You can't do pre kotfe class missions.

I won't abandon anything but I'm only taking 2 toons through KOTFE to see the story from each side of the coin. The rest will be 60s and crafters.

My issue isn't with the rarity class of items. My issue is you are taking away an extra chance at getting a decent item by going to the 2 item format with one item being a companion gift. I don't see how this is an improvement.

The story is pretty good. The cutscenes are great along with the ambience of Zakkul,especially the swamps imo. Really well done there. Time will tell as far as the alliance system with how long I will be interested there as I'm not a big fan of rep grinds, thanks STO. Leveling new toons is alot better than before. It isn't overkill like with 12x XP and it isn't nearly as bad as it was before 12x XP. Overall, I'm really happy about 4.0 and KotFE. Well done BW.

I disagree with that. Some of the crafting gear for synthweaving looks pretty good. Some looks absolutely ridiculous as well.

I have to wonder what the devs were thinking with decisions like this. All this is going to do is irritate two types of players. There is quite a few things with this update/expansion that does not make sense at all. I'll play through the story tuesday and see what's what but I'm having doubts that I'm going to hang around much longer.
