  1. Thank you for the kind words guys. To prospective members, both Pax Imperius & Dominus are incredibility supportive guild who have been around for a very, very long time. They are active in various aspects of the game & most importantly there is minimal guild drama!
  2. I'd wager that BioWare would love this... anything to being in revenue. However... I think this would be the stumbling block. Not because Disney/Lucasfilm doesn't want to take more of our money, because of contracts they have with Hasbro. From what I've heard over they years, the existing contract is really limiting... its why Lego cant sell individual Star Wars figs & why certain items are Disney Store Exclusives... I'm not sure how they got around they Disney Infinities figures, but its likely due to the fact that they are attached to a game. I personally would grab at least 8 out of my Legacy... I'm trying to cut down on clutter, but I'd make an exception here.
  3. I had a very similar experience with my hypercrate. I have purchased a hypercrate that has been issued & I am happy to financially support a game that I enjoy. However I felt that the changes announced a week or so ago was just a thin attempt to get us to spend more money (on old items) & lessen how many "new" items get put up on the market. However when I saw what was being released in the pack on Dulfy... I could not help myself & broke down & spent the $65-ish Canadian Dollars on cartel coins to buy the hypercrate. My results were a little worse than the OPs (I only received 2 gold armor packs) & the 30 chance cubes I pulled had nothing but bronze items. So... thats it... no more. Ill not be buying cartel coins for cartel packs or any thing else again. A guild mate of mine (who also spends alot of cash on the Cartel Market) is also done with it. Its bad enough that Im spending money on a monthly sub just to re-do old content... now they want me to spend even more money on cartel packs for old items... I'm done.
  4. This is nice to hear... Id like to know what you guys are going to do to prevent this from happening again...
  5. People comparing KOTFE to the NGE obviously never played SWG pre-NGE.
  6. What are you guys on? This is a terrible idea... do you even know why people spend REAL MONEY on GAMBLING in the hopes of getting VIRTUAL, COSMETIC items? Its because we want NEW things. Its bad enough that we we are not getting much in the way of new in-game systems or content & that much of the items from Cartel Packs are just re-skins... now you think its a great idea to old items to new Cartel Packs? Do you guys even know how to MMO? Do you know what brings people into a game & keeps them there... because it certainly does not feel like it. Honestly... it feels like your drifting away from the Star Wars Mythology (breaking both Legends & established Cannon) & from the MMO genre as a whole. As a Star Wars & MMO fan... why should I keep paying my sub (which I have since launch), let alone dump even more money into the Cartel Market when when I'm not seeing a return on my investment? It feels like you guys look at your precious metrics without looking at the bigger picture to make your decisions. Metrics say people want story... yes... that's true... you give us story (though we actually want Class Story... but hey... that's kinda of expensive for a small studio like EA-BioWare... we understand /s), but you give us story at the cost of EVERYTHING else we are looking for from this game. No PvP update, no group PvE update, no GSF update (btw... you cant release a half baked system & expect it to be successful without add & fixing whats wrong with it) no mini games, no graphical updates, no balance fixes... among other things. I've been a defender of this game & your studio since it was announced... & while it has not lived up to my expectations I've stuck around, but you guys are making it harder & harder to do so. I've never been a big fan of letting the inmates run the asylum... fans can & do have unrealistic desires, but I feel confident that I could get applications from this community alone & create a team that could manage this game better. Damn it... I hate writing negative posts like this... but things have to be said.
  7. THIS!!!! Or at the very least a confirmation from the Devs that such content is being worked on & will be coming our way soon.

  9. I don't like this & I think it been handled very poorly by the team. However I understand the problem they are trying to fix & it needed to be fixed. A lot of money & man hours goes into creating a raid, only to become obsolete within 12 months when we out level it. If they are redesigning the system so that it scales to our characters level now & in the future (something the original design team should have done), then its something Ill just have to deal with so I can once again enjoy the classic ops. The post does imply that all the 65 lvl ops will drop a new level of raid gear & new non combat items... so there are reasons to go back & do them. But if I was in charge, Id have hired another team to create at least one new Op for KotFE's release.
  10. The issue is that people who didn't partake in the exploit are getting banned as well. To top matters off there's absolutely no recourse for these people, no one for them to talk to to get things fixed. I know a few players who are in this position who are loyal players since beta, never un-subbed, Cartel Coin buyers, who have put up with & adapted to every piece of crap BioWare has thrown at us. Now they are seriously considering leaving the game & they would likely take a number of their friends with them. BioWare's blunders are becoming more & more frequent & more & more severe.
  11. Its been like that since its release. I do love much of the CM armor. However I find that they have cut a lot of corners with these armors with clipping & not putting a texture on the inside of pieces where they should have. Thana Vesh's Chest piece has the same issue with the interior of the "bum cape" at the waist. These are small things... but its these small things that bother me.
  12. Back in my day.... *old man grumble...*
