However, just because the forum voices represent a higher % of dedicated players it doesn't mean it does not offer good insight. They usually barely even poll 0.001% of the population (0.001 to 0.01 depending on the actual size), but they still can come up with reasonable results. They are not, you really need specialized forensic analysis to really track this. Law enforcement agencies spend a lot of resources to detect this kind of things.

Allow a preloading option in the launcher, since you guys always put the patch files on the CDN servers beforehand (up to several days sometimes). This is not the first time people are having issues because it is possible to patch during maintenance, most people do not follow the dev tracker, nor knows how and when they should patch.

I think it is only with the bitraider client, so if you don't have that you are fine.
