  1. In Corellia Loyalist Sweep pub side, the Imperial Probe Droid that spawns at 777,1534 appears underground every time it is spawned. There is rubble on the road at this location, it's likely the reason.
  2. The crafting time efficiency on a level 50 comp changes from 29% to 27% when travelling. On logon, it's 29%. After travelling (to anywhere), it's 27%. It seems to only temporarily set to 29% on first logon of the character for a day, subsequent logons have it starting at 27%. Here is a video of me starting at 29%, travelling, and looking again to see 27%: These are the active guild perks, for reference.
  3. The patch notes are routinely incomplete. Many fixes included in the patches are not listed. There is understandably a threshold of fixes that are included vs. those that are not, however there is clearly room for improvement here. Currently the playerbase is forced to go through and retest their reported issues to see if they were silently addressed or not if they aren't listed. Often times recently, they have been. Two quick examples of recent unlisted large fixes include: - Guild Window steals focus from textboxes, fixed in 5.10.1, not listed. - Dozens of decorations broken in 5.10 were fixed in 5.10b, not listed. A line such as “various decoration fixes” in the notes of patch 5.10b for instance would have at least signaled that they were being worked on, rather than the blind testing that occurred and revealed that at least some were. I've put together a short pro/con list of better communicating patch contents. Pro (playerbase) -The guesswork and detective playing post patch to see if reported issues were addressed is eliminated. -We feel our issues are being heard and addressed. Pro (company) -The company looks as if they are better listening to and addressing reported issues. -The dev team gets credit for the work they do fixing the issues. -Less already fixed but undocumented duplicate bug reports need filtered through. -The player communications appear (and are) more thorough. -Issues that are thought to be fixed but haven't actually been are discovered and re-reported faster. Con (playerbase) <none> Con (company) -Compiling more fixes into a customer facing format takes longer. -'What abouts' increase – players see deco A was fixed but not deco B in the list and the inevitable 'what about B' forum post appears. -Issues that were not reported but resolved become visible Whether the breakdown on these patch notes falls on internal communication issues (dev team not listing everything fixed in a manner that community liaisons can easily compile), an arbitrary mystery threshold of what is to be included in the notes or not, or just a failure to compile the notes thoroughly - we players can only speculate on. There has been noticeable effort and improvement in community engagement, communications, incorporating player feedback, and resolving long standing issues recently. Thank you for that. I hope that improving the patch note communication can also be added to that list.
  4. Recently, since I believe 5.10, random neutral and hostile mobs are showing up as blue instead of yellow or red. Blue instead of yellow: https://imgur.com/LzEUuuA Once pulled, they turn red as expected: https://imgur.com/JPrr0cM This example shows neutral yellow mobs, but it also occurs on hostile mobs that should be red initially not blue.
  5. Pop your companion before you queue for ops and the kills in the op contribute to the companion kills even though it's not there. Dunno why, been like that forever. Free, easy achievements. An alternative if you do the conquest rampages is just to bring a companion out that you still need an achievement on, two birds with one stone.
  6. The grapple ascender object in the rak tunnels seems to fail pretty much everytime I try to use it. It either stucks my character or returns me to the spot I was at. Mostly just stucks it up inside the ascender itself. I've tried it from different angles, different ranges, etc. I cannot seem to find a way to make it work consistently - or rather - at all. It's been like this as long as I can remember. Here's a video of some attempts I made just now: and another: and another: and a final one before just giving up on it: /edit - character info: in video: body type 1, female, human, imp, inquisitor it also happens on body type 1, female, milalan, pub, consular and also happens on body type 1, female, human, pub, trooper i only have these body types to try it on
  7. The sm izax fight has a 30s brez cd instead of the 5min that's special to this fight, as a crutch. OP is saying the 30s cd less his guild perk results in bugged brez.
  8. To be honest I only chase world bosses when they are conquest objectives, cause like you said, tank n spank lazy kills anyway, however the CZ command points being x25 more for a few minutes of solo work seems disproportionate compared to the x3 wb weekly, to a degree that it feels almost overlooked.
