm not going to advocate that players abandon jung ma, but the writing is pretty much on the wall. I hope to see everyone around as players get scattered across the universe.
  22. Yep, I frown on any jugg who has the ball and doesnt score. They have two leaps and a push that gives them a free leap and 2 root breakers, 4 seconds of cc immunity, and heal 2 full x 2. So if you play a jug and don't score you should just quit playing.
  23. It probably won't happen, but what about implementing match making based on valor of the teams in addition to class balancing. Just brainstorming how we can balance pvp so make it fun again.
