  1. Really looking forward to seeing what's to come for SW:TOR and Onslaught. Updating the lightsaber crystals to 306 would be amazing though, especially those unlocked and on sale in the cartel market. Looks like a Febraury release for Onslaught Ch.2 then? It's a long wait, but I'm sure it will be worth it.
  2. The Reply button is in a really odd place, not been on the forum for sometime. I honestly feel like communication from BioWare has just dissapeared lately. Even with customer service. The last time I played SWTOR (just returned from a long hiatus) staff actually replied to support tickets, now they just seem to go out into the far reaches of space and not return. It's been (or at least) it feels like two months since the first chapter of Onslaught launched, with no mention of a release date in sight, not to mention the countless issues people are having. They've made known the events coming in December and January, and that would suggest to me a release day of Febraury for the next chapter, which isn't encourging. I know I heard rumours that Bioware and EA were planning on taking longer to create the content, and release a bigger chunk, instead of chapter by chapter. If it wasn't for the need to grind for better gear, I'm not sure I'd still be playing to be honest. Let's hope we hear some news about these fixes and future updates soon. I love SW:TOR with all my heart, I'm not trying to be critical, but I really want to get the most out of the game. And I know BioWare can do amazing things when they do things right. It would be nice if I could actually play the first chapter over, but once its finished thatss basically it. It hasn't been added to the chapter system. I know they haven't released story content into the chapter window right away before, but it would be nice to have the option of diving in again, and looking for clues of what the next chapter might entail.
  3. What about a pazaak game on the site for us to play when the servers are down?
  4. "And will lose there bonuses for subbing every month." Which is why they did it me thinks...
  5. ^ That was a bit much actually man. Go Kylo Ren tantrum the hell outta a wall or something. It's not every day the players milk EA for cash, its usually the other way around. XD
  6. Coming from the guy that spelt 'Whinefest' wrong...
  7. Couldn't log into my account on the website for a full 15 minutes thanks to the race to get to the redeem page >.< Can't you pm the winners the codes, and just give everyone's accounts 500 coins for the extended downtime? It's putting strain on the already busy webpage, which is busy because of the downtime... We all appreciate the good intentions... but is it really the best way to execute it?
  8. Yeah, its really annoying. I'm a subscriber also, and what do the devs do to make up for screwing up the maitenance give a contest for cartel coins that not only crashes the account page, but prevents me from even logging in to the website because of the increased traffic trying to beat each other to the redeem page >.< I seriously think the devs are trying to crash the website as well as the game servers. I'm sorry for griping I really am, but I mean come on guys, get your shiz together. The customer service team in game are extremely helpful, it may take a while for them to get back to you but they get the job done. Just wish the devs were on the same level of service. You want to apologise for the extra downtime throw 500 cartel coins into every players account. Seems fair.
  9. @CommanderKiko Take screenshots? What with the holocam? Are YOU trolling now? It's the old arguement "If your being trolled you can turn general chat off." I shouldn't be obligated in the first place to turn off General Chat. RP Servers are more mature? That's where my problems of trolling exist. You're basically saying, "If you can't handle trolling move to an RP Server." but the issue is just as bad there. "Take a screenshot and report it." I don't know what game your playing but SWTOR has Print Scrn disabled by default, and the only LEGIT way around it is to buy a digital expansion pass and use the HoloCam which doesn't work well. And doesn't work at all when your dead. I'm sorry, but you came on here all "There are plenty of solutions... you can do this, that, and this." But you obviously failed to do your research. Yeah I can block people, I can turn gen chat off. But I ignore people and there more people join in, until I'm blocking the whole planet of speaking -.- Why would I do that when I can just turn Gen Chat off? And why the hell should I be "Obligated" to turn off General Chat because of someone else's bad behaviour? You say, "Oh, Mods arn't gonna be tougher on trolls and drive away customers." but --- and this is a big but. Trolls are gonna drive away legit, and respectable players, players who are MORE LIKELY to invest in the game because they are actually playing the game rather than "Effing Around" all the time. I'm sorry but your points, are stale and are simply white-knighting the trolls for reasons that arn't even valid. I've seen too many MMOs been destroyed by trolls because all the "good" players left. Your suggestions are arrogant to say the least, almost as if your approving trolling rather than helping people who are having a bad time on the game because of it. Try wording your suggestions in a friendlier way for a start instead of coming off as the "Member-Police" [Edit] Why should the victims of harrassment be forced to do all the work? Seem's like a raw deal to me. "Move servers, etc, etc," which can cost money. Sounds to me like every suggestion you made other than ignore/chat off are costing non-trolls money. Money they spend to move servers only to be greeted by more of the same...I admit the trolling on SWTOR has been pretty light, and I've been putting up with it but the last few weeks its been getting really bad, especially on Ebon Hawk. I think there needs to be some kinda player mod who comes on General Chat in secret and deals with these people. Nip it in the bud before it gets just as bad as EVE.
  10. Guess I'll just play something else until the expansion is no longer sub only. Or just stop playing all together. "You subscribed every month, but you didn't qualify for the early access rewards despite us sending you a message in game saying 'Welcome to Knights of the Fallen Empire." We're still not gonna let you start the quests. I prefer pre-ordering an expansion rather than this subscription reward crap.
  11. Thank You! God forbid someone has a different view of things than you cause the world would be such a better place if everyone was of one mind I don't see the point of subscribing any more to be honest, I can buy extra slots, I can buy expansions. Why should I subscribe if my rewards are not even being delievered. The amount of cash I sink into cartel coins it would actually work out cheaper anyway. EA have gone and displeased a loyal subscriber, and now I won't be paying for it anymore.
  12. I can see you're side of the argument too I can. But I did subscribe every month, and I do feel I got a raw deal. I was under the impression that all subscribers from July onwards would get the early expansion regardless of the way they paid. I just feel a bit shafted, and understandably I'm annoyed that I didn't recieve what I felt I was promised when I also feel I lived up to my side of the bargain. It was less than 24 hours, more like 3 or 4 but that's beside the point... it just sucks. And yeah EA will be losing their subscription from now on, cause I'm done.
  13. Then whats the point of having early access at all. The only reason early access exists is because EA/Bioware are too lazy or cheap to look for bugs themselves. I'm giving my feedback / review on the matter for EA's attention. Everyone disagrees with me thats fine. But I do feel its rather stupid to have early access at all. I think its rather stupid that someone who spents equal or more on the game every month isn't getting the same rewards because they pay month-by-month or bimonthly. Just sayin' And EA's mods coming on this thread and saying "Tough ti** fu** off." Doesn't help my attitude either.
