So how are you recruting imps into a pub guild or vice versa?

After a couple years (myself being at 15+), you get used to it You can as long as the individual you are trading with participated in the same group as you.

Since we have 2 guilds (Mosaic - Pub // Dark Mosaic - Imp), It all varies on which side players decide to play on. We don' t really have players who are dedicated to one side over the other. For nights and weekends, this also depends on which month each side is running guild events on. What I mean by that is January is our Pub month where all the guild events are being run within Mosaic and then February, we will be running guild events with Dark Mosaic. Where some guilds have it set where you need to log in x amount of time in-game and participate in x amount of events or you are not wanted, we do not have this. With mosaic being a casual guild, you will never be expected to log in for any amount of time or be on for certain days/nights.

It's not just the lowbie flashpoints this happens in but also HM flashpoints. I have noticed a recent influx of players queing for HM's with a mix of level 30ish gear, Tanks using a majority of DPS gear, and players using stats on gear they shouldn't be. At level 50, you are granted 99 Tionese coms and a full set of MK-2 Recruit gear... I really wish these players would take the time to pick them up.

How... just how??? It's 2 mechanics. Jump down to the next level when the platforms are there and kill off the devices... I could only hope they would know how to pay attention to their own hp to see if they need healed or not.

Both. make sure though that you have the daily PVP quest before queing up. The XP you get from the daily really adds up after a while. What I usually do is before I log for the night, i make sure i place the toon im leveling on the fleet. This way, I can get the daily right away when I log on and start on it. Once finished and turned in, I would head to the planet I quest on and while questing, que up. There is only a select few planets i wouldn't que up for pvp due to load times (Alderaan for example)

use the preferences button and from there, you should see 2 tabs (Game & Keybinds). Select Keybinds. Select Quickbars now and from this page, you should be able to hotkey any quickbar. Would you like to try keybinding?

You always need more than 1 stun handy. Depending on the player, if your going up against a newbie pvper, they will blow their CD that takes them out of stun no matter the duration so if you can stun them with the short one first to have them pop out of it and then stun them again with the longer duration stun... they kinda end up getting screwed

Its the lack of some players not taking the time to review the fights before they actually go into the instance. Some of the flashpoints you can get away with because there's just 1 mechanic that you really have to look for. Others though you kind of need to see at least a video which explains the fight in detail before you actually step inside to do it. Yes, I realize that there is a difference from watching a video explaining the fights and actually doing them but if you have seen the videos, you can get the general idea on what to do. It's the main reason why i have put up all the fights for all the Ops and harder flashpoints on our guild website. That way our guildies don't need to search for any of the fights.

I actually tested this by killing mobs of the same level before and after using the xp boosts using a sub account and a F2P account. I can confirm they both work. The only suggestion i would say is make sure you are using the right type of xp boost you are planning to do for the content. Flashpoint xp boosts wont work with doing regular questing, etc...

By now the OP has probably found a guild of his own but this is the advice that I give everyone (because I would hate for them to join up with a guild to find out that its not exactly what they are looking for). With the amount of guilds out there which are casual (My guild included), you might find yourself looking into taking The ideal guild quiz. Here you will be answering the same questions as the guild leaders and it will compare your answers on how they answered. The 3 guilds that you answered nearest too will be shown.

I have to correct you on this but Assasins / Shadows make very good tanks and yes, if specced into the right tree which he sounds like he has, it would be considered a pure tank. Pyro's and Juggs are not the only tanks in the game.
