Server merges/transfers aren't gonna solve much. Yes it will give people the opportunity to play this game with others but it seems that everyone forgets why it got this bad.

first regardless how high you get your accuracy there is *NO* Armor penetration. It reduces there chance to parry, dodge, deflect or shield an attack. As a watchman sentinel, I run with 99.25% accuracy. Most say 98% Melee accruracy is good enough since most of your damage comes from yellow attacks, but it never hurts to have a bit more. Missing a Merc Slash isn't something you wanna do. Though 100% would be optimal it's just not needed. Imo though, Burns will be your highest damage in the watchman/annihilation tree followed by Merc Slash and Master Strike. The last 2 are white damage so that's why I like to sport a little more accuracy than the bare minimum

no offense but your guildy must suck with Watchman priorities if he was Full Rakata and you in Battlemaster gear. It takes a good deal of concentration to really maximize the Watchman spec.

i don't mind it at all. I thought of doing it myself. Well i do have the vindicator chest in an Orange piece, but only because I needed the accuracy. Using the Pummeler Implants instead of the Foestopper which kills my accuracy. I still don't understand why the Foestopper has 67 str/100 end. It seems like the should of made it 100 str/67 end with the accuracy and power. oh well, not a dev so who knows.

With all settings max'd and shadows I get an average of 45fps in wz's and 60 anywhere else. Other than Ilum when it was chaos with everyone there. FX-8150 Asus Crosshair 4gb G. Skill GT 440 Vista 32-Bit unfortunately Sadly I am killing epeen performance with the lower 3 items. I however have a 560ti but when used with this system my fps drops to the lower 20's in warzone and barely pushing 30 when anywhere else. Once I get around to getting windows 7 64 I'm sure that will change significantly. The GT 440 just runs better with the specs I have.

yeh, im sitting in the same boat except i refuse to reroll...8x Sentinel with near full War Hero, full mix of BH/Campaign gear. I just can't stomach the notion of re-rolling. My time runs out tomorrow night sometime and currently debating if I should sub for 1 month to get me til gw2 release. Although my server is dead and barely get any wz pops. Might just live without the MMO's for a month..

meh...if your to blind to see this will be fixed soon then I will be following those threads once it's done. Customization doesn't mean to take the set bonus that's meant for the Guardian AC and apply it to Sentinels. I don't care if it's fixed or not, but it will be. It's not gonna decide the outcome of a warzone. It will be amusing to see the QQ threads after they contain this exploit along with the other classes. so i guess i'll keep my extra 5 meters on dispatch.. 2 cents

1 minute does nothing to compare between the two..5+ mins is needed for an accurate log to reduce RnG. If watchman, I would guarantee that your bringing the higher dps on most fights. As long as your not lazy and uncoordinated then you should be top for every fight with equal gear. Download a parser though..As long as your pulling upwards of 1500 on the operations MK-5 in your current gear then your good.

meh, this game was fun but I find it hard to log in anymore. Before it was about the lack of players on my server, but now it's just the game. I've found it lacking in so many ways. I'm not comparing this to wow since i haven'y played it since 2007. This game is just boring anymore. Same thing happened with Rift. Lots of box sells at the start and a steady decline of players there after. I wouldn't hesitate to say this game is barely over 500k subs now. Just a guess, not real data. To many people have left this game in this small amount of time to even remotely call it successful. The leveling part when I first went through it was the most appealing aspect of this game. Everything else is just 2nd tier MMO stuff.

gunslinger/snipers may seem difficult but if you utilize your skills it makes them ez to take down. Like most have said, Force Camo is nice to use but I only use it during there AoE knockback Pacify is your friend. I always apply it when they cast Aimed Shot/Ambush to negate that big hit and also negate the knock back if there spec'd into it.