  9. The command point rewards for certain missions kind of feel unbalanced compared to each other. For example: Weekly Priority Targets - Kill 3 world bosses Command Points +270 Weekly Daily Area: CZ-198 - 10 minutes of dailies Command Points + 6,750 While I love the generous command points the weeklies for the simple daily areas like cz and blackhole provide, you'd think that killing 3 world bosses should have a larger reward as it incentives grouping. Any other heavily lopsided command point rewards you can think of? This was just the first example that came to mind.
  10. Occasionally the new guild control popup never goes away and requires a UI reset to remove it. This one was up for me this morning for ~10 minutes, then it slowly - very slowly over more than 15 seconds - finally faded away https://imgur.com/WIOUjDu I was in Yavin 4 daily areas when I logged in, did not travel to it from somewhere else, not sure if that helps narrow down when it happens.
  11. Solo mode Star Fortress, final boss at EPHEMERIS. Killed the adds in the doors and the shields didn't go down and no more adds came. Was stuck in the room in combat with no way of completing it. Found this thread/comment, apparently it has been an issue since 2015: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=846722 /edit I understand that an add needed to get the debuff and by killing them prior to that I put myself in that situation, but the end result of being stuck in forever combat with the only option of /stuck I'd call an undesirable game state - bug. shrugs, take it for what it's worth I guess
  12. On March 11th Musco responded to this post asking about the ranged comp issue with the below response. Nothing since that I've seen.
  13. You don't have this cancel button on your My Account->Subscription page? https://imgur.com/wnEFd3m This is in Chrome with adblocker disabled for the site.
  14. Just <insert workaround here>. How about we just eliminate having to use workarounds wherever possible?
  15. There is indeed - Musco on March 11th: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=9711196#edit9711196 I think it's kind of funny you'll see there are folks adamantly denying a new ranged bug exists, yet it was not only confirmed, but there are devs 'active working on it'.
  16. Star Forge - EC story mode last night (after server side fix), 4 of the 8 man group hung completely for almost 10 seconds at the same time. Pings were <20ms. No movement, no updates, no abilities, just hung and then back to normal. The rest of the group continued on during.
  17. Same, do it a few times and you can get a bunch highlighted sometimes too: https://imgur.com/vrpQ7Wl
  18. Zero issue acknowledgement. Rhetorical question - does breaking the oldest op the in game with the most recent patch raise or reduce player confidence?
  19. Makeb heroic H2+ The Specialists is bugged, the terminal within gravity hook four cannot be clicked. It's been bugged and uncompletable without workarounds since 2015, here is a forum post on it: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=788303&page=2 Tried it this morning and it still is, the terminal doesn't light up. Changed to the pvp instance and ran the whole way back and was able to click it.
  20. StarForge is experiencing this, please list your server
  21. That's sort of the point I guess, those things need a way to be tested /edit - brainstorming here: Strongholds Every PTS character gets a stock test stronghold with a handful of decorations of each type, some rotated and offset, some standard. Perhaps at least one of each hook type. Conquest Every PTS character gets put into a 'Testing Guild', with a dozen or so fake developer characters with points on each to see how that looks.
  22. I took that video about 2 minutes ago.
  23. Star Forge example: This is me on Makeb post patch with <20ms ping hitting invisible walls (server side lag). Dozens of our guildies asked throughout the day about lag issues in guild chat, and general chat on just about all the planets has lots of questions about it too.
  24. It stands to reason that on a patch day with lots of bug reports rolling in that the QA_Droid in the bug reports forum should have been more active than ever. Instead - nothing. Why?
  25. It seems that PTS testing vs Live server patch testing is lacking something. Playing the game on the live servers for merely 5 minutes with this new patch would have revealed both the stronghold deco problem and the guild invasion tab problem. This can only be solved internally of course, please abstract ideas on how to resolve the PTS vs Live problem, the current 'go live with immediately obvious issues' reflects poorly.
