  1. While you're at it, remove all gear. Make all players have 4 moves: dodge, attack, heal, defend. That way everyone is all equal and it will be based on skills. YAY!
  2. STOP COMPLAINING OR UNSUB F'IN BABIES. Getting a minimum 3 badges per game is easy. Especially if you are actually doing the objective. 2 of the maps, you get 2 badges if you stand by a node.....how easy is that?After 1.2 getting +6 is cake, just quit PvP if you're having a hard time getting a minumum 3. Didn't get any rewards because your team sucked? WZ isn't a solo game, its 8v8. Learn to work as a team or suffer the consequences. Stop qqing about everything and play or quit.
  3. Getting BM gear didn't take skills, it took time. Any moron can grind all day in PvP to get gear. QQ more. If you think you're good at PvP, then gear shouldn't matter, you're skills will show that.

    Hope this is a troll thread........although 50 GS do some good damage, go against any good PvPer and they'll LoS most of the time.

  6. I'm glad cover is fixed. I welcome the 60% AoE reduction when hunkered down. But when you think of it, Gunslingers are not really affected by AoE that much because we're usually at a distance or not the focus. Ilum is pretty much deserted these days and the big battles with tons of AoE are now gone, or atleast in my server it is. For WZ, in Voidstar, AoE are mainly done at the doors. Not sure about most of you, but I'm usually not by the doors unless I'm disabling or planting. In Huttball, everyone's constantly moving. The Civil War is the only one that might benefit this upgrade the most. With most AoE's, to avoid them you simply move out of it of them, which removes Hunker Down. Definitely good for PvE boss fights that AoE, but only if your stationary in it. Most boss fights you're constantly moving, the only boss I can see this being used on frequently is EV's first boss where he AoE missles. I welcome the changes, any buff is better than no buff or a nerf. Sorry if I sound like a Debbie downer lol, I'm just nitpicking.
  7. Nah, I didn't much into it. Just saw what OP posted. If that is true that yes, it might be a good investment. And to answer your other question, I never cast Charge Burst. I find it easier and a little faster to get out of cover and back into it for another instant shot. For XS, I usually use Illegal Mods. And for Speed Shot, I've never really thought about Alacrity on it, especially since I don't have much to begin with. With the new patch, I'll probably test it out for myself to see if it's worth it or not.

  9. Just because you have full BM doens't mean you're a good PvP'er. Just means you had a lot of time to grind. If you think you're good then there shouldn't be an issue with everyone having access to the top PvP gear because then it will be based on Skill and teamwork rather than gear. Skill vs Skill > Gear vs Gear, that's what a good PvPer goes by.
  10. I second the more Huttball maps post. -Implement usable objects in some of the maps (turrets, grabbling hook to platforms, boxes you see in PvE that freeze or dmg players, etc). Different maps will have different items. -Buff/Debuff aura around ball carrier. For example, having +5 allies within 15 yards of ball carrier will grant damage to allies within range and healing buff on carrier. Having +5 enemies within 15 yards of ball carrier will grant enemies damage buff and healing debuff on ball carrier. Now if both sides have 5 players near ball carrier, which ever side has the greater amount will receive the buff. -Additional Valor/Commendations for the following: Scoring, assisting the scorer via healing, passing the ball that lead to scoring, intercepting the ball, death blow to ball carrier, assisted and killing the ball carrier, scoring without any assist, scoring without environmental dmg, etc. -Different environmental zones and/or mobs. Ice that freezes unit in place, zones that will not let ball carrier to run or pass, zones so player can't sprint, leap, pull, jump, stealth, heal, or dps, etc. Perhaps have usable computer panels that will change zone debuff. Water stream/river that will carry player back to center of the map if they fall into it. Vines that randomly slap and knock you away. Random spaceships flying in dropping bombs. Mobs of droids that spawn and attack randomly or spawn and attack winning team for a brief time or until killed.

Your original post stated you wanted a instant heal due to being interrupted multiples times within a short amount of time. - All classes are vulnerable to the same interrupts, just not Sages. - Once interrupted, you still have other healing abilities. - QQ more about Maruader CC's, it happens to the other healers as well. - Your class has the highest aoe and heal burst compare the other 2 classes. - Where you lack instant heal, you have sprint, shield, and a pull. - Reroll or quit if it bothers you that much.
  12. Same group of people cheering at healing nerf, are probably the same people go around attacking the tanks and dps first instead of healers I bet. Unless guarded, most healers are pretty easily destroyed if you know how to CC.