what are you smoking..This game has been out for a little over 5 months and we are still on 1.2. Rift had 8 MAJOR content patches in a little over a year. So, where are you getting your information. I don't have an active sub for Rift, and nor do I for swtor anymore..well 2 more glorious days left waiting for any DEFINITIVE date on merges/transfers so I could atleast PvP. The production speed at Trion Worlds is light years ahead of EAoware. When they announce swtor is just ahead of Tiger Woods in priority and this BS that is taking place today then it kinda gets ya thinking. Well, some people know how to think on these forums. I am a player that wants to see swtor exceed, but honestly..They should of found a different studio to push this game. I'll admit, my expectations were high for this game, but granted the Franchise did that to me. I haven't touched WoW since BC days so I'm def not a fanboy. I was just wondering if gunslingers have had this issue with Mara/Sent using Pacify during there aimed shot cast and why it breaks the actually talent if you spec into it. It's ******* like you who give a bad name for all MMO's. Read something, and be subjective. Instead of playing the ignorance over intelligence card.

I play a 50 Sentinel and noticed that pacify negates the Percussive Shot talent. I have a lower level gunslinger but never had a sent/mara apply this on me. I was testing this out with my 50 gunslinger friend and when Pacify is applied during the cast of Aimed Shot you can completely stop the knockback since your basically guaranteeing that attack to miss with 90% ranged accuracy reduction . Should Aimed shot be a Ranged attack because that completely breaks the talent when your going against a sent/mara. It should be classified as tech imo. granted, i'm sure a ton of sent/mara don't use this skill..but to the folks out there with Main Gunslingers it seems broken to me, even though i'm on the other side. I use to have a rough time trying to take down a Gunslinger, but now with only 1 knockback during an encounter it makes them trivial.

the way swtor has there items designed, they are set for turning this game into F2P. "Runes of Magic" like.

the old generation of MMO players vs the new generation of MMO players and this doesn't mean age defines what category you fit into. I know teenagers who play MMO's who act more mature than adults. Over my years of playing MMO's the latter has increased dramatically. The MMO genre has brought a new way of how behavior is accepted without consequence or remorse. People can portray meaningless reputations without a regard to anyone but themselves. This doesn't just pertain to MMO's, it's all over the internet. I wouldn't take anyone serious over it because there isn't a real connection, maybe with Ventrilo where you actually hear a voice to that pixel there might be. Other than that, they are just letters typed by a complete nothingness.

My 30 days runs out on the 25th and my sub was cancelled on the 1st of May. I enjoy this game, I enjoy both PvP and PvE. With no definitive answer on Server transfers/merges before my time runs out then I will be parting ways with swtor and waiting for "Wildstar" to release. Not all people that leave a game QQ on forums. I'm not coming on here to complain and most people don't do it to hear smart *** comments from the forum trolls of the day. But of course they have to do it, they have to condemn those who disagree with there own reason. Why? Who knows...ignorance, envious maybe just RL issues. Not one to judge! I was tempted to go for it..but honestly its not meant for Sentinels and they will change this eventually. I would like to see how big of a Force Sweep Crit I could get with it as a Focus spec'd sentinel. I've posted a SS on this forum somewhere of a 6,964 Sweep crit, and that was before I started getting the WH gear. I only need 1 Implant, chest, belt, bracer and getting the Vindicator Main-hand to toss the mods in my off hand. That's if I ever start getting wz pops on a frequent basis.

well finally a combat spec sentinel posted on here. Haven't been playing much on my Sentinel. Leveling a Vanguard so I don't bore myself with my sent. 50 pvp matches are non-existent, but 1-49 are popping ever 15 mins or so. Nice damage by the way..and no you didn't hurt my epeen one bit. I've already surpassed that with the watchman/annihilation spec.

yeah..this is just getting downright ugly. I enjoy this game, and have been leveling alts to try and keep me interested... This game needs merges before Transfers imho. You could probably merge 4-5 light servers and still not have a que time to log into the game. It's just that bad. D3 has made it worse. Your losing subs because of other games, But to players who actually want to play this game, your losing more subs for not taking any action to prevent further loss because of dead servers.

how is it not relevant to gameplay? This games pvp doesn't have strategy..Its about who has the bigger sticks and guns anymore. Who can burn down the other person first. Sure seems relevant to me. As a watchman sentinel, I have almost 100% uptime on my targets. There is no getting away. There is a reason why over 90% of sent/mara play anni/watchman. You can't shut down the spec like you can with the other 2.
