  1. For space mission, use your commendations and buy new ship parts from the vendor on the fleet. It's amazing how much of a difference each upgrade makes.
  2. Hutts may not have feet, but they cornered the GTN and now own all the kiosks.
  3. Also once you are no longer a noob (your second character), you can use legacy unlocks to get speeder piloting earlier (level 10 for level 1 piloting).
  4. Look for all sorts of colour crystals to be available in the Cash Shop. This and end game gear shells that do not look stupid will be a cash cow for them. Just look at all the people complaining about crystal colours and the look of the end game gear.
  5. If you add brackets, you increase queue times. If you allow people to stop exp gain, they will min/max (there, no sexual connotation) their characters at the top level. The PvP part, just man up and move to the real bracket and learn what PvP is really like. Everyone gets those 10 skills/skill upgrades at level 50 and you will go against people in fully augmented War Hero gear. You go from being a big fish in a little pond to swimming with sharks, if you read the PvP forum you will get to read all sorts of threads with people complaining about this. You used to think you were a great PvPer and then reality smacks you in the face. For those who want to experience all aspects of the game, you have to limit what you do in each aspect to stay the proper level for the content. This means not grinding Space Missions, Flashpoints, Heroics or PvP. Just do enough of each to get the flavour and also skip some side quests. My PvP character skipped whole planets, and bonus series. I also did a bunch of class missions when I was so over leveled I was getting 5 exp for completing the quest. However I have played most of the other content on other characters. This is one of the things I actually like about this game: I can choose how to level up. There isn't a set pattern you have to follow and do exactly the same thing with each character.
  6. I wonder.... in another flashpoint (Red Reaper) the points that allow you to by pass some stuff right near the end show up as gathering points for my archeologist on the mini map. Might be the same, if you have the right skill it will show the item as a gathering point (little asterisk) on the mini map.
  7. Oh look, another thread where they don't mention which faction, since they are a legend in their own minds.
  8. Just read the thread in PTS forum. It's like BM gear without the set bonus and slightly lower stats. So, much better than now from the sounds of it. It's free and you don't get the option of getting the cash so there is no reason not to get it.
  9. How much expertise is in the new Recruit Gear MK. 2? This may reduce the inequality.

    Civil War Bug

Happened to me in a Novare Coast a while back. Just quit the war zone, if you wait for people to leave they will get back filled with people in the queue and the game will never end. I was stuck in the spawn area and people were quitting and getting replaced.
  11. I've gotten into the habit of asking in every flashpoint if people know the boss fights. If anyone says that they don't I will explain the mechanics and what special moves to watch out for. I also ask if we are skipping bosses. I generally don't care either way since I am geared past the flashpoint drops, but I want to know what the other people are expecting, a new 50 may want the gear from the mini bosses, and that's fine. It takes a minute or two at the start of the flashpoint to get a level set. I would generally do this if a new person joined mid run.
  12. Please try to misspell this word (flaud) differently, the spell checker can't figure out what word you are trying to spell. Also "You are methods" makes no sense. This message brought to you by JABEL (Jawas Against the Butchery of the English Language).
  13. There is one trooper class story quest where you use two different companions (one at a time). First, one to get you through security and then the other to blow stuff up. You also send two companions to the bridge and one is held in reserve. The cool part is when you first board the target, all your companions are there and fight the first set of enemies, then the two going to the bridge peel off and go in the other direction from you.
  14. You seem to be upset that everyone thinks you were being a petty child. I can do whatever I want and if 16 people lose the money they spent to prepare to fight the world boss (Alpha Wave items) at least you got to screw with them. You don't see the problem with this? Go play on a PvP server.
  15. Ahhh, that's the third faction, Empire, Republic and Spacebarite.
  16. Loot your guild's vault and give everything away. Send all your credits and non-bound items to random people. Go into general chat and see how long it takes to get your account banned. Or Visit all the places you liked in game and chat with your friends.
  17. You have six companions available each character gets one each of the following types: Melee DPS, Ranged DPS, Melee Tank, Ranged Tank, Healer and the ship Droid. When you get which companion depends on your class. Your customization request is to allow you to have basically a different skin and a different set of animations. This is a huge amount of work for no difference in game play. Each new companion they give you would fit into one of the preexisting role definitions as those are the only roles defined in this game. I'm not seeing bang for buck here, unless they literally make you buy them in F2P.
  18. You can also buy them with daily commendations from the vendors in the daily areas.
  19. Shouldn't have washed it with the new jeans.
  20. So no more knock backs for Commandos, guess Huttball becomes an automatic leave for me now.
  21. His face was missing?
  22. Buy the boxes with random gear in them and sell what you get (purple and blue boxes). Alternatively make a pile and swim in them like Scrooge Mc Duck.
  23. If you want the gear to scale with level, buy the legacy orange set and change the mods as you level. Also you can buy the legacy perk for your character that gives bonus exp.
  24. You forgot to ask for an "I win" button and that every other character type have their maximum hit points reduced to 5000.
