That sir just about has to be the most ignorant post I have read in a while. Its obvious you must have been one of the few people that couldnt figure out the "complex crafting" everyone complained about that got the game dumbed down. Its people like you we should thank for SWG going into the gutter. I myself prefer my games like my women. A lot of meat on the bones and curves I can hang onto. Not this hollow shell of a game that hand holds you everywhere. -
I think the OP is a little delusional. The game "was" fun, it is not now. What did the game accomplish? The one innovative aspect of the game "Legacy" is nothing but a money sink for all but the very basic things. It forces you to level alts because right now that is the only content is leveling alts so you can play more alts that are easier to play so you can finally roll a last alt that can faceroll the game with all the nicknacks. So OP tell me again what exactly the game has accomplished?

We are paying for beta. Its a sad state of the gaming world but no game especially lately has ever been released even remotely close to polished. (Note: I said polished not finished) The publishers force a game out the door knowing we the plebs will fund their further development. -

Only reason someone would attempt a higher level craft is mainly because the higher level gear sometimes looks better is all. I hope they dont add the idea you posted.

No doubt, what WAS in this patch that was actually pumped up to get excitement up for crafters? I have tried reverse engineering augments I crafted but when the "You have learned blah blah" pops the recipe is exactly the same as what I have. For instance I re'd a green augment and I learned the green augment. *** guys! Now On top of that I have been hoarding items to RE after the patch so I could learn their schematics only to find out, no you cannot do that its only special items. I swear Bioware has taken a page from SOEs playbook and really just not delivering anything they say or just make their claims ambiguous enough as to not really have to do anything even remotely what everyone expected. Well played SOE...err I mean Bioware. -

Got a question though, I canceled my account friday but had like 25 days left on it, didnt reactivate it until this evening. Is the reward based of of if your account is active or what? I would like to get the little critter and be bummed if I missed out because I was at work but still was active.

I canceled as well and am ticked off at yet another Star wars MMO going the way of the dodo. I especially love paying 15 bucks a month for a Beta quality game. 1.2 is a complete game overhaul which means the game was released not even close to finished=Beta quality. I have decided my server of Krayis Obelisk is dead beyond dead, right now even at peak times no more than 25 people in the republic fleet. So yeah the game is dying and they know it. I bet their free weekend will be miraculously the same week that 1.2 comes out. Either way I wont be back because I am sick of shoddy games and money grubbing publishers pushing games live long before they should be.

A way to gauge how well you are regenerating ammo is to the right of your ammo bar there is 4 >>>> symbols. If you can keep it looking like >>>> during a fight your ammo will regen at its max rate. Any less it starts to slow down the rate of regen. You can use your reload also before you get completely empty so you keep as many arrows filled as possible to keep your ammo recharging.

Why is it always the healers who bring this up and complain in every MMO I have ever plaid that has or had raid marking? At worst I think the icon should reset upon death and someone should have to reapply it. That is more fair is it not? Marking should remain aloud.

Will Bioware really change Sentinels mechanics?

Maybe refined but not completely changed. I am not so set I cannot change for sure, it does take me a good day or two to incorporate a new move into my attack routine. I just fear heavy handed changes because a few people cannot grasp something difficult and instead of trying something else or over coming they complain until its made easier. -
First off, your friends only crafted because they wanted to. Most crafters couldnt even use the items they made. It took someone who really enjoyed crafting to enjoy SWG. I enjoyed it so much I had two accounts. My crafter actually had the same name as my forum name. You didnt see crafters running around in composite armor wielding T21 blaster rifles. Hell I remember for the first 2 months of the game there were no armor or weapons available on the trade network above bone armor and maybe a DL44 pistol. Poor TKA could not find vibro knuckles to save their butts. As for just logging in and selling things, yes a dedicated crafter that was all he could do. perhaps you hung out with the wrong people because your friends would not be making things if someone was not buying them, hence out "playing the game". Maybe you should have hung out with like minded people. My favorite past time before becoming a crafter was a master entertainer. I hung out for hours "not AFK grinding" in the cantinas talking with people, healing mind damage. My second account was a Jedi shortly after the village thing opened up. I am not pointing at you in my next statement. Its the people who needed instant gratification with a game that ruined SWG. Nobody did anything in that game that they did not enjoy, period. If you did that is your own damn fault for not making the game fun for yourself. This game caters to those needs and reverse engineering is the only micro game crafters have and there is no skill only luck. This game is fun for what it is but do not insult peoples intelligence by even remotely comparing the two crafting systems because no game had one like it before or since. Not because it was bad but because people are bad in general and have no patience.
