  1. imho I really do believe that we are on the bottom tier in our server when the opposing team sees a sorc/sage they all gank on him then in about 3-4 seconds the sorc is dead, try escaping to 2 maras jumping at you with a bh tracer missile and a sniper aiming at you, ok that is like 4v1 so definitely you'll die, try doing 1v1 with all classes and tell me how they pawned you really bad, I'm a good with my sorc but if someone focuses on me the whole warzone game i really cant do anything
  2. I think Im part of the Old gen gamers wherein you need to grind one whole week for a level, and spend hours killing just one boss monster. I guess the new gen gamers wanted ease of play without the grind that we are usually attuned to. I think that is also the reason why they always complain about nerfs, changes, etc. With us Old gen gamers if there are some changes or a long maintenance we just wait it out and still stick to the game.

I always solo Q so I always get random teammates, I dont care if they are all wearing green pve gears just so long as they know what the word teamwork means, if after 3-5 minutes and I see that they are scattered all around the map and everyone just does whatever they want to do i'll definitely leave, no reason staying in a losing game with players who are not willing to do something to win
  4. I definitely agree, in a WZ and when I'm teamed with a new 50 with pve gears I know we are all doomed, unless the other team has 2 new level 50's with PVE gears lol Strategy doesn't matter if you are gonna get killed in 3 hits.
  5. I'm having the same exact dillemma, I think its because force lightning is 100% cool than throwing pebbles
  6. As I have written on my post, don't tell me that we are not good players, I play a sorc and I know how to play my class well, try to understand the post first before making a comment, it makes you look like you know nothing
  7. Im an artifice so what I did was get orange gears for khem val and just upgrade the mods, if you don't prefer that then you can choose the gears of khem val given through quest rewards

Another thing about that is when the Mara/Senti jumps at someone if it is not another Mara/Senti most probably it will die, then another one will die before their health bar goes low, and in that situation theyll pop god mode and kill another one, I've seen it happen many times, don't tell me that they are not good players because they die so easily to Mara/Senti, the class is just over buffed.

Regarding Tank Assassins yes they have sustained damage but based on my experience I can always run away from them if needed, with a Mara/Senti all they need to do is to jump at me and then use 3 skills at most 4, then I'm dead, if I ever was able to use any CC and my Force Speed they will eventually catch up and then repeat the process. If they are not going to get nerfed at least improve the survivability of sorcs/sages.
  10. to the post above my post, pretty much sums it all up, you just have to know when to use what specific skill. as for me I spam CT then shock every cooldown, if he is my target I'll follow up with AFL > DF > FL proc CD, I mainly use jolt and WW as interrupts
  11. 10 million credits for the OP I feel you dude. As a gamer ever since time immemorial when there is a huge patch update things get really messy, it is really a good thing that Bioware have quick responses to problems like these, other MMO's will just tell you that there will be a maintenance and no timeframe. I guess the new generation of gamers nowadays sees it differently from the old school guys. They want everything to be perfect right from the start. Well there is never a perfect MMO, but there are good ones. Just my observation.
  12. another high five for OP I'm using a pure madness even before the 1.2 patch and now that Crushing Darkness gets buffed its even better. Yes the sorcs are still squishy as ever but you just have to know when to run and use your CCs. As for those that say "you got 500k damage in warzone only because you spam dots on everyone", well in my case ill put the dots on a player and then when they run I just let them be and pick another target. So Im not exactly putting dots on all players on purpose, its their fault for running away
  13. I play a sorc pure madness build and so I was not really affected by the sorc nerf, I play my sorc the same way as before. I totally agree with the OP since I have noticed a big change in PVP, in our server Darth Malak us Imps are just doing deathmatches in every warzone, but now everyone works as a team, you rarely see a player who is not going for the objectives, I think that is an improvement on how PVP team play is. Regarding healers, imho the sages/sorcs shouldn't have been nerfed too bad since they are squishy as hell without those heals, the BH/Troopers were heavy armors so they can absorb more damage so their nerf is ok. The buff on mara/senti shouldn't be that good since they are already good without those additional buffs. I'll give patch 1.2 4 out of 5 stars.
  14. I've played a couple of warzones today and as far as I can tell I have seen improvement on how people play in general. In my server you will rarely see an empire group doing actual teamwork, they all want to kill someone and doesn't bother with the objectives, but now they are really working as a team. But yes there are some warzones whereing you are destined to lose since 2 players had quit already after the enemy scored their 1st goal, given that scenario I left the game as well. I agree with giving the losing team more rewards like pre 1.2 and just give the winning team an extra bonus reward for winning instead of removing completely the losing team's rewards.
