  1. *Addition* The small text also exists in all other pop windows ( e.g.: Preferences).
  2. I have always been impressed by the total amount of customisation on offer in this game, with the UI. I've often wondered why it is not utilised more in other games because it allows me to make a UI for each of my characters, as I see fit. However, there is ONE huge problem which I am having: The text size when you mouse-over items in your inventory is not connected to the Global Scale, therefore you cannot adjust its size. I can adjust the Global Scale of the UI (allowing text to become bigger) and then manually resize the UI elements to the scale I want but, the text size for inventory remains exactly the same! I think that this is obviously an oversight and could I please ask if this can be fixed. Make this UI editor perfect. I am truly struggling (despite wearing glasses) to read the tiny text! Many thanks in advance.
  3. I got bored before the release and - although I continued to sub - the three weeks leading up to the release I did not play. I completed the released story on two characters - taking a day for each - and then, was bored solid. Literally, little to do which had any appeal to me. Unsubbed. Probably 8-10 months down the line, I'll get that 'Start Wars itch' again, and return...making it the fourth time I've left and come back, since release. Bye for now and until some time next year (maybe)...
  4. I would hardly call hitting max level as working one's a** off! But, maybe you struggled, I don't know... Are you saying that you should be able to return to a much earlier zone (planet) and be able to stomp them into the ground, as it was in the past? I just see that as ridiculous, from my point-of-view. Why would there be an ENTIRE planet filled with such feeble opposition? I mean, EVERYTHING? Makes no sense and I always hated that, even when it was just simple 'zones' (as per other MMO's). Well, on this matter, there is no simple right or wrong and just preference. I do hope you still find enjoyment in it, mate. On a plus side, it helps with preventing/discouraging 'those' types of people from going to a lower level place just to gank other players (I'm on a PvP server).
  5. I think it is one the best improvements to this game. I love that no matter what I do, it is always relevant. I understand that, for certain players, they get a thrill from going to a particular planet and being able to one-shot things; they may even wax lyrical about this fitting in with how they see their particular character and that it SHOULD be that way, as they are a hero in the universe. Then, to counter that argument, I see syncing as a way of showing that everything SHOULD be of equal footing and give rise to a good old fight, to beat it. And, on the plus side (while requiring it) give XP and potential loot. So... there are two camps, naturally. But, seeing as though you asked: I utterly love it and would see it is a real shame to see it go.
  6. YOU want to gather my feedback? WE wanted YOU to reply to the feedback that is pouring in on this forum. Take your patch and revert it. Enough said, mate. I bought into that and nothing else. Don't force me to leave, please. That's MY feedback.

    unsubbed

Got just over a week till my sub ends and my son's (I pay for both) and if it does not get reverted or even touched before that date, I am categorically gone.
  8. My friend on another server confirmed that as of this evening, his guild has lost a grand total of 11 players since the patch. That is subscription players who have cancelled their upcoming subs and have left to play/do something else and have not logged in. This is due to the patch that nerfed comps. My friend went on to explain that none of these players believe the issue will be addressed quickly enough and that in its new, current state the game is now extremely boring. They believe (my friend went on to explain) that even when it IS addressed, that it will be nowhere near as enjoyable as before the nerf and that BW just won't have the nuts or the sense to revert it back to its pre-nerf state. Me personally, as a paying customer, am reaching the end of my tolerance. As far as I am concerned, if this game does not go back to the way it was - THE SINGLE REASON I RETURNED HERE AFTER A YEAR, ALONG WITH MY SON - then I am gone and this game will never receive another penny from me; and I have spent a whole lot of money here. I'm just waiting and watching...
  9. Why did you insist on using your companion / using every companion ability then? I really am curious...
  10. This expansion was called "a love letter to the fans and customers" by the producer. Is anyone out there feeling ANY love or affection from BW at the moment...?
  11. Well, no side is better when it comes to human nature and people being idiots or over-the-top in their comments. It's hard to not vent sometimes if someone rubs you up the wrong way but, we have to try our best, I guess.
  12. My question is pretty simple: why wouldn't these 'hardcore' players simply disengage some of their comp's abilities or not even use them? There were only certain times in which they would be used anyhow so why not just adjust as per the above...? I saw someone reply to this very question (posed by another player) with, "Why should we have to?!" Well, if it was soooo bad - like they all said - then why WOULDN'T you?! At least that way they had an option! We are stuck here now, paying for this game that we are not enjoying. Full stop.
