I was just coming here to make a similiar post. Where can you find the set bonuses? And how many sets are there? 3? Combat tech Combat medic eliminator? I want to get the one with +15% crit HIB, which I believe is the tech, cant remember.

I find that a heavy shield spec has the lowest dmg and the worst ammo regen unless you take the final talent. half tactics and half assault for me, if im not playing full assault. Ionic accelerator just seems to add an incredible amount of burst and sustained damage with its ammo generation. I cant drop it and when I do I feel super, super weak.

Awesome video. Quick question, I know you have both gut and incendiary round. How often do you actually use incendiary? I have it as one of my main keybinds ® and I find that I drop it at the start of every fight without thinking about it for the long range HIB when closing the gap. However, its costs 3 whole ammo and by the time I use that, HIB, ion pulse, assault plastique, and stockstrike im pretty spent (although my burst is high). Thinking about removing it from my bar so I stop using it so much.

I should say that the electro charge rifle in the previous weapon pic compilation looks EXACTLY like the stealth-x sabatuer i mentioned previously, except the stealth x is completely white.

Easily my favorite ability. So easy to manipulate people. Many people know this also, but the pull places people directly in front of you if you stand still. So if you stand near the edges on the 2nd point in void star, you can drop people directly in the pit. Also, if someone is about to round a corner and you pull, they will occasionally get roped into the wall and get disoriented/stuck.

I was using the Stealth-x sabatuer for quite a long time. Everything else just looked stupid. It looks decent and not too spacey. I just grabbed a rifle from Balmorra. I was hesitant to spend 14 commondations on it, but then i was pleased with its appearance. Looks like an fg-42 without the magazine in it, and no optic. basically it looks manly and has a normal-sized stock on it so stockstriking makes sense. http://military.wikia.com/wiki/FG-42

Hmm, Im level 33 currently and fully specced into assault. Its a rarity that I dont have the highest dmg, most kills, and a very small number of deaths. Not sure what your problem is. Do you die too fast? or do you just have trouble killing? Typically when I run to a target, i drop incendiary round, followed by grenade, and then HIB. Depending on circumstances, ill usually be closing the gap this whole time and land a stockstrike. I then alternate stockstrike, ion pulse, and HIB (as ionic accelerator procs allow). If the target is low enough that I can spam to kill, I will. If not I take it slow and kite/repeat. Usually my targets die pretty fast. If you are attacking a healer make sure to have cryo/riot strike handy. Sometimes In Huttball I just stand back and shoot things till they die. Sometimes in the the maps I just run around dropping incendiary on everyone to prevent capping.

Sweet video. Im also curious about how good hold the line is. 30 second cool down sounded a little too short to me, might be awesome. Currently lvl 30 and running assault spec. Id like to swap in some tactics or go back to shield, but ionic accelerator in the assault tree is simply too too awesome for me right now.

Its okay, but if you use plasma you get refunded ammo when using HIB, and if you use ion you get ammo on shielding, so it kinda balances out.

Is anybody using it? It seems to be rather weak, but with the bonus 15% movement speed, and the 30% movement from hold the line, im thinking it could be useful for huttball. (probably dont stack additively) Other than that, seems kinda lame. ion cell gives likely more dmg when specced (8% of 1000dmg is only 80 extra dmg) and a ton of survivibility and ammo generation with shielding, not to mention snare. And we all know about plasma cells benefits.

What skills are you primarily using in PVP? It seems like all I really do is run around ion pulsing/stockstriking/HIB on people. Occasionally ill toss a grenade (cryro/explosive) or mortar strike. Just seems clunky and like I could be getting better use of my ammo. Im only lvl 13 though so my skill trees arnt special.