All healers experience the same thing. Being focused on, being interrupted, learning to kite or LoS. Learn how to counter or have teammates who are smart enough to protect you.
  14. Flourish Shot reducing 20% healing for PvP, I like. Everything else is meh. Burst Volley still useless imo. For 3 points, you get a little buff once every 30 seconds......I don't know how most of you play your SS Gunslinger, but I rarely spend any of my time casting besides Aim Shot when it procs. And if it's still at the 3% speed in increase that's a 1.2 second Aim Shot instead of 1.5 seconds. Not worth 3 points, but I shall wait and see how much energy regen it increases before I decide whether to spend points on it or not.

  16. One solution = REROLL. I too, play a 50 SS Gunslinger. None of our complaints have been addressed. You'll be useless as well when rank WZ come out.

  18. There will always be baddies in every game you play. How many times have you seen the following: -Aldaran, team has middle node. Everyone chases opponents to cliff, leaving node unprotected and it gets capped. -Aldaran, team is defending left node. Incoming is called on right for 1 -2 guys, entire team leaves left node. -Voidstar, leaving one side unprotected. -Hutball, kill kill kill kill kill instead of doing the objective. Any game you play WoW, LoL, Dota, etc. will have their share of baddies, pros, and ragers. Deal with it.
  19. Are you serious? What use is my AOE in Hutball? Were talking about organized ranked WZ here where people know how to play. I'm 100% sure that ball carrier isn't going to stay in my AOE and dance in it. In Voidstar, Aldaran, and the new WZ, it may be effective for for the good 10 seconds or so that it lasts but with the long c/d it's not worth bringing in a GS over anyone else that can AOE and that can actually support the team in any of the WZs played. I can't guard , I can heal them, I can't stealth or vanish when I'm low HP. I can't heal, I can't sprint, I can't leap, push, or pull. 20% armor reduction in Aim Shot lol. Flourish Shot and Aim shot on heavy armored, fully gear Champion/BM is a joke. Especially when you considered shield and guard in play. 20% damage reduction for the whole party? Cool down is 3 minutes, I'm sure guard and shields have a short cooldown and does a much better job. Awesome CCs? You're joking right? -I have Dirty kick for melee. MELEE!!!? I'm range for godsakes. And that doesn't help much considering I get 5 yards away and they're already back on me. -Flash bang, too pro of you're DF or Sab spec. -Pulse Detenator, half the battle is trying to get into Cover in order to even use it. -Also consider that most of our CCs brings a resolve bar to 75% or so. 35 meter range -That's pretty cool, except just about every class can get to me by leap, pull, sprint etc. -LoS LoS LoS LoS Hunker Down -Useful for 1v1 and when the team is fighting in a stationary spot other wise it's useless since I lose it once I'm out of cover. -Double edge sword, uninteruptable, but that's when I'm also exposed. -LoS I'm not arguing about my DPS, we all know that's good. But anything I can do, another class can do just as well if not better with much better support to their team and have better survivalibity. If you don't believe me, take a look at the group make up so far.
  20. I hope they buff Gunslingers with something useful for their parties or for WZ in general. If you disagree, look at the team make up from all the posters. Only 1-2 said Gunslinger for dps/aoe which I lol'ed because anyone else can AOE/DPS and still be more of a benefit to the team than a Gunslinger.
  21. I play a 50 SS Gunslinger, to be honest I don't see myself much useful in any of the WZs especially in Hutball. Anything I can do, someone else can do just as good with more support and survivalibity. I'm not saying I'm bad, I utilize my abilities to its full potential and I'm usually top 2 or so in kills and in damage with 5-8 medals. But this is ranked WZs where you'll be going up against organized groups where they won't let a GS burst them to death. We'll be the first to die if anything. We lack survivalibity and we lack abilities to help our team win. Other characters have guard, shield, heal, other support abilities -We don't have anything besides 5% crit lol Other characters have leap, push, pull, sprint (all good for Huttball) -Stand there and burst? Can't do that when you play against a good and organized team since Huttball is all about being in position to leap, sprint, pull to the goal line. As far as the other WZ's, well we do good damage but anything I can do in there, any other class can do with more survivalibity and more support. I'll defintely play ranked WZs with my GS from time to time, but my Trooper healer will end up being my main.

  23. I actually find it better and more competitive when you play Huttball against you're own faction because you know them a bit more at a personal level due to running OPS and doing FPs.

  25. Rep = Customes from Final Fantasy series. Smuggler/Counsler = girls from FFX. Trooper = Samus from Metroid Sent/Guardian = space samurai? Sith = ****** as usual Basically Reps look like a bunch of @ss clowns lol. Atleast gone is the space cowboy for my GS.
