  2. My guess is everyone involved with the balance in pvp are either fired already or on their summer vacations.
  3. I was in a warzone the other day which was 7vs8 almost to the end of the match untilthe 8th person came into the game. After the game over and i was back at the fleet people were complaning how they have been sitting in que for 15 minutes and gotten into no games in the chat. So who knows. Maybe some special set of events make the game fail to fill the last spot for some reason. Edit. and nope, it wasn't the frame bug ^^

  5. The classes are mirrored so there's no bias towards Imperial or Republic side. Plus in the lowbie pvp bracket the effect bolster is in play which balances everyone basic stats to more equal level.
  6. 1. So after a 2 second cast and the 3 second delay the orbital strike hits the ground there's still someone in the target area? The sniper is still alive spending all that time casting the orbital strike? 2. Immunity to cc's cooldown is a tradeoff from lack of mobility or decent survival cooldowns 3. the 5 seconds orbital strike takes to land i doubt the sniper survives long enough if the enemy is already in the melee range without some serious focusing from the healers.
  7. Even as a counter spec, you really are suggesting that you need a extra crutch agains't sniper? And wouldn't hurt you to be less arrogant, but i guess that goes with the title you feel the need to point out even in computer game forums. Guess there's no point in arguing with someone who thinks Orbital strike is uncounterable and overpowered skill but undying rage is completely situational and useless most of the time. If you really don't know how to counter it i strongly doubt you have killed anyone 1vs1, even a sniper

  11. Funniest part about this bug is seems to be completely random, sometimes ops chat doesn't work while youre in the warzone and sometimes it doesn't work while waiting in que.
  12. I agree, we shouldn't be allowed to complain about bugs that have been there since lauch. Just sing high praises every time we are permastunned in wz or kicked out of the game when wz que pops.

  14. As said many times Marauders damage output is fine. They can dish out great numbers but so what? So can most classes. What needs to be adressed is all those defensive cooldowns marauder has on top of that.I'm not saying nerfing to the ground. There are some pretty good suggestions in here if one bothers to find them. Trouble is they get lost in this clutter of ' I rerolled a fotm class because i need the class to carry me and don't want it to be brought on par with others' or 'I can't facetank a marauder with my sorc, nerf marauders'
  15. Your post makes good sense for the most part. The classes that have to get into thick of things should have better defences, as they do. Trouble is since 1.2 there haven't been ranged classes since there's no way to keep horde's of marauders in distance.

  18. Well, they have their infamous metrics. Trouble is pvp enviroment with all it's variables like defensive cooldowns are too hard to count in for them. If a skill/team mates are is non-factors, and 2 classes have the same damage output, the class with the better cooldowns will win. But the answer to your question is propably no. Think the devs are on their summer holidays now.

  20. It was about to happen. Just suprised that the complaint was about orbital strike. With all the marauders running around in this game now and sniper being their counter
  21. Yeah, thats much worse than waiting in respawn after dying that other classes do in that situation. Meanwhile youre still in the game for the extra seconds to make/prevent the cap or bomb plant.
