  1. Let me clarify how vanish works... Vanish forces the user into stealth. It does not remove any status effects, it does not resist any damage, it breaks on any damage, i.e. dot or AoE spells. Skills that can be used while in stealth and do not break stealth do give assassins the ability to mitigate certain types of continuous damage and resist force or tech related AoE's. These CD's are required to be up for us to escape with any sort of dot ticking on us. When they are not up we will be instantly unstealthed upon the dot ticking. As for operatives, most operatives spec into the tree that grants 50% run speed bonus upon force cloaking, this causes them to stack up 30% sprint, 15% movement speed, and 50% run speed boost for a 6 second duration to flee hastily away from enemy PC's. Their stealth also breaks on any sort of damage, and the instant damage is dealt or a dot ticks they will be forcibly uncloaked. Now that you are aware of this mechanic, please tailor your gameplay to this knowledge as countless good players have done.
  2. Sorry for playing the game as intended with intelligence... I will make sure in future games to carebear bad players by acting like a moron and leaving the entirely useless base mods in the gear...
  3. The rage is strong in this one. Raging 90% of the time 6 to 1.
  4. There isnt a need, its just a suggestion for those that are too lazy to actually use the full keyboard spectrum of keybinds. I.e. OP
  5. So you want to nerf the ability of better players in PvP because they are better than you at actually doing what is intended or as you call it Piano playing? I want Bioware to punch you in the face because its in my best interest... I doubt that will happen anytime soon.
  6. Welcome to the wonderful world of MMO gaming. If you are unfamiliar with the genre, then you may very well know that MMO's are much like having a job that you enjoy. They require a great investment of time and effort to achieve the best results, often taking months or in some cases years to completely gear out one character. Knowing such information, Star Wars The Old Republic is a very softcore MMO. Since the beginning, the grind in this game has been relatively low, considering it is an American MMO geared towards an American audience, that tends to seek instant gratification. As such, the ability to achieve endgame gear and unlock endgame content comes in a relatively short period of time. Even achieving full Battlemaster pre-nerf was nothing that was incredibly time consuming, and for most diligent characters taking at most 1 full month, for the luckier fiew as short as 2 weeks. All this being said, it seems that you are unhappy with the fact that you have to put in a decent amount of work to recieve reward, which truly is a shame as maybe MMO's aren't your type of game. I picked up the game 2 weeks after release, I reached level 50 within one month, and finished my battlemaster set before they added the availability of purchasable tokens. All this done within a 2 month period is exceedingly fast for any MMO. Coming from a game like Aion, yes I find the PvP content lacking, as is much other content in the game, but the dev team is working on rolling out new content as soon as they can. In Aion it would take a good 4-6 months to even reach level 50, let alone another 4-6 to get a full PvP set for your equivalent level. This game is cake in comparison. Please stop your ************. Sincerely, People that actually play MMOs.
  7. You are making an issue out of a non-issue. If you have ever played any legitimate MMO then you would realize an excess of skills is nothing new to the genre. Many skills in the arsenal are for some people useful tools while others don't see them as such and tend to deprioritize them in their rotation. Plenty of players have no trouble keeping up with this so called excess of skills you are complaining about and have keybinds that work for their individual playstyle. Please do not request that Bioware dumbs down the game so that those of us who actually take the time and effort to learn, and establish effective keybinds can play well so that you can casually come and choose one of four buttons to hit in succession while running around pretending that you have any skill at all.
  8. You have terrible RNG. See a psychic to raise your luck... clearly your astrological sign is out of favor.
