  1. The response I got from CS was about conquest titles and not about the loot box and CXP, which is what I care about. I already have all the titles. So they were just like your guild wasn't #1, try again ::close ticket:: What a waste of my time. Just give out conquest rewards on Monday. Whatever you're doing with bringing the servers offline during the time of conquest rewards being granted is screwing it up. And as an aside, why is this something WE even need to be addressing for YOU? You're the game developer and aware of the problem. Your apologies are meaningless. Fix it. Don't ask us to submit tickets. Go back to your logs and grant the rewards you failed to grant.
  2. No guild conquest rewards from last week.
  3. When the servers merged some benefited from having decorations duplicated. This should be fixed so that decorations were not duplicated. I think we should have a way to duplicate decos, but not like this. Actually, I don't care how many decorations you got because of a duplication bug. But I do care that your prestige doubled or tripled because of a bug. I spent hundreds of millions and crafted tens of thousands of decorations to achieve a certain prestige, only to see my prestige look paltry compared to those that benefited from this bug. Fix it ASAP please.
  4. Are there any changes for Command Crates going live on Oct 10th? If not, when?
  5. Sorry Eric, but Hot Prospect was a pretty bad name. Satele Shan also seems like an odd choice, as does Darth Malgus, given that there's a sizable segment of the playerbase that wants nothing to do with "light side" or "dark side" characters. Personally I would have held a contest for new server names since you're billing the server merges as new content rather than a need to consolidate because of plummeting populations. In any case, it's not really terribly consequential.
  6. No changes to the ignore list are desired unless the ignore list limit is dramatically increased. Otherwise it just ends up being a huge hassle to sift through trying to figure out who was an actual player you ignored vs. a spammer to free up room on the list. Would like account ignore, but we've only been asking for that since pre-launch, so I'm sure that's not likely to happen. While we're busy with delusions of grandeur, the ability to make a note next to a character name on the ignore list would be fantastic too.
  7. Why incentivize ground PvP more by adding weekly rewards but not GSF? If your argument is that GSF is popular enough as is, you're delusional. If your argument is that GSF players don't need end-game gear, why drop unassembled components at all? This is just another nonsensical decision in a very long line of nonsensical decisions.
  8. Thanks for the information on the changes, Eric. And I'm glad to see these changes to CXP rates implemented in just a few days. With that said, I hope you continue to listen to the feedback you are getting on RNG. It doesn't bother me so much personally because I don't rely on PVP or Ops as a primary activity, but for those that do, they are losing their minds trying to gear. I hope you can find a way to appease these players. Maybe by putting a gear token in the weekly rewards for PVP and operations? That way a player is guaranteed a piece of gear they can use for these activities. >The PvP Daily and Weekly Missions now reward a batch of Unassembled Components. Hopefully you extend this change to GSF as well. Would be nice to get those crafting boxes PVP players get as well. No, you don't need traditional gear for GSF, but we do need to it to do other content and it would be nice to be able to earn it while playing GSF (which needs all the incentives it can get to motivate players).
  9. I get what you were going for here but I don't like the idea of diminishing returns the higher the level you get. Your rewards should be greater both in terms of gear stats and the opportunity to get more desirable cosmetic items the higher your command rank. I agree with eliminating greens. I also don't like that the stats of some blue gear mods are identical to purple gear mods. We should see more decorations, mounts, and other cosmetic items dropping from crates. I think if you want reputation with a particular faction you should go grind the dailies. It really doesn't take that long to reach legendary status with a particular faction. Now if you're referring to cartel market reputations, then sure, keep those in the command crates.
  10. You made this coding error before when you reset the Nar Shaddaa Nightlife event achievements when the event ended. IIRC it took a year for you to finally restore the missing achievements. I would like you to acknowledge this was a mistake and provide a timeline as to when we can expect our missing DvL achievements to be restored. But if you wish to stick to the "it's a feature, not a bug!" story, in lieu of a fix from you, I will accept twitch streams showing you completing Legendary level DvL TWICE. What's that? Don't have the time nor interest in doing that twice? Neither do we.
  11. What about fleet commendations? Any plan to change these?
  12. I'm not entirely opposed to the proposed Galactic Command system, but would greatly prefer a token-based system rather than an RNG based system. The only way I would be okay with RNG is if the redemption of an unwanted piece of gear results in enough CXP to generate a new level/crate. And it very much sounds like that's not your plan. NO MORE RNG!! A question regarding GSF. Since you're doing away with PVP commendations and crystals, will Fleet Commendations be affected?
  13. The orb that floats near you when you wear the "Festive Life Day Robes" appears to have disappeared. This was the one feature of the set that distinguished it from the regular "Life Day Robes." Please advise on a fix.
  14. It's only showing The Battle of Odessen completed for me. I just did the GEMINI Deception a few minutes ago and that isn't checked off. Please fix this achievement to accurately reflect our progress.
  15. I found the story of the first 16 chapters to be pretty good. I can't ever let it go though that what I wanted was a continuation of the individual class stories. I would be willing to pay $60 for a proper class story expansion with repeatable group end-game content and stay subbed for some period of time should you ever decide to get the old gang back together to make SWTOR great again. With that said, while I enjoyed the cutscenes of 1-16 (I even laughed a couple of times) I can't help but note how the experience in between cutscenes was quite terrible. In particular, I think it was Chapter 9 that sticks out in my mind as being absolutely atrocious and what I would describe as one of the 'least fun' experiences I've ever had in a game due to the mind-numbing Skytrooper/Knight spam. I was actually yelling out "OH COME ON! and FFS!" Whatever you do with Season 2, let's not have more of that. The terrible combat experience I had in KotFE is what frankly baffles me as to why someone would WANT to and ENJOY running through that 8 or 16 times. The cutscenes were good for a single playthrough, maybe 2. But given the single-story focus of the "Outlander" it doesn't encourage repeatable playthroughs.
