99% of what people in this thread are talking about is either the glitchy engine, normal lag or an ability they don't understand. I and many of the people I play with have been playing since launch and we have only seen hacks a handful of times. Yet everyone here sees them daily in every WZ. Until you ask them to record it, then they can't seem to find them.

My mistake. Either way it's not exactly spammable and without the control they have they would be sitting ducks, it's their best means of survival and it's not impossible to counter. Well played Conc Ops, Shadows and PT's and even Fury Mara's alll have an answer for Sage control.

Static Barrier/Force armor has a 30 second lockout, it takes a utility point to even get the mezz, and 9/10 times it's broken pretty quickly by either one of your own DoT's or by someone else. And if they have bubble mezz and KB root they don't have root break on speed or they are short a top tier talent point.

I could be wrong but I thought that's how it worked. I know stuns are that way ie you need a Sage to cleanse Electrocute.

All mezzes/stuns can be cleansed you just need the right healer for tech/force. If you are getting stunned and focused by 3-4 people you are supposed to die. Arenas would never end if anyone could survive that. If you find yourslef constantly getting stunned and gang banged by the whole enemy team then you are constantly out of position.

I can't believe this thread is still going on. Comm rewards are going up for the daily/weekly, gear will be cheaper and you can transfer comms between toons. Gearing will be almost completely trivialized in 3.3. There si no point to what any of you are arguing about.

Ummm this was a level 58 Scrapper dropping a level 30 Sniper. The poor guy probably barley knew how to play his class. It was also a WZ he could have just used all his CD's in mid. Snipers are completely ranked viable and lots of teams run them in 4's. Yolos are another story but balance should performed around group content not luck of the draw solo queue.

There are no items where you can buy a set bonus as far as I know. I think you might be able to get some level 50 set pieces from Makeb but it might only be the chest. Buy the tank and min/max with mods enhancements. Gear is going to be cheap as hell in 3.3 anyway so this whole topic is moot.

Totally an exploit. There are guilds easily cruising through NiM content because of the extra ~100 power/surge on their bracers and WZ's are being ravaged by players with an extra 50 power.

Some irrelevant now since they will bind for 3.3 and gear will be easy to get but: - Buy PvP weapons form the guy next to the PvP mission terminal, the lowbie ones for 900 comms - Hold on to them while PvPing. - Refund them before their timer expires and buy them back keeping a rotating stock of weapons in your bag - Do this until you hit 60 It's a way to by pass the comm cap. You can have a bunch of weapons in your bag when hit cap (or a new tier of gear comes out) in addition to whatever comms you have to buy gear. So when you hit cap or the new gear comes out you buy stuff, refund weapons, buy more stuff and so on. Thanks @maverick for the link.

I have some weapons banked on some toons and I need to know if the timers will be removed like they were for 3.0. Someone said they heard it in a podcast but they can't find it know and I would like to know for sure. I don't care what your opinion is on banking weapons I just need the link to a podcast/interview where a BW employee said that the timers will be removed or a yellow post explaining it.

I'm definitely not on the BW defense force and I'll tell you for this game it probably is as close to impossible as it matters. Doesn't matter how much money you dump into your house if **** up the foundation (the choice to go with a pre alpha ****** engine).

2 piece - Force Leech increases you damage by 2% 4 piece - Reduces the cost of Lightning Strike and FL and lowers the CD of Polarity Shift 6 piece - Lightning Strike lowers the CD of Recklessness by 1 sec. Please tell me which one of those doesn't apply to Madness and why.

If you're not using Leech, FL, Lightning Strike or Recklessness you are not playing the spec properly. Go back and try again.
