  1. Or some people don't want TO BE facerolled.
  2. As in the title. Thanks.
  3. We all know this situation can only be resolved by nerfing operatives. That is the only way.
  4. There's such mixing that I'd consider reasonable, e.g., putting War Hero hilts/barrels in your lower grade PVE weapons. Can make sense. Same goes for off-hand (e.g., WH armor piece in a lower grade PVE shield) That is, until the point when you can replace it with a sufficiently high grade piece.
  5. I want to be able to get away from Hutt Ball matches whether I'm put in at the start or as a refill in the middle of the match. I hate Hutt Ball and I don't wish to be forced to play it. Allow players to choose what PVP warzones they wish to queue for so I can play Voidstar to my heart's desire. And perhaps some others occasionally (except for Hutt Ball).
  6. TANK: you activate the group finder and get insta-pop. When you are randomly spamming for a group you get 10 invites. HEALER: you activate the group finder and get pop rather fast. When you are randomly spamming for a group you get 5 invites. DPS: you activate the group finder and an hour later you start spamming chat if the queue is bugged. When you are randomly spamming for a group nothing happens (you are also put on ignore by people who are tired of your hour-long spam) When you finally see someone asking for a DPS and you send an invite request the usual answer: sorry, already found someone. Also, if you are DPS and finally find someone who's willing to take you, people in the OP group make remarks: great, another MDPS, couldn't you find an RDPS? So: Tank > Healer >>>>>>>>>>>>> RDPS >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>MDPS
  7. I hate and despise Hutt Ball. If you punish leavers then give us a choice as to what war zones to queue for.
  8. Of course I won't stay there. As a top DPS I get MVP votes, as a healer I, again, get MVP votes. As a guy who works his *** off defending the pylon and chasing away/killing ninjas I get naught. Sometimes I even get corny remarks that I did so little DPS. So I won't stay at the pylon. Easy as that. Same goes for bomb planting. You can ninja all doors and get zero votes. So I let other "losers" do this for me. That is, until they realize it sucks hard and some other tool takes their place.
  9. But they could have solved that by simply giving DPS different damage types for PVE gear and PVP gear along with respective resistances. So PVE gear would be useless in PVP but expertise would not be needed as the gear would decide the damage/defense type.
  10. Yeah, you can't list it. Similarly, one is not allowed to sell trash items (e.g., speeders coming from the packs) as well. I won't even bother anymore with the packs. What they want is that you pay as much as possible but get as little as possible. Had like 25 speeders, and I could not sell them to trash vendors. Cause, you know, it's just not allowed. Cause that way you could get credits (even if only 25k per speeder). And we can't have that, can we? Many useless stuff that nobody buys can't be sold. Not even for the meager amount listed on them.
  11. I have never seen any legendary items on any of my chars. AFAIK there's a gun that used to be given out to bounty hunters (mine did not get it) that is supposed to be legendary but its stats are not in line with legendary items.
  12. Vast explorable areas. A new planet that has RANDOM encounters, random hardness, random loot, random everything and takes an hour to get from one corner to the other. It doesn't have to have notable features every 20 metres. Some survey-style loot hunting could also be added. By the way, in a similar manner, missions in space could be added as well. These missions would be space pirate encounters (ship boarding), small moon encounters (a base or whatnot on a rock) and stuff like that. PVP: deathmatch (why don't we have deathmatch?) Day and night cycles. Weather.
  13. Haven't bought anything for weeks. Now I tried to buy the expansion and I get this error again. I won't make the call again though. No way I mean they expect people to actually beg for the opportunity to buy their product? PLEEEEEEASE LET ME BUY IT. PRETTY PLEEEEEEASE
  14. I tried to wait 24 hrs. Then I waited a week. Didn't achieve anything (left the game for a month then).
  15. Sure. Took me an hour long convo and several days of waiting. First I got connected to a general support dude then they switched me over to billing. I had to identify myself like 4 times. Okay, maybe 2 times only but it felt like 4. Then they said they knew what the issue was and said it would take 1-2 days for them to correct it. It got fixed in several days (before that I waited a month btw). The second time it took them half a day to correct it. While the problem lasted I was unable to add new payment methods (PayPal, other credit cards) They said there are several reasons for this mechanism to trigger and one of them is 5 or more payments within a day. Others may include unsuccessful payment and whatnot.
  16. Well, whatever mate. Whatever floats your boat. The whole account gets disabled when any of your payment methods gets disabled. You don't have to believe me. Call them and they'll tell you themselves. Or you can keep on creating various theories about it. I know I went through the whole lame process and that's the best answer I got from them "even if that is true". My arse. Believe what you want. What do I care.
  17. No pracical difference between I7 and I5 gaming-wise. Unless you play some chess game of course that uses a heavily optimised multi-thread engine (and they usually do. e.g., Fritz) HT can actually lower your FPS most of the time (although only by a negligible margin). Many gamers turn off HT threads on I7s. Actually, if you check benchmarks, the I5 often achieves higher scores than an I7 (at the same clock-speed). Again, the difference is negligible. Bottom line: get an I5 unless money is no issue in which case grab an I7.
  18. Has nothing to do with those. One's card can become permanently rejected. It's a defensive mechanism that tends to overreact (according to them, a card can become rejected for a combination of reasons). Happened to me twice and the only way to solve this problem is to call them. Tried the waiting game once and gave up after a month. By the way, other titles published by Electronic Arts are also affected. Simply look for the error message and check forums thrown by Google. Been around for years.
  19. LOL my arse. It's been around since launch: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=555534&page=178 nearly 200 pages worth of whining over this.
  20. There's a 1700+ comment thread about this in the issues thread. Yeah, it's been around since launch. Affects subscription pay, CC buying and now the expansion: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=555534&page=178 Nothing helps except if you call them. Even then it's complicated, takes ages and the worst: it can happen again. Took me a week to get it sorted last time (happened to me twice).
  21. Then, for authenticity, we all go to Corellia (or wherever your pop center was in SWG) and stand in a line for a doctor buff.
  22. /played Dunno about other stuff like number of killed mobs or distance walked/ran etc.
