You didn't play Vanilla WoW did you?
That post you made near enough quotes what WoW didn't have at release at all and more.
You have to understand that developing and releasing an MMO takes considerable time, you can't take too long or people get bored waiting or your game engine goes out of date.
An MMO unlike any other genre is something you INVEST in, you don't just buy it, play it, and then expect it to be perfect. You buy it, play it and enjoy the updates, changes and regular new content that comes with that investment.
If you expect everything upon release then you are playing the wrong genre, and need to move back to single player games, not one MMO release in the past decade released with everything you have quoted.
And I guarantee they won't in the future, I guarantee Guild Wars 2 won't...
You are entitled to your opinion, but stop having expectations which I way above the capabilities of any developing team in this day and age.