  16. Yes, this drives me bonkers too. I'm willing to put the work into completing the FP. So many abandon on the last boss and then it's a complete wasted effort because I can't simply re-queue (particularly as DPS) and just finish the last boss.
  17. ^This. I just got done with my 3rd failed pug of the day. People can't even do the simplest of HM FPs (Korriban Incursion) let alone Blood Hunt or Manaan. They turn into giant wastes of time. I'm geared. I know what I'm doing. I have a stim. 80% of the people joining queues do not. Don't be tone deaf on this. On a related note, how do their metrics not show the shear number of abandoned FP groups? I know BW has historically had a tough time interpreting their own metrics but the metrics MUST show the majority of groups fail. I think a 'proving grounds' feature is needed. Perhaps requiring completion of SOLO Eternal Championship before you can queue for HM FPs. The tacticals, whether group or solo, just don't prepare folks for HMs at all.
  18. If I have to buy more than 1-2 hypercrates to get an item, it's frankly, too rare. I think energies focused toward making a new level of rarity classification would be better directed toward making items a bit less rare. I say this particularly since cartel market revenue generation is the predominant development focus of Bioware. You don't want to make things so rare you discourage your past customers from buying, which is the situation I think you have right now on some level. And while we're on the subject of rarity and Bioware's penchant for overtuning odds, please fix the slot machine odds so that they're worth playing again. It was a bit too generous when it launched but it was one of the best items you added in game until you destroyed it. Please hire someone new to manage your RNG - someone that has a clue. Thanks!
  19. Tell him to go to his abilities (P key) and click the Authorize Termination button in there. See if that fixes it for you.
  20. Glad you asked! I had to open two tickets, but both were answered and the achievements were granted. The first ticket took about a month to get a response on, and they granted the 25x achievement but forgot to do the 10x and 1x. The second ticket took another month to get a response and they granted the 10x but not the 1x. But given that I only have to run it one more time, I'll take it!
  21. Eliminate new packs altogether. I know, I know. Crazy! But you'll say "gambling makes us so much money!" Look, there's this little smartphone app game company called Supercell. They've made BILLIONS off of microtransactions, but you know what you won't find in their gem stores? Gambling packs. Nada. Zip. Zilch. The only thing you can buy is gem packs that speed up upgrades. So that right there tells me the theory of gambling increasing revenues is bunk. So what should you replace the gambling packs with? Simple. Everything should be offered stand alone. BUT here's the plot twist. If you buy the item directly from the cartel market instead of the GTN you have a 100% chance of getting either scrap, a rank 6 companion gift, or a cartel certificate. That's right! Every single purchase will come with one of those items as a nice little bonus. This will require a bit more thought into the items you push out in the cartel market. No more of the filler crap that clogs up the existing packs. Instead you'll just be releasing high quality items, perhaps on a slower schedule than you currently do. But in the end you make tons of money and your customers end up happy with the items they want.
  22. LIFE DAY SPECIAL EVENT: Giveaway on Harbinger! Monday, December 21st! I'm a huge fan of Life Day so I decided to throw a giveaway event. I'm also trying to get the achievement for having 50 people in my stronghold. This event will take place on the REPUBLIC side of the Harbinger server in my Yavin IV stronghold. Starting date and time are Monday, December 21st at 9:30pm EST/6:30pm PST. And yes, you can win more than one of the trivia prizes - though the grand prizes are limited to one per person. We will be utilizing a custom chat channel for prize giveaways. The chat channel is LIFEDAY, which you can join by typing /cjoin lifeday. Right-click the General tab on your chat-box and go to Chat Settings. Scroll down to Personal Channels and you can set a color for Life Day. Given that 50-60 people will be in this channel and we will be doing giveaways please keep the chatter and emotes to a minimum so people don't miss important messages. *THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES (see below for details) FIRST PRIZE - 2,400 Cartel Coins* SECOND PRIZE - 2,400 Cartel Coins* *Prize winner will receive the cartel coin code privately via in-game message. If you answer a trivia question correctly and you are somewhere other than on a 5-minute trip to fleet or in my stronghold, you will be disqualified for that prize and I will give it to the next person. If you go to fleet you will need to get re-invited to my stronghold. 3.) You are welcome to attempt to hijack the group to visit your own stronghold AFTER all GRAND prizes have been distributed. If you attempt to invite people to your own stronghold before the GRAND prizes are distributed you risk being removed and disqualified from any remaining prizes. 4.) Remember to live and celebrate the Life Day spirit! Anyone harassing other players, trolling or generally being rude will be disqualified from prizes and may be banned. Disqualified players will not count toward another player's invites for the grand prize drawing. Don't upset HolidaySpecial's grandfatherly sensibilities. Be nice and have fun! Oh and bring your sweater, it can get chilly, even on Yavin IV!

  24. I guess I've not been paying attention to recent patch notes, but crit was nerfed?
