  1. You bought two 24-pack Hypercrates... 48 packs total. Each of those packs sell for around 250-300k on GTN, depending on the day. That's 12-14 million credits you could have pocketed... And, as others have said, someone selling something that you cannot afford is not a scammer. No matter how many times you say it's a scam/scammer. Really.
  2. When I bought the Amazon 2400 CC card, I got the coins right away but it took about 12-16 hours to get the in-game mail with the pet attached. Pretty sure I restarted the client during that period. When I redeemed the Wal-Mart CC card, got the pet mail right away w/o needing to restart the client. FWIW...
  3. Thank you very much, Dulfy. I truly appreciate all the work you put in for the community.
  4. The near-instant queue time was reason enough for me.
  5. Have you seen the forum feedback for this game? http://steamcommunity.com/app/244070/discussions/ Some of the thread titles made me feel instantly at home, coming from the SWTOR forums... "How did they mess this up?" "Worst game ever made by Sid Meier" "Does not work" "Can't save the game" "Waste of money"
  6. Flagged PvP AND de-boosted down to the affected opposing player's level for the duration of fight!
  7. I wish the Collections window would show the CC cost to unlock. Would make it a lot easier to determine if something is worth pursuing on the GTN.
  8. OP let me start by apologizing that this isn't going to help you at all, since the chest armor is no longer available (unless you had one in your inventory pre-2.0 patch). My pureblood Sith female inquisitor: http://i.imgur.com/v68MxZ8.jpg The chest piece is Exotech Force-Master's Vestments, with White/Deep Red dye, which is similar in appearance to also-discontinued Tionese healer shell. Everything else you can still get: Head: invisible, but Voss Mystic Headpiece Gloves: Verpine Force-lord's Mk-1 gloves Waist: Anointed Hypercloth Sash Wrist: Verpine Force-healer's Mk-1 bracers Legs: Matriarchial Lower Robes Feet: Verpine Force-healer's Mk-1 boots Anyhow, I'm pretty pleased with the look. It's funny, when they were readily available and were the lowest-tiered elder gear, people panned the Tionese gear for their appearance--but now that they are no longer available, you see people pining for them.
  9. ... is GTN the only source for the 30 and 31 armoring for moddable droid parts? All the 55 hm drops and comm vendor items are bound to specific armor slots (i.e., head, chest, etc.), and are not usable in droid armor. I guess you can R/E the armoring from drops and comm vendors and see if you can get schematics, too.
  10. Same thing happened to me, except for me it started last night (i.e., before 2.4.1. patch) and with Android app. At least you can remove and add the security key app without having to call Customer Service.
  11. All good ideas. I'd suggeste a Guild message board or notice area, where guild rules, welcome-new-members type announcements, etc. can be posted.
  12. Very much dating myself here, but the OP's post reminded me The Simpson's Itchy and Scratchy show, where the writers decided that Itchy and Scratchy would get along and love each other. End result: No one watched the show. Maybe this is what sells, OP.

  14. Somehow I screwed up and bought (and bound) Dreadguard Relic of Elemental Transcendence ("on equip, damaging attacks have 30% chance to deal ___ elemental Force damage") for my trooper. Will the bonus still apply, even though the toon is not a force user? I captured combat log for a while to see if I could tell, but couldn't tell. Thank you in advance.
  15. My, what an eventful week! A few more to commemorate: The Thrice-Patched Patched-in-the-Face Patched to Full Unleasher of the Patch (<--for that hapless Bioware employee)
  16. Well just rolled a new toon called "Patch'to'Full" on the Harbinger to commemorate the occasion. Fitting, cuz she's gonna be a Scoundrel healer.
  17. Only the people who launched the launcher in the ~2 hour window immediately following the accidental release got messed up.
  18. Nope, just another case of false outrage based on half-reading an announcement.
  19. Having a bit of cropping issue when uploading... see how it turns out: http://swtorista.com/user/?s=100 Uploading with Chrome 29 or Firefox 24 yields the same result, above. IE8 will not recognize the same JPG file I use with Chrome and Firefox and a JPG. Running Windows 7 64-bit, with admin rights.
  20. Looks very nice--well organized and cleanly laid out. I'm looking forward to perusing it more. Kudos to you!
  21. You'll want to save this folder (this is for Windows 7): C:\Users\_your-user-name_\AppData\Local\SWTOR\swtor\settings ... this has the saved UI and some other .ini files. Once you've reformatted the HD and reinstalled the game, copy the contents of the folder (including the subfolder) to the same spot on the C: drive and then in the game go to Interface Editor and load the appropriate one. FWIW, you can also copy the SWTOR game folder to, say, an external HDD (if you have one handy) and then copy it back once the drive's reformatted--it'll save you time downloading 20+ GB worth of data.
