With all things equal, could a battlemaster augmented w/ expertise, beat out a similarly skilled player WH augmented w/ no expertise? Point I'm getting at... is world PVP pointless now if you got WH/EWH gear?

Probably could be a weekly quest instead of daily, much like how the Black Hole weekly quests gives you rewards. Constant pitch battles - here we go BioWare - open world PVP that's cake.

Let's go World PVP!

Idea to create a world PVP daily quest without having to do so much development work. 1. Create mob(s) that we have to kill in the opposite faction's base. Like in Ilum. 2. Once people kill the mob(s), you get 5 Black Hole commendations. Quest resets the next day. 3. Make sure the mob has sufficient HP, and anti-stealth around it w/ range. 4. This will create a constant need to attack each other's bases in open world PVP environments. In PVE servers, they'd still have to fight off turrets and other things.
