  1. There is also a terminal right outside the Rishi shuttle when you first arrive there. It has both Ravagers and ToS
  2. BUG: Placing Static Barrier on someone currently in a walker makes the bubble appear on the ground Resolved - PogoBall mode is enabled
  3. lmao! that and the mud flaps were classic
  4. NEW FEATURE!!! Bioware was acquired by Hasbro (maker of Nerf) in the past few days
  5. I could go with that Confirmed - Kephess takes over your body via slot coins and destroys Quesh in 4.0 (because really, who wants Quesh...)
  6. Google for "things BW nerfed in the past 2 days" j/k - it's in one of the CM packs.
  7. Actually, there should be a 0.01% chance that Kephess spawns from the Slot Machine and exacts vengeance on your character.
  8. forgot one... - Harbringer keeps going down Unresolved. She's a naughty little minx
  9. I wonder if Cinnabon would sponsor someone who has that hairstyle?
  10. Multiple Crafting Skills on 1 player = you only spend time on 1 player = no alts = less time in the game = no profit = Cartel Market has a sad
  11. I leveled my Shadow as a tank (Kinetic) and while I survived everything, I thought it was a touch boring. I switched to Infiltration shortly after I hit 50, and I've never looked back. But tbh, that's my playstyle...I found I wasn't good as a tank So the main decision in those two specs is how you want to play...also, switching would be problematic because they use different secondary stats, so you'd have to maintain two different sets of gear just for PvE. That may not be an issue to you or others...just wanted to point that out. Either way, I think Shadow/Assassin is fun even though their dps numbers lack at times. Stealth ftw
  12. BW - whatever you're going to do, please do it soon. My brain is starting to lag due to all of the "bad things people in SWTOR do" threads and their various opinions. Everybody is entitled to an opinion, but this is getting out of hand.
  13. This happened to me during that update - I had 2 toons who were lacking the flashpoint pieces when my missions were reset. I filed a ticket with CS, they reviewed and verified my progress point, and they restored one of the toons...and progressed the other all the way to the last mission. Good luck - that sucks, as I know how much goes into the HK quest series.
  14. Run...away...NOW!!! That is, unless you like to swear and/or cry. In all seriousness, I tried SWTOR on 2 different Intel HD sets, and it was absolute crap. I run on 2 rigs - a desktop and a laptop. Both use Nvidia sets (I'm drawing a blank on model), and they're both roughly 2-3 years old. Works very nice. The desktop is running at all high settings, and the laptop is running the same for the most part. I would highly recommend you stay away from the Intel video set.
  15. QFT. This is my first MMO, and I was staunchly against keybinding because it was weird to me. Now I do a mix of both, and I'm pretty happy with the results...especially in PvP as someone mentioned above.
  16. Every time you get the Daily on Yavin IV where the NPC says, "I like you Captain, you're a freak...", drink a beer. One of my favorite NPC lines in the whole game
  17. I've run Blood Hunt solo on 5-6 toons now, and on the last go around (think it was my sin or shadow), I encountered this exact behavior. One or more would happen: 1. Female Mando would post up on a pylon after male Mando was burnt down, GSI droid and companion (DPS or tank, didn't matter) would also jump to the Mando...and one or both would die. Only way to proceed was to /stuck 2. Companion would jump to Female Mando (who's up on the pylon), GSI droid would sit around picking his nose. Companion would eventually die, and the only way to damage the Mando was with extreme ranged attacks or to /stuck. 3. Companion would glitch out and die for no apparent reason; BOTH Mando's would reset to full health 4. Both Mando's would reset to full health Kinda annoying, but I did eventually get through it...I think it took 3 glitch/resets before I was able to complete on this toon. Weird, given that I had done it several other times without incident. I have another toon who's at that quest, so I'm curious if it will happen again.
  18. I love the idea of this post - SWTOR is my first MMO, and I had absolutely no clue how most things worked. 2 that come to mind: - Rolled a Trooper->VG that I still have to this day; it was my 2nd toon, and i was just experimenting with stuff I had seen in beta. I had no idea what Esseles was or what a Flashpoint was, but someone was sitting by the door LFG, so I joined up (my first ever group). Mortar Volley to open each pull; if the mobs attacked my partner (who clearly knew what the heck was going on), I would mortar volley them and grab their attention. My partner, who was very patient with me, kept mentioning "aggro"...and I thought he meant that I was crazy, because my friends and I use that term for someone who's angry/losing it. Somehow, we completed Esseles, and my partner kindly asked me if this was my first MMO...and kindly suggested that I link up with someone who could explain the finer points of MMO terms, etc. I thanked him and hid my face for an hour...and spoke with a guy at work the next day, who schooled me in the necessary knowledge. To this day, I'm super hesitant about being responsible for a pull - Crafting - RE pissed me off; I was under the impression that you should get a schematic from each RE (boy was I disappointed) - Crafting - probably one of my biggest noob moments was when I was up to around 40 on my main BH. I had no mats to build gear for RE...what I gathered on the planets was not keeping up, and my gathering missions were leveled above what I needed. I didn't have a ton of money, so buying off the GTN was frustrating. I was chatting with a friend who had prior MMO experience, and he was telling me of how he was crafting all of his hilts/mods/etc for his toon and companion while leveling. I asked him how he had time to go back to all of the prior planets to gather the necessary mats. Silence in the chat...then he says to me, "you do know that you can select a level of gathering mission from the dropdown, right?" DOH!!! I'm sure I have a TON more, but I'll stop there Keep them coming!
  19. Worked for me too - thanks for the tip! It does not, however, work with the schematics...they're now BoP
  20. Definitely! Good outlook on things! Story is awesome, so I definitely think you should do all of that first...but again, up to you. Many decorations are in Cartel packs, others come from reputation vendors for the various planets/organisations, and if you've done other flashpoints/ops, they drop them as well. GTN probably has some, but I bet they're expensive. Check Dulfy.net for more specifics; she's awesome and puts a great deal of effort into documenting all of the various aspects of SWTOR...too much to list here!
