There is a difference between someone refusing to learn when others are attempting to teach and your friend willing to learn but the group can't be bothered. As for Dad and Son as others have suggested only allow him to play if he starts learning how to play properly. Each time he refuses or back slides on bad habits cut him off for awhile. If he really wants to play he will learn. He's old enough that age isn't an excuse.

A 2 person speeder should be possible. A flying speeder under player control most likely will never happen as it would destroy the datacron gathering mini game.

Not really necessary OP. Each player is capable of doing the starting convos by themselves and then queuing up for a run through the group finder. No preconditions required.

The one that got me this weekend went like this. Running one if the FPs, I forget now which one, and our healer has to drop shortly after the start. A pain but sith happens so we que to replace and get another healer right away. Shortly after he catches up we start moving again when someone tags me with the blue shield target, presumably to have an easier time following the tank. I grouse about it to my friend who was in group and vent with me. So me says in group to please remove shield icon from the tank as its interfering with my view of the fights. Shortly the icon disappears and we figure all us good. Until the new healer posts "well if your gonna whine about it!". Causing my reply of "Excuse me?". His answer "That's right! I called you a pu**y!". So as the vote kick started I said "bye" and he replied " Go ahead! As a medic I get instant pops!". "Not with us." I said as the vote kick booted him. Our next medic was awesome and the run went great from that point on.

No the sub price is fine. Because, despite your lame attempt to per disqualify it, $15 a month is actually an excellent value for the entertainment time provided. Frankly for anyone who can't afford $15 a month for unlimited play time, they need to focus on other things than playing a computer game.

Actually Lost Island is the one exception to what should be doable with gear using corellia armors, mods, and enhancements from the com's vendor. Even with the reduction in its difficulty I still believe fresh players still need to gear up with at least items from makeb's come vendor if not black hole or campaign pieces from the other lvl 50 HMs.

Anyone with the expansion can use planetary com's to get gear better than the old starter gear by buying mods, armors, and enhancements from Makeb's com's vendor. Anyone who doesn't have the expansion can do the same at the Corellia come vendor which are at the level originally designed for starting the 50 hard modes. The 50HMs gave not been upgraded in difficulty so they should still be complete able with gear filled with corellia com gear. Anyone needing more come to fill out their gear can easily go back and run solo the lower level planetary heroics for planetary coms

Buffs persisting through death I'm pretty ambivilant on. Datacron seat bonus' shared to alts in legacy I say, No, Never, Absolutely Not!

If you have such a burning desire to be first into the fray, roll yourself a tank and have at it. Don't expect me to put up with it if you end up in a group I'm tankin for.

I'm not familiar with the warzone grouping system, but if it waits for certain roles like it does for pve groups the cross server que won't help you.

I would suggest going ahead and deleting your Jedi then. BW has been pretty set against this since game start and have never given any indication of even considering the possibility. I would imagine for the same reason that gender change is not in the customization options coming up. There is simply too much tied to the character to make this change feasible.

I get insta pops everytime I que up for one. Of course I play a tank and not a dps. And cross server ques will not help your problem, as the ratio of tank/healer/dps will not really change there will just be more of each.

No I am arguing against legacy datacrons. They are pay to win and they open the door for more pay to win.

XP boosts yes are pay to win, but like it or not they are in and like taxes once started they will never go away so I don't for see them being removed. The other things you mentioned no they aren't pay to win.
