  1. I guess i'm in the minority of the tanks who actually check gear before starting and know what force camouflage does with my sentinel.
  2. You are forgetting that every single planet has these when you are leveling. Each of the heroics would be considered to be a daily (usually show up as a blue quest marker instead of the usual gold. Also... if you find yourself on the fleet, the sections labeled "Supplies" (PVE) and "Combat Training" (PVP) have terminals which give daily quests. the Supplies terminal give the daily FP quest and the Combat Training termial give the daily PVP quest. **Leveling tip for extra coms**: Pick up the FP daily quest from the terminal and use groupfinder to que yourself up for the groupfinder daily at the same time. With that one flashpoint you que up for, you can knock both dailys out at the same time.
  3. Level and gear upgrades. Don't forget about those relics also.
  4. The only thing i was not able to do was the Jindo fight because i think the turret was bugged for me. Everything else i was able to solo. But without downing the Jindo fight, the doors that you need open just before the Jindo fight wont open. Ill have to give it another shot to see how it goes
  5. So just to let you know where I am coming from... I am one of those players who "A> don't play this game as much as some of these "Holier than thou" geared more experience players do." I am not in a guild who has raided yet (even though a few of us do pick up a raid here and there) and currently, my gear is a mix of Dreadguard (the 2 relics from the Daily vendors) Rakata Implants, Black hole Ear peice, and the rest is custom with Campaign armorings and black hole mods/enchancements. How did I get that kind of gear? By putting in the time and effort by doing constant dailys, and the occasional pugging of raids if I have time from working 15 hours Mon-Friday (I leave the house at 4:30am and get home at 8pm) just to head off to bed at 9:30pm to do it all over again the next day... If I am able to pull off getting that type of gear, I'm sure those players who you stated that don't play the game as much as some can also but it takes time. Do not expect to start raiding soon after you hit 50. Do the ops team you are thinking about joining a favor and gear yourself up in a MINIMUM of Columi gear. It takes about a week of running HM FP's to get there with picking up the weeklies and dailys from the fleet terminal and the occasional lucky hit of a columi drop from the end boss. I would pretty much say that SM Xeno II is about the equivalent to SM EC gear wise. This pretty much sums it up 100%. If you think you are more than willing to try these raids with players with fresh 50 gear and players still wearing blue's and greens, so be it and let me know how that works out for you.
  6. Wrong place to post recruitment. Re-direct to this location.
  7. Correct me if im wrong but I don't think F2P players get the free Tionese gear
  8. Yes, the difference directly applies to the armor and gear you are wearing. Unless you are wearing gear that has a primary stat other than strength/endurance, then you can level your sentinel they way you want. No, you don't really need to start on flashpoints or do any type of PVP but it would drastically decrease the amount of time it would take to gear your character out. If your not part of one yet, I would suggest looking into joining a guild which fits your style of play. The players in them can be invaluable with the help they can provide and help you on your way indefinatly. The first step you should think about doing is starting on the dailys on Belsavis, Corellia (Black hole area), and Ilum. A helpful guide for those can be found here: How to: Get Daily and Black Hole Commendations [The Easy Way]. While running dailys, que up for flashpoints (NOT LOST ISLAND. Im just saving you the hassle of getting reprimanded and kicked from the team.) If you have a surplus of credits, take a search on the GTN for gear upgrades such as armoring - mods - enhancements - hilts - implants - earpeices. Im not saying to go full out and pick up a 27 which will cost a mil+ but the 22's & 23's which cost only a few thousand will be a significant increase with what you are using now. If you are a subscriber, you should have been granted a quest and upon completion of that quest, you will receive 99 Tionese coms. And then from the PVP daily terminal, you will have been granted a token in which you can turn in for a full set of recruit Mk-2. This right here is the main reason why I would suggest joining a guild. Guildies are more patient with running with under geared players than with pugs which tend to be a bit more well... vocal with their choise words i should say
  9. I went to use mine but there was an out of order sign on it... "Out of order??? Even in the future, nothing works!!!"
  10. Still recruiting for like minded casual players for both sides
  11. The key word here is hidden within the last letter of the acronym's PVP and PVE. Player Vs. Player Player Vs. Environment Anytime you are fighting another player, it is considered to be PVP so yes, expertise rating does affect dueling outside of a WZ
  12. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
  13. in order to purchase stuff with cartel coins, you need to have the coins to start with. In order to get the coins, you need to either be a subscriber (grants 500 per month) Have a security key (grants 100 per month) Purchase them with real money (grants well... however much you want to buy)
  14. I wouldn't necessarily say the companion unlocks aren't really level based related but deal more on the completion of your class quest.
  15. Forgot about that... i blame the lack of sleep and waking up at 2am for work on that one. Now where is my dam coffee!!!
  16. no. How many times have you seen someone genuinely needing an an item by accident and then realizing they made the mistake, ask in group who else needed the item and then trade it with them. Your suggestion would null and void the option to actually do that. Most of the gear is BoP however, there are some items that drop which are BoE.
  17. all depends on what your trying to get out of it
  18. Seeing that multiple players can enter the same ship as long as the players are grouped and the owner of the ship can take those group members to the other planets, why couldn't we have space missions with those group members which are on the ship also? The way i could see this going is the owner of the ship starts up the mission and has full control of the ship movements and has his own turret as the current game has it setup now. Now as far as the other group members... they would have control of other turrets to shoot stuff up on the same mission as the owner of the ship has picked for a total of 4 turrets in a 4 player group. Now if there are only 2 players in a group, then only 2 turrets would then be used. Just a thought.
  19. Why can't customer service actually answer questions without closing them or at the very least, answer them in a timely basis. Why when I force wave an npc (ohh... lets say a droid in this case) off the edge of a ledge into an abyss, it seems to come back shooting at me from underneath the corridor i'm standing on? Why is it when I kill a mob, every so often I see them just standing there still?
  20. Yes There really isn't a list of the dailies and weeklies devoted to the non-50's. The planetary heroic 2-4+ missions are all considered to be dailies. The Dailys and weeklies received threw the terminal change dependent on level including which flashpoints you go to and which world bosses given to take down. The only daily which does not change for the pre-50 characters is the PVP daily from the terminal located within the pvp area of the fleet. There is also a group finder daily which grants coms planetary coms up until i believe level 47 when it switches to daily coms. yes You will not create a ticket this way. It just sends a generated report within the system about that character.
  21. If your asking about the HK-51 parts, the Power core is found on Hoth. The AI Regulator is found in the Jedi Temple. Info for the parts can be found here
