To answer your question no one knows as of yet how legacy will work with f2p.

No one is being greedy. One of the selling points was a dynamic store with exclusive items no one else would be able to get. Dynamic means every changing or ever adding content. I do not think it is unreasonable to think that us CE owners should have expected something at least by now. I do not think adding one thing to it is dynamic.

The only error is that after f2p the game will not cost anything. It only costs $15 right now until the f2p launch.

They didnt dodge the question. They said straight up he could be free if before the f2p switch or could cost after if he isnt done on time. While you might not like the answer at least they are being honest. Possibly it could cost possibly not it depends. Thats what they said.

No way they are going to offer lifetime for $100-200. Wouldnt make sense for them to do that. 1 year of payments is that much almost. If they do it'll be expensive.

You do not lose anything. You only lose access to it. Same as if you stop paying now.

Right now if you stop paying you lose access to everything. The entitlement part comes in when you say you want to stop paying but still have access to everything. You didnt earn anything its all property of Bioware. If you stop paying at any time you will lose access to everything you supposedly "earned". Which means you are renting the stuff. Bioware is being generous and saying if you want to stop paying they will work with you. Instead of not being able to even log in they tell you they will let you login anyways. Pick a character and with some limitations you can still play the game. You can start new characters do everything withing limits you wish. How you can rationally expect them to provide you with the same level of service as those who pay is beyond me. It makes no sense I am sure Bioware would rather you simply leave. If you arent paying why would they care about you? No offense but this is a business.

All they did was read the press release from EA. They didnt get any kind of interview.

There is no comparing a FPS to a MMO. You dont pay $15 a month for it. You pay $15 a month for this game. When new expansions come out they cost money in all mmos for the most part. If you thought youd just pay your $15 a mo and get all new content free this must be your first MMO. They all work like that guy.

All we can do is look at other games like LOTRO. They have more paying subs now than they had before the f2p switch. Not just that a lot of subs also buy extra points so they get money from them. The average f2p player spends about $10 a month on whatever currency according to their studies on their game only. If they do it right they can gain profits by it.

Did you think all the new content in a mmo would be free? Also you dont have to pay for that reload you can run back and get more ammo. Of course you have to hope you dont die in the process. Sometimes its easier to just dish out a dollar.

Dude you are arguing with people who do not want to listen to reason. They cannot grasp the fact if you want the same thing as now you have to keep paying the same thing as now. Probably better for them to quit since quite obviously as soon as the games goes f2p they want to stop paying. Who cares about someone who doesnt want to pay for either coins or a sub? Bioware definately doesnt care they can leave and Bioware will save money. They wont be taking up space on the servers or using customer support either.

I still have the shake my head at people who are threatening to quit because they want to stop paying + keep everything. Do you really think Bioware gives a flip what you think if you stop paying them? How crazy is it to say I refuse to pay you but I want everything I used to pay for free. I know I agreed to pay per month or lose access to everything. That doesnt matter I didnt even read the agreement I just clicked "i agree" because I have a short attention span. The game will not cost $15 after the f2p switch. You will be able to download and play the game for free. It only costs $15 now.
