i have a feeling in 6 months or sooner this game will f2p sadly. I ws having a hard time justifying paying for 2 accounts 2 months ago. Server merges/transfers should have been top priority over everything else instead legacy is a top priority? Who needs more alts?. I also pre order gw2 i dont know if it will be any better though i thought this was gonna be good to at lest gw2 no monthly fee. The thing i dont understand is how can james honestly think we have the best pvp team? I look at gw2 pvp footage and i look at tors and its sad. I see a lot of fluff and pr here and gw2 is just showing tons and tons of open world pvp and rvr and saying very little or promising much.

So to sum things up from what ive read here. 1. Were waiting on technology to solve faction imbalance (Is this some kind of a joke?) 2. Were concerned about faction imbalance but we dont adress it head on (waiting for technology) 3. People werent having fun (Reps) so were waiting on technology for it to be fun for them All you had to do was put pvp bases on other planets to thin out the fights. Instead your solution is to funnel everyone into warzones? Faction imbalance is due to rep side bieng lousy nothing more. 1. implement wookies/alien races 2. Revamping the jedi storylines would improve a lot of this there just god aweful 3. Makin rep side equal to dark side appeal. The people who werent having "fun" were the ones that were base camped 24/7 and had no where to go but to warzones. btw the people that were having "fun" were the guilds that were trade killing each other and the mass imps that got thier bm armor in a day at 1.1 The legacy system will not solve faction imbalance. You seem to think b/c it star wars people will magically flock back. Well im glad to see i was right about the pvp why i hadnt bothered with warzones b/c you guys had your head in the sand and post this at the last minute. So all the people who put in the hard work to become battlemaster is meaningless now? Thank god for gw2 maybe in 6 months you guys will get the sand out your ears. the reality is you have a dev on a live stage saying we have 100vs100 and large scale battles while in "reality" you dont. I cant be disapointed by other mmo's b/c theyve apparently learned its better to show game footage of what they have rather then do a bold face lie to a open live crowd with no videos and routing people into instanced pvp. you want to see exaggerated? heres exaggerated all 1.2 is a 4 month behind patch. Ive tried it out thats all it is a 4 month behind patch. The problem the game has been around for 4 years and the last year in beta. I dont consider this game to be live still it seems to me like were in beta still. The only difference now is the game isnt shutdown every 2 weeks like in beta lol. The other issue is ilum was never tested in beta even with the high lvl characters bieng given out. Just goes to show you were there focus is I.E grind endless toons to no endgame....

So you think open world pvp should be lowbie ganking 24/7 which is what no one wants. All they had to do was put pvp bases on other planets problem solved but no were forced into warzones once again. Ilum could have worked had we competent development instead we have bunch of guys that are scared and overly concerned about faction imbalance but dont want to adress the issue head on instead lets make in house fighting everything...

heres what you need to ask yourself. 1. Why was gabe advertising 100vs100 if they now say they dont have the technology to do it? 2. Why cant they copy swg's bounty system? 3.Why do they blame faction imbalance on the majority of pvp issues but they dont adress the issue directly? Same faction pvp is not a solution. As for open world sadly and regrettably i dont see it happening in this game and will most likely move to gw2 and other games for this. I see to much pr and lies going on with it. Even if we did get open world does anyone think its going to be able to compete with other games have to offer now? They thought ilum was going to be mindblowing and amazing and all this. We all know different. If you like warzones and below par pvp and exploits/hackfest warzones are for you. Im quite shocked and amazed how much opportunites theyve blown and continue to blow. Its just very sad and hard to believe this is a star wars mmo in general.... btw heres how to do player bounties You have people go to nemro or hutts in general for a loan and if they dont pay the loan back in a certain amount of time or how they choose there conversation with the hutts a bounty is then placed on them. The bounty hunters can then go to the hutts to see what bounties are available or cantinas. There ya go no one can say griefing or qq b/c its based on the player not paying his loan to the hutts linke han solo in the movies. Knowing bioware theyll probably be lazy and say this is to complex just go roll more alts please.

Welcome to the open world man lol. They think its more important to make us reroll atls then it is to fix the open world. I have 4 toons now and the average player has at least 2 alts by now. We dont need more alts we need open world. Heres the bigger issue with gw2 on the horizon and other mmo's out already there going to have make one hell of a open world set up here and i dont see that happening do any of you? They have no plan for open world pvp just polls and chatting with james on twitter. All they had to do for the short term solution was to put pvp bases on other planets but no its just do warzones 24/7. Having pvp bases on other planets would have thinned out the fights as well and not have everyone balled up at 1 base bieng camped.. oh well

You should also consider despite what james tell you we dont have an actual dedicated pvp team. Gabe is in charge of pvp,operations,flashpoints the guy has to much on his plate. I personally would like to see someone else put in to do pvp solely and nothing else. B/C right now i have very little confidence in gabe and james has no idea what hes talking about. If we had the best pvp team everyone would not be looking fwd to gw2. I dont care for more warzones especially when i still cant choose them. Theres gonna be a huge mess with the launch of that new warzone lol. Everyone will be dropping there ques for the new warzone. Its just idiotic to not be able to choose still lol. I would rather have open world pvp even if outnumbered then same faction instanced pvp.

Its ridiculous op The BH and trooper have the same tracer missile/volley issue The problem is they dont make the other skills appealing thiers no skill rotation on inq/cons even if you do try a skill rotation in the end you end up relying on the lightning/rocks for your main dps

because the 4th pillar cant handle it. You know that combined 30 mins of turning in and getting quests cut scenes is why you cant have rodians or wookies. Dont worry the way things are going their gonna have to give in soon. Their screwing around to much and its costing them dearly
